Resumo Objetivo mapear sistematicamente a produção de conhecimento, com a literatura nacional e internacional, de situações de sofrimento psíquico que os profissionais de enfermagem vivenciam quando expostos à pandemia da COVID-19. Método Scoping Review conforme Joanna Briggs Institute Reviewer's Manual for Scoping Reviews e PRISMA-ScR. Executaram-se buscas nas bases eletrônicas entre abril e junho de 2020, por intermédio dos descritores. Revisores aos pares analisaram a relevância dos estudos, selecionando os que responderam à pergunta de investigação. Resultados selecionaram-se 38 estudos. As situações de sofrimento psíquico mais relatadas relacionaram-se à sobrecarga de trabalho, escassez ou ausência de equipamento de proteção individual, medo de se infectar, infectar outras pessoas e estar na linha de frente junto a pacientes com diagnóstico ou suspeita de COVID-19. Os sinais e sintomas de sofrimento psíquico mais encontrados foram ansiedade, depressão, insônia, estresse, estresse pós-traumático e medo. Conclusões e implicações para a prática os profissionais de enfermagem enfrentam situações de sofrimento psíquico, principalmente desencadeadas por fatores relacionados às condições de trabalho, manifestando sintomas depressivos, de ansiedade e de estresse, que podem permanecer por longo período. As instituições de saúde precisaram implementar ações de capacitação, proteção e segurança, bem como suporte e apoio psicossocial em curto espaço de tempo.
RESUMOO objetivo do estudo foi realizar investigação sobre comparar o comportamento da autoestima e satisfação corporal de idosas participantes e não participantes de atividades corporais. Essa foi uma pesquisa quantitativa, transversal e comparativa entre 46 idosas participantes de atividades corporais de uma UNATI (Universidade Aberta da Terceira Idade) e 106 idosas cadastradas em um programa de Estratégia de Saúde da Família. Para a coleta de dados, realizada por meio de entrevistas, foram utilizadas a Escala de Rosenberg e a Escala de Silhuetas. O estudo foi desenvolvido no período de junho a dezembro de 2012 e os resultados apontaram que idosas participantes da UNATI apresentam uma autoestima mais elevada (M=35,25, DP=3,9) quando comparadas as idosas não participantes (M=32,80, DP=5,3), (t c =2,751; p=0,007), já a autoimagem não apresentou diferença significativa: participantes (M=2,52, DP=1,9) e não participantes (M = 1,89, DP= 2,1), (t c =1,733; p=0,085).Conclui-se que idosas praticantes de atividade corporal apresentam melhor autoestima. Objetivo: analisar a percepção do membro familiar sobre as facilidades de adesão da família ao tratamento do dependente químico em acompanhamento no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial - álcool e drogas. Método: estudo qualitativo, realizado de abril a setembro de 2016, com 10 familiares de usuários de drogas, participantes de grupos de família. Realizou-se entrevista semiestruturada e os dados foram analisados pela técnica de análise de conteúdo temática. Resultados: as famílias reconheceram que criar alianças terapêuticas, ter esperança na recuperação de seu parente e valorizar seus papéis participativos no tratamento familiar facilitam a adesão terapêutica. Conclusão: o estudo contribui para a reflexão dos profissionais de saúde quanto às possíveis áreas estratégicas para o cuidado às famílias, de modo a ajudá-las na adesão terapêutica.
Objective: To analyze the production of meanings on interventions considered as Harm Reduction in the discourses of nursing professionals working in Primary Health Care. Method: Qualitative study based on the theoretical-methodological framework of French Discourse Analysis. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 nursing professionals working in Primary Health Care, from February to October 2019. Results: Most Harm Reduction practices performed by nursing professionals aim to minimize risks and physical damage. Harm Reduction actions that require welcoming, non-judgment and qualified listening were observed. Some nursing professionals perform Harm Reduction actions, but do not recognize them as such. Conclusion: The production of meanings in the discourses of nursing professionals presented evidence of biomedical and/or disease discursive formations, health prevention, interpersonal relationships and health promotion.
Objective: to analyze the discursive memories about the harm reduction strategy, which permeate the knowledge of Primary Health Care nursing professionals. Method: a qualitative and exploratory study based on the French Discourse Analysis theoretical-methodological framework. Semi-structured interviews were carried out with 14 Primary Health Care nursing professionals. Results: analysis indicated a predominance of discursive memories related to the biomedical model of health conception as well as religious and moral approaches regarding psychoactive substance use. The perspective of an “expanded clinic” was discreet, highlighting the link and prevention of risks and harms from psychoactive substance use that affect the physiological dimension. Final considerations: the impact of this study emphasizes the need for permanent education proposals on harm reduction concepts in training and qualifying nursing professionals.
