The application of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure is one way to increase company value by focusing on the balance of internal and external interests. This study aim is to determine the effect of GCG and CSR disclosure on company value. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach, using a sample of 13 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. By using Partial Least Square (PLS) technique, the result showed that (1) Good Corporate Governance has a significant and positive effect on Corporate Value (p-value = 0,000; α = 5%); (2) Good Corporate Governance has a significant and negative effect on Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure (p-value = 0,000; α = 5%); (3) Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure has not had a significant effect on Corporate Value (p-value = 0.875; α = 5%).
The increase of digital financial services has created new risks for its users. As a generation close to technology, the millennial generation with all its characteristics, financially vulnerable to this risk. Millennials face financial management problems because of their characteristics, coupled with the complexity of digital financial services that exist today. This concern leads to explain and predict millennial financial satisfaction associated with financial behavior, financial attitudes, financial knowledge, and digital financial knowledge, an area that has not been tackled critically in literaturere. This study attempts to formulate a conceptual framework and a research model developed with the TRA and TPB theory. The conceptual formulation method and model were carried out in several stages; literature study, model adoption, and instrument development. The results of the instrument development can be used for further research.
Financial literacy is a very important thing to be discussed further. In running a company or businesses in small, medium and large sectors, knowledge is needed to be able to run the business or company operations. This paper summarizes empirical research articles published between 2009 and 2019 that raise the topic of financial literacy. The articles reviewed in this paper look at the research gap, strengthen support for existing theories, and identify patterns among previous research. This review is expected to contribute theoretically to deepen the knowledge examined in financial literacy. Increased financial literacy in a person will be able to help companies to create reliable strategies. This reliable strategy can be seen with an increase in company performance. Firm performance in this case can be seen from a financial and non-financial perspective. Therefore, financial behavior is also a driving factor in improving the firm performance desired by business owners. financial behavior on a person will be motivated by financial literacy which can then improve firm performance. This paper aims to explain financial literacy, financial behavior and firm performance through previous studies or what is called literature review. Literature review in this paper will examine more closely related to financial literacy, financial behavior and firm performance.
This study aims to analyze and explain logistical activities in the shallot supply chain in East Java Province. Data were collected using a questionnaire from 200 shallot farmers as instruments in the study sample. Data analysis using SEM PLS method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that transportation has a significant influence on integrative supply chains and business performance. This means that the higher the role of partners to producers to prepare transportation in the transportation process will increase integrative supply chain activities so that business performance of producers will also increase. While the integrative supply chain has a significant influence on business performance. that is, an integrated supply chain between the farmers and partners will improve the results of farmers' business performance.
