The purposes of this study are: to examine the influence of transformational leadership and Transactional leadership towards organizational culture, motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance. Place of research carried out in Muhammadiyah hospital of Ahmad Dahlan Kediri, consists of 353 staff. The study sample derived from questionnaire have distributed include 130 respondents covering 81 people (62%) health workers and 49 people (38%) non health personnel / administrative personnel. Statistical analysis technique by Structural Equation Model (SEM) and different test. The hypothesis testing results show that: (1) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and organizational commitment. (2) Transactional leadership has a positive and significant impact towards organizational culture and employee performance);(3) organizational culture has a positive and significant impact towards motivation; (4) Motivation has a positive and significant effect towards organizational commitment; (5) Organizational commitment positively and significantly influence employee performance; (6) Transformational leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and employee performance;(7) Transactional leadership has a positive but not significant effect towards motivation and organizational commitment
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada PT. WimCycle Surabaya. Faktor-faktor tersebut dikelompokkan menjadi 2 (dua) yaitu dimensi individu (kemampuan, pengalaman kerja, motivasi kerja) dan dimensi organisasi (kepemimpinan, komunikasi, iklim organisasi), sedangkan untuk variabel kinerja karyawan adalah hasil kerja yang ditunjukkan oleh karyawan pada kurun waktu tertentu berdasarkan standar kinerja yang ditetapkan. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 90 pegawai yang terbagi kedalam beberapa divisi. Kuesioner disusun oleh peneliti dengan menggunakan 5 poin skala likert. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan regresi linier berganda. Model regresi linier berganda dengan keenam variabel bebas bisa menjelaskan 54.5% terhadap variasi variabel kinerja pegawai. Secara parsial dapat diketahui bahwa dari keenam variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini, faktor kemampuan pegawai mempunyai pengaruh yang paling kuat terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial character on entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, it also aims to determine the role of business motivation as a mediator in this study. The population of this study is the Students of the Department of Business Administration, Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Brawijaya University, Malang, East Java, with a sample of 66 respondents. The sampling technique used was a proportional simple random technique. This study used a Path Analysis technique. The results showed that entrepreneurship education had a significant effect on entrepreneurial character and entrepreneurial intentions. Then entrepreneurship education also has direct and indirect effects through business motivation as an intervening variable.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kewirausahaan dan karakter wirausaha terhadap intensi berwirausaha, Selain itu, juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran motivasi usaha sebagai mediator dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini yaitu Mahasiswa Jurusan Administrasi Bisnis, Fakultas Ilmu Administrasi, Universitas Brawijaya, Malang, Jawa Timur, dengan sampel berjumlah 66 responden. Teknik Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik random sederhana yang proporsional.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Analisis Path.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap karakter wirausaha dan intensi berwirausaha. Kemudian pendidikan kewirausahaan juga berpengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung melalui motivasi usaha sebagai variabel intervening
The Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSMEs) sector has been recognized as an essential contributor to the economic development of Indonesia. However, the sustainability of MSMEs in Indonesia is still relatively low compared to the rest of ASEAN countries with similar levels of economic growth. This study aims to extend previous studies on the relationship between MSMEs characteristics and their sustainability by specifically including financial literation as a mediation role. This study used proportional random sampling as a sampling technique. A total of 191 MSMEs owner-managers questionnaire data were processed by using Partial Least Square analysis. This study confirmed the positive influence of MSMEs characteristics on financial literacy and financial literacy on the sustainability of MSMEs. Moreover, financial literation proves to be a significant mediator of MSMEs sustainability. This study suggests that MSMEs owner-managers need to be financially literate as it can enable them to make a good financial decision that can ensure their business sustainability.
