The Technologies of Information and Communication, through the use of softwares developed for specific environment has been helping the education through the search for new technologies that provides to the students the disciplinary contents in a way closer to the real world, as well as on the meaning of seeking for tools that came to expand the current learning ways, making the education to have more dynamic aspects. This paper was developed by the research group Immersive Environments and aims to present a metaverse that provides students with vocational courses, delivered through programs like PRONATEC and System S, a support through the technologies used in distance education courses and MOOCs. Search also the integration of learning objects in this environment to be able to assist content taught in an even more dynamic.
The spread of the use of virtual learning environments presents a great potential for the development of applications that meet needs in the area of education. In view of the importance of a more dynamic implementation and that it will be able to continually adapt to the needs of students, it was proposed and developed the U-SEA (System of Teaching Adapted Ubiquitous). A software built on the basis of the virtual learning environment Moodle, having as main purpose the adaptation to the context of the computational student, glimpsing techniques characteristics such as the suitability of the environment the connection speed of the user, provided with an infrastructure for Cloud Computing
Este artigo tem a finalidade de apresentar os resultados parciais da implantação de uma Comunidade de Prática (CdP). Nesta comunidade estão sendo discutidos temas relativos ao uso de dispositivos móveis na educação (Mobile Learning). As CdPs são ferramentas importantes para a colaboração e disseminação de conhecimentos. Já os dispositivos móveis, utilizados na área educacional, propiciam ao aprendiz construir seu conhecimento independente do local onde se encontre, bem como do seu tempo. Até o presente momento, a CdP foi utilizada por alunos do curso de Licenciatura em Matemática da Unisinos e do curso técnico para Informática do IFSul e observou-se uma significativa participação dos integrantes com relação ao tempo de existência da comunidade.
Technology is a strong ally the transformation and adaptation of new knowledge, through the use of technology environments as virtual learning environments and virtual reality environments can be made more dynamic learning. This work is part of the training of teachers who work in vocational courses so that they can work with people with disabilities and insert them into the labor market, adapting their job according to your needs. For this we used technological resources that assist in training and make this more dynamic training, adapting to Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs). The technological environment developed as well as the selected learning objects were made available to participants. Questionnaires regarding usability and functionality were performed, allowing to generate an overview of the training provided to these teachers.

Os avanços evidenciados nas tecnologias de informação e comunicação possibilitaram a construção de ambientes adaptados e flexíveis para atender o contexto dos estudantes (PASSERINO, 2006).No âmbito do trabalho, os avanços começam a aparecer a partir do ano de 1991 quando se promulgou no Brasil a lei n° 8.213 que determina que as empresas com mais de 100 funcionários devem contratar pessoas com deficiências. A lei, conhecida como a Lei de Cotas, prevê que uma quantidade de vagas deve ser reservada para pessoas com deficiência, que varia de 2% a 5% do número total de funcionários, mas devido a vários motivos esta lei nem sempre é seguida. This article aims to present software that uses the concepts of Virtual Reality Environment using Immersive focusing on the preparation and development of people with disabilities for inclusion in the labor market. The immersive environment or world is nearing completion of implementation and early use with a group of students who exercise their work in a company survey participant. It is believed that the virtual world will contribute to the development and interactions that these students will have in the real world, working as a system of Alternative Communication.

Resumo. A inclusão das pessoas com deficiência no mercado de trabalho pode ser um diferencial na qualidade de vida desses indivíduos, sendo que a participação de forma igualitária em sociedade, respeitando os direitos e obrigações ainda é um desafio. Este artigo objetiva apresentar e avaliar os benefícios de um sistema imersivo focando na preparação e desenvolvimento das pessoas com deficiência intelectual para inclusão no mercado de trabalho. Este artigo se baseia na teoria sócio histórica proposta por Vygotsky. A metodologia utilizada foi uma pesquisa qualitativa com estudo de caso e os resultados demonstraram a viabilidade da utilização de um sistema baseado nos conceitos de Ambiente Imersivos na preparação de pessoas com deficiência intelectual para o ambiente laboral. This paper presents and evaluate the benefits of an immersive system focusing on the preparation and development of people with intellectual disabilities for inclusion in the labor market . This paper is also based in the historic socio theory proposed by Vygotsky. The methodology used was a qualitative research with case study and the results demonstrated the feasibility of using a system based on the concepts of Immersive Environment in the preparation of people with intellectual disabilities to the work environment.
