Indigofera leaves is one of alternative feed that can be used in quail rations. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Indigofera leaves a substitute for soybean meal in quail rations. The material used were 100 female quails aged 56 weeks, yellow corn, rice bran, laying hens concentrate, soybean meal, and Indigofera leaves. This research used a completely randomized design with four treatments and five replications. The treatments applied were T0 (control), T1 (rations containing 4% Indigofera leaves), T2 (rations containing 6% Indigofera leaves), and T3 (rations containing 8% indigofera leaves). The variables observed were feed consumption, egg production, egg weight, feed conversion ratio (FCR) and yolk color score. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance and continued using Duncan Multiple Range Test through SPSS program. The results showed that the use of Indigofera leaves significantly affect (P <0.05) the FCR and egg yolk color score, but did not affect feed consumption, egg production and egg weight. Indigofera zollingeriana leaves meal could be used in laying quail (Cortunix cortunix Japonica) ration up to 8% as a substitute for soybean meal and did not gave a negative effect on its performance. Moreover, Indigofera leaves meal increased egg yolk color value.
This study aims to explore the principal's communication in an effort to improve the performance of educators.This qualitative research is conducted in SMA Plus Swasta Al-Azhar Medan from January to April 2018 to the principal, vice principal of curriculum and teacher. Research instruments are researchers and assisted by interview guides, observation sheets and documentation studies. The validity of data is done by member checking process of transcript by direct respondent or supervisor. Analysis and interpretation of data with a qualitative pattern that refers to the theoretical basis associated with the studied. The results of the study found a top-down and bottom-up communication, briefing or training, meetings at the beginning of the year and scheduled meetings, the principal's behavioral obstinacy, as well as the funisment for oral and written offenses and rewards for those who show achievement. Increased communal harmony through shared recreation. The forms of headmaster communication that have been executed must be maintained for the improvement of subordinate performance.
Pada prakteknya penilaian terhadap kinerja pelayanan publik merupakan suatu kegiatan yang sangat penting. Karena penilaian tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai ukuran keberhasilan suatu pegawai dalam kurung waktu tertentu. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kinerja pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Jambi. Dengan mengadopsi pemikiran Dwiyanto, digunakan konsep pengukuran kinerja dengan lima indikator yaitu produktifitas, kualitas pelayanan, responsivitas, responsibilitas dan akuntabilitas. Produktivitas digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan. Kualitas pelayanan digunakan untuk mengukur kualitas layanan yang diterima oleh publik. Selanjutnya responsivitas menunjukkan sejauhmana pegawai layanan mempunyai daya tanggap, mengenali kebutuhan, aspirasi, harapan dan keinginan masyarakat yang dapat diwujudkan dalam bentuk kegiatan program. Sedangkan Responsibilitas menjelaskan pelaksanaan kegiatan pegawai dan prinsip-prinsip administrasi yang benar dan Akuntabilitas digunakan untuk mengukur sejauh mana kebijakan dan kegiatan satuan kerja konsisten dengan kehendak masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan dengan metode purposive, yaitu ditentukan dengan sengaja bahwa penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain wawancara, observasi serta studi pustaka. Hasil yang didapatkan ternyata bahwa. Produktifitas pelayanan publik dari segi kemampuan petugas dan kinerja pelayanan dapat disimpulkan sudah efisien hal ini dapat dilihat dari rata-rata hasil nilai 70% responden mengatakan baik. Kualitas pelayanan dari segi kepuasan kinerja pelayanan, ketepatan waktu pelayanan, kenyamanan lingkungan dan sarana dan prasarana baik yaitu rata-rata hasil kuesioner 41% sedangkan responsivitas diukur dari kinerja pemberian pelayanan, kedesiplinan, prosedur pelayanan dan kecepatan pelayanan. Hasil akhir yang menonjol dari responsivitas dapat dinilai kualitas baik dengan rata-rata 51% kualitas baik, selanjudnya responsibilitas diukur dari kesesuaian biaya dan keadilan pemberian pelayanan sudah baik ini dilihat dari rata-rata nilai responsibilitas adalah 45% dan Akuntabilitas pelayanan publik di Dinas Kependudukan dan Catatan Sipil Kota Jambi, sudah baik karena dari hasil penjumlahan kuesioner 70% responden mengatakan bertanggung Jawab.
