The purpose is to discover about Implementation Of Multiple Intelligences Theory to increase the ability of student in Islamic education’s subject of SMP Negeri 14 Ambon and to discover about supporting and obstacle factors of Implementation Of Multiple Intelligences Theory to increase the ability of student in Islamic education’s subject of SMP Negeri 14 Ambon. This research is using mixed method (qualitative facilitated by quantitative). The writer using observation, interview, documentation, and questionnaire to collect data. The results of this research has shown that Implementation Of Multiple Intelligences Theory to increase the ability of student in Islamic education’s subject of SMP Negeri 14 Ambon is greatly achieved. Proven with all activities like learning process and extracurricular programs in schools is already supported and developed the ninth intelligences. Although in developing process not all of that intelligences can perfectly achieved and not all that intelligences has achieved at the same time. The ninth intelligencesis linguistic-verbal intelligence, mathematiclogic intelligence, visual-spacial intelligence, kinesthetic intelligence, musical intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and existencial spiritual intelligence. The supporting factors of Multiple Intelligences Theory is suficient infrastructure facilities and teacher, good interaction within teacher and student, and great cooperation with public. Otherwise the obstacle factors of Multiple Intelligences Theory is less participation from parents, busy teacher, less information about intraschool competition’s events and the variance levels of student intelligences.
This study aims to determine the motivation and factors supporting andinhibiting student motivation in using the veil. The research in this thesis uses a mixedmethod which is a mixed type of research, namely a combination of qualitative andquantitative which produces data in the form of words or sentences and also producesdata in the form of numbers or percentages of the observed subjects. The subjectsstudied were students of the Islamic Religious Education study program, Faculty ofTarbiyah and Teacher Training, IAIN Ambon, which consisted of 12 female students whostill wore the veil. Data collection methods used include interviews, questionnaires anddocumentation. Based on the results of the study found that: The motivation of studentsof the Islamic Education Study Program Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAINAmbon in using the veil is divided into two, namely intrinsic motivation which includes:mastery goals and need for achievement and extrinsic motivation which includes:expectations of authority from family, expectations educational authority, hope fromfriends and fear of failure. The supporting factors, namely: positive support from family,invitations from friends, and often watching studies related to the virtues of using the veil.There are also inhibiting factors, namely: the fear of being ostracized, as well as negativeassumptions from the family regarding the veil, a less supportive living environment.Furthermore, based on the percentage count processed using quantitative analysis, itwas found that the level of motivation of students of the Islamic Religious EducationStudy Program, Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, IAIN Ambon, in using the veil,was in the very high category, with a value of 86.17%.
This study aims to find out how the use of multimedia in improving students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru as well as supporting factors and inhibition of the use of multimedia. This research was conducted in SMA Negeri 5 Buru District Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, from September 1, 2020 to October 1, 2020. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews and documentation. The collected data is then analyzed qualitatively including: data collection, data reduction, data display and verification and affirmation of conclusions. The results showed that the use of multimedia can increase students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, where students appear to focus on following the learning process, recording the subject matter, and are happy with the learning using multimedia, students easily explain or answer the teacher's questions PAI boldly and actively in the learning process. Supporting factors and inhibition factors of multimedia use in increasing students' learning motivation in Islamic Religious Education subjects in the Classroom X SMA Negeri 5 Buru among others, for supporting factors, namely the availability of leptop and computer, infokus, electricity, clean school walls, clean classrooms, and the ability of PAI teachers who are very good in integrating concepts with multimedia in the learning process as well as the availability of special classrooms designed for learning activities using multimedia infokus. As for the inhibition factor is infokus available only one, so it will be constrained when used by other teachers, then electricity is often out and internet access is often sluggish. Keywords: Multimedia, student learning motivation, Islamic Religious Education Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan multimedia tersebut..Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 5 Buru Kecamatan Lilialy Kabupaten Buru, mulai dari tanggal 1 September 2020 sampai dengan 1 Oktober 2020.. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif meliputi: pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan multimedia dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru, dimana siswa terlihat mereka fokus mengikuti proses pembelajaran, mencatat materi pelajaran, dan senang dengan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia, siswa dengan mudah menjelaskan atau menjawab pertanyaan guru PAI dengan berani dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat penggunaan multimedia dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Kelas X SMA Negeri 5 Buru antara lain untuk faktor pendukung yakni tersedianya leptop dan komputer, infokus, listrik, dinding sekolah yang bersih, ruang kelas yang bersih, dan kemampuan guru PAI yang sangat baik dalam mengintegrasikan konsep dengan multimedia dalam proses pembelajaran serta tersedianya ruang kelas khusus yang didesain untuk kegiatan pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia infokus. Sementara untuk faktor penghambatnya adalah infokus yang tersedia hanya satu, sehingga akan terkendala apabila digunakan oleh guru yang lain, kemudian listrik sering padam dan akses internet yang sering lamban. The purpose of this study is to explain the implementation of clan switching in the marriage customs of the people of Buano Hatuputih in Buano Hatuputih Country, Manipa Islands District, West Seram Regency. And to explain its meaning in the wedding customs of the people of Buano Hatuputih, Manipa Islands District, West Seram Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research (field research) with the research time being carried out for one month starting from December 19, 2019 to January 19, 2020. The techniques used in this study include; observation, interviews and documentation and data analysis used is a descriptive analysis technique which is intended to describe the reality that occurs in the field. The results show that the tradition of changing clans in marriage in Buano Hatuputih Village, Manipa Islands District, West Seram Regency is a guide that gives direction and orientation to people's lives in this case is the people (male) of the Buton tribe who married people from Buano. Hatuputih in the form of rules for special actions, while the marriage process is general as regulated in Islamic law which is carried out in Buano Hatuputih Village. The meaning of marriage symbols in the customs of the people of Buano Hatuputih, Manipa Islands District, West Seram Regency, such as betel holders, rings, earrings, necklaces (gold), beauty tools (makeup), white cloth, a set of prayer tools, and a bed (mattress). and equipment) in a wedding in Buano Hatuputih Village reflects a good thing that must be done and or carried out by both men and women after the marriage is completed, because the essence of marriage is to remind each other of good relations to Allah swt and to others. man. Dan untuk menjelaskan maknanya dalam adat pernikahan masyarakat Negeri Buano Hatuputih Kecamatan Kepulauan Manipa Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat. Jenis penelitian ini yang digunkaan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian lapangan (field reseach) dengan waktu penelitian dilakukan selama satu bulan terhitung mulai dari tanggal 19 Desember 2019 sampai dengan 19 Januari 2020. Adapun tehnik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini antara lain; observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi dan analisis data yang digunakan yakni teknik analisis deskriptif yang dimaksudkan untuk menggambarkan realitas yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tradisi pindah marga dalam pernikahan di Desa Buano Hatuputih Kecamatan Kepulauan Manipa Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat merupakan sebagai pedoman yang memberi arah dan orientasi terhadap hidup masyarakat dalam hal ini adlaah masyarakat (laki-laki) suku Buton yang menikah dengan masyarakat dari Negeri Buano Hatuputih berupa aturan-aturan untuk bertindak bersifat khusus, sedangkan proses penikahannya bersifat umum sebagaiman diatur dalam syariat Islam yang dilaksanakan di Desa Buano Hatuputih. Pemaknaan simbol pernikahan dalam adat masyarakat Negeri Buano Hatuputih Kecamatan Kepulauan Manipa Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat seperti tempat sirih, cincin, anting, kalung (emas), alat-alat kecantikan (make up), kain putih, seperangkat alat sholat, dan tempat tidur (kasur dan perlengkapannya) yang ada dalam pernikahan di Desa Buano Hatuputih mencerminkan suatu kebaikan yang harus dilakukan dan atau dilaksanakan oleh pihak baik laki-laki maupun perempuan setelah pernikahan itu selesai, karena hakikat dari pernikahan adalah untuk saling mengingatkatkan akan hubungan baik kepada Allah swt maupun kepada sesama manusia.
