Market orientation (MO) and Entrepreneurial orientation (EO) have gained the importance in today’s world. Now these two are considered the main sources in the increase of firm performance. A corelation analysis is performed to understand and determine whether the market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation is associated with the firm performance. The Past studies did not analyze the effect of MO and EO on the firm performance. The research design and methodology adopted is given together with the findings leading to the conclusions related to propositions concerning the variables. The data is collected from various reputed universities that are giving the business education. Entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation provides the basic knowledge about the organizational learning that enables the organization to achieve the high performance and to understand the values of customers (Liu et al, 2002). The paper draws on survey data from 100 students including male and female students. The results show that EO and MO are strongly co-related with dependent variable. However, a few recommendations and future research is also given.
Quality of education has always remained an issue for the educational researchers. It is widely believed that quality of education in Sub-Continent is below the international standards. To find out how educational institutions are adding value towards the knowledge, skills, market value and moral upbringing of students and how much students are satisfied with the environment of educational system and the quality of education they receive.Using this information, how a student counseler can benefit the student as well the organization to add value in the education process. This is a case study where a Govt. Intermediate College was selected for interviews and document analysis purpose. Findings based on general perception of the respondents, All the respondents have matriculated from Public School. The findings showed that students were really concerned about the poor discipline of their schools and generally they were not satisfied with the commitment and capability of their teachers. However, they admitted that school contributed towards their grooming and personality building.
The characteristics of entrepreneurial orientation is played important role in business. How do an entrepreneurial firms and individuals have taken the advantage in industry? This study explores the dynamic capabilities of the organization according to international performance. Our findings indicates the positive impact on dynamic capabilities of the business with perfectly use of this research framework. The main aspect of this paper is to analyse the impact of entrepreneurial orientation with the quality of life. Distinctive features of entrepreneurs and their contribution to the economy can make it possible for third world countries to grow their economies faster and provide financial means to enhance social, health, and environmental well-being (basic dimensions of quality of life), along with products and services that the poor need in these countries. Entrepreneurial orientation combined with organization learning and Quality of life (QOL) are enhanced the dynamic capability of the organization. Present conceptual research will provide the source of competitive advantage and mainstream line for further development of the business .We suggest that existing literature reconfiguring the different approaches for the entrepreneurial to capture the opportunities in world business. First, quality of life cannot possibly improve in inactive or weakening economic conditions; second, economic development in the third world countries cannot advance in a balanced and desirable manner without a major domestic entrepreneurship movement (Samli 2004(Samli , 2008a.
Purpose: This article configures the determinants of social and commercial entrepreneurs by applying comparative content analysis and individual interview methods. Methodology: Comparative content analysis qualitative techniques are used to analyze the data. The analysis highlights determinants through the Venn diagram cluster analysis, and word cloud methods to analyze qualitative techniques in Nvivo. Researchers reviewed 170 articles, 35 case studies, and 16 reports comparing social and commercial ventures in this study Findings: The analyses confined findings in three layers firstly, distinguish components of commercial entrepreneurs, and second distinguish components of commercial entrepreneurs. Thirdly, this article clarifies the similar overlapping components. The distinct components of social entrepreneurs are having a social mission, addressing a social problem, bringing social innovation and social awareness, and creating social value. Conclusions: The current study has contributed while opening up some exploratory avenues for developing a piece of literature by offering theoretical comparative content to describe applicability towards social aspects. This study generate theory that support the social context in all business. Every business should have the social in nature that identify the societal needs, and solve the social problems and enhance the well-being of individual’s life. Every business owner would have the social soul for the well-being of society
