The purpose of this research is to describe the form imperative sentences in the oral speech of the Teluk Raya village society, Kumpeh Regency Muaro Jambi (A Pragmatic study). This research is descriptive qualitative. The primary data is taken from the Imperative sentences (order) of Malay Jambi Kumpeh language on the community of Teluk Raya Village Kumpeh Muaro Jambi district, while the secondary data is derived from books. In collecting the data, uninvolved conversation observation technique, note-taking technique, and interview technique are used. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that there are five imperative sentences of the Jambi Malay Kumpeh language. They are ordinary imperative sentence, request imperative sentence, granting permit imperative sentence, ask and order imperative sentence. Moreover, there are also three kinds of speech acts occur in the Jambi Malay language, they are locutionary, illocutionary, and perlocutionary.
This study aims to analyze the ability of prospective teachers to prepare themselves to become real teachers through creativity, emotional intelligence, and locus of control. The approach used in this research was quantitative research with a survey model research design with a population of 755 and a sample of 261 economic education students who have completed the teaching practice program. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and a structural equation model were used to evaluate the data. The study's findings included the following: first, aspiring teachers were innovative in their use of and development of original learning methods, models, and media so that they are easily understood by students and can be used by future teachers to teach correctly, effectively, and efficiently to boost student motivation. Second, prospective teachers could maximize their potential with mature emotional intelligence when teaching practice programs. Third, the embodiment of confidence about the self-efficacy of future teachers in implementing teaching practice programs caused their potential to increase so that they could be channeled properly, as evidenced when interacting with students in delivering subject matter at school. The results of this study confirm that overall, the six hypotheses have a positive and significant effect; through teaching and learning activities and other teacher responsibilities at higher education schools, prospective instructors can demonstrate their performance in realistic scenarios.
The purpose of this research is to describe the exclamatory politeness on aspects of form and function in the Wacana Demo RUU KUHP on Instagram Social Media Commentary Column kabar_kampung_kito_ on September 24th and 25th, 2019 (A Pragmatic Study). This research is qualitative descriptive. The results of the research showed that there are fifty expressions which consist of the form and function of exclamatory politeness. There are eighteen expressions of exclamative politeness. The most dominant type is the use of –nya which consisted of sixteen expressions. This particle was a complement to the subject in front of it. An expression of alangkah describes an event while another expression is a form of bukan main. There are thirty-seven expressions of exclamative functions. The most dominant type is the function of seruan which describes solicitations, calls, and warnings consisting of twenty expressions. While there are seventeen expressions of admiration that illustrate admirable circumstances.
The purpose of this research is to describe good and bad moral values related to the relationship between humans and the relationship between humans and the environment in the collection of folklore Cerita Rakyat Legenda Si Pahit Lidah by MB. Rahimsyah. This research is qualitative descriptive which describes expressions contained in the collection of folklore Cerita Rakyat Legenda Si Pahit Lidah by MB. Rahimsyah. The data used in this research is primary data in the form of expressions containing moral values in the collection of folklore Cerita Rakyat Legenda Si Pahit Lidah by MB. Meanwhile the secondary data is in the form of books related to the research. The results of the research showed that there are 102 expressions in the collection of the Folklore Cerita Rakyat Legenda Si Pahit Lidah by MB. Rahimsyah. There are 4 forms of good moral value of the relationship between humans to humans, they are: 1) 5 expressions of fair, 2) 23 expressions of being helpful, 3) 3 expressions of forgiveness, and 4) 12 expressions of keeping promises. Moreover, there are also 4 forms of bad moral value of the relationship between humans to humans, they are: 1) 11 expressions of cheating, 2) 25 expressions of ignoring others, 3) 4 expressions of vengeful, and 4) 6 expressions of breaking promises. There is one form of good moral value in the relationship between humans and the environment. It is called maintaining the environment in which there are 3 expressions found in the data. Meanwhile bad moral value of the relationship between humans and the environment are also found in the data. There are 10 expressions of it and it is called damaging the environment.
The purpose of this research to describe trusteeship in the folklores of Kerinci Sakunung-sakunung ninau in Desa Pulau Tengah Kabupaten Kerinci which consists of two aspects, namely implied trusteeship and express trusteeship. The data in this research is primary data in a form of expressions in the folklores of Kerinci Sakunung-sakunung ninau in Desa Pulau Tengah Kabupaten Kerinci. The source of the data is the folklores of Kerinci Sakunung-sakunung ninau in Desa Pulau Tengah Kabupaten Kerinci. This research is qualitative descriptive. Based on the collection of the data, transcribing the data, and analyzing the data, the trusteeship in the folklores of Kerinci Sakunung-sakunung ninau in Desa Pulau Tengah Kabupaten Kerinci can be understood. Moreover the researcher interprets logically and makes conclusions towards findings. Based on data tabulation, two points of view are occured. They are implied trusteeship and express trusteeship. The most dominant type occured is express trusteeship while the least is implied trusteeship. There are 41 expressions found; 20 expressions of implied trusteeship and 21 expressions of express trusteeship. Thus it can be concluded that both implied and express trusteeship occured in the folklores of Kerinci Sakunung-sakunung ninau.
