Objetivo da pesquisa: Propor um modelo de mensuração da espiritualidade no trabalho para organizações públicas brasileira.Enquadramento teórico: Utilizou-se o conceito e o modelo estruturados por Ashmos e Duchan (2000), visto que esses autorestrazem a definição mais utilizada nas publicações acadêmicas sobre o assunto.Metodologia: Realizou-se a validação de um modelo de mensuração da espiritualidade no trabalho, aplicado em uma organizaçãopública brasileira, por meio da análise fatorial exploratória e confirmatória. Os dados foram obtidos por meio de levantamento(survey).Resultados: Um modelo de mensuração da espiritualidade no trabalho para organizações públicas brasileiras, contendo 16variáveis, para o qual considerou-se, além do resultado da validação, as argumentações teóricas, estatísticas e práticas, visando aadequação ao contexto dessas organizações.Originalidade: Considerando que não foram encontrados na literatura modelos desenvolvidos para a mensuração daespiritualidade no trabalho em organizações públicas, o modelo proposto neste estudo busca preencher essa lacuna.Contribuições teóricas e práticas: Além de buscar preencher uma lacuna da literatura, o modelo proposto busca possibilitar amensuração da espiritualidade no trabalho em organizações públicas brasileiras, auxiliando os gestores públicos na tomada dedecisão quanto à implantação ou à avaliação de políticas e de ações relacionadas ao desenvolvimento desse constructo.Palavras-chave: Espiritualidade no trabalho, Validação de modelo de mensuração, Organizações públicas brasileira
Este artigo se propôs a analisar as publicações sobre o tema clima ético com o objetivo de identificar as principais áreas da administração que estão sendo estudadas junto à temática. A pesquisa foi realizada no banco de dados do sistema Web of Science, procurando identificar as principais categorias, autores, tipos de documentos, título das fontes, ano das publicações, instituições, agências de financiamento, idiomas e países destas publicações, assim como a identificação dos “hot topics” da administração, quando combinados com o tópico clima ético. A análise dos dados teve por base os cálculos dos índices h-b e m de Banks (2006). De acordo com os resultados obtidos neste estudo, o número de publicações está crescendo ano após ano, intensificando-se nos últimos 5 anos. Cerca de 97% das publicações escritas estão concentradas nos seguintes países: Estados Unidos, Inglaterra, Austrália e Canadá, sendo o idioma inglês o mais abundante nos estudos, seguido do espanhol, do alemão e do francês. Dentre os 20 tópicos combinados com clima ético, os que se classificaram como “hot topics” foram ethics, management e business.
A Síndrome de Burnout resulta do estresse prolongado, do excesso de tarefas e do compromisso eficaz no trabalho. Com a pandemia da Covid 19, as configurações de trabalho mudaram e o setor público não foi diferente, exigindo-se mais do trabalhador para atender atividades pessoais e profissionais. O presente estudo teve como objetivo analisar indícios da Síndrome de Burnout entre os servidores do IFFar. Possui abordagem quantitativa e descritiva, utilizando-se de uma survey para realização. A coleta de dados ocorreu de forma online e foi aplicada a servidores públicos do IFFar. Para avaliar o nível quantitativo da Síndrome de Burnout nos servidores utilizou-se a escala de Maslach Burnout Inventory- General Survey (MBI-GS), com auxílio do software Statistical Package for the Social Sciences. Os resultados evidenciaram índice moderado para Burnout. Os desvios padrões apresentados são considerados elevados, alertando a necessidade de intervenção da instituição, em virtude da flutuação, pois índices moderados podem elevar-se. Sugere-se que a gestão adote um diagnóstico institucional para identificar os agentes estressores, além de políticas de qualidade de vida para minimizar os índices de Burnout, que apesar de moderado pode ser gerido pela Instituição, proporcionando ferramentas para que o entusiasmo pelo trabalho não seja perdido.
