Представлены результаты исследования влияния пассивного курения на содержание микроэле-ментов в системе «мать−плацента−плод» в эксперименте. Объектом исследования служили крысы линии Wistar, половозрелого возраста (6−7 мес.), массой 200±10 г. (n = 40) и их плоды. В первом учетном периоде крысы были небеременные, во втором − беременные. Исследования по установлению репродуктивной токсич-ности и эмбриотоксичности табачного дыма проведены посредством экспозиции крыс в атмосфере табачного дыма (модель «пассивного курения») в затравочной камере. Для изучения элементного статуса организма жи-вотных в качестве биосубстратов использовали образцы легочной, печеночной, костной ткани и плаценты. При изучении элементного состава плода измельчением и гомогенизацией формировалась средняя проба. Выявлено, что пассивное курение влияет на баланс химических элементов в системе «мать−плацента−плод». Так, в конце первого учетного периода эксперимента в легочной ткани животных опытной группы статистически значимо увеличилось содержание As и снизилось содержание Ca, Mn и Zn. В ткани печени, напротив, наблюдалось ста-тистически значимое более высокое содержание Ca, Mn и Zn. В костной ткани выявлены более низкие значения Ca. В период гестации пассивное курение оказало более выраженное влияние на элементный состав организма лабораторных животных: в легочный ткани наблюдались статистически значимые более высокие уровни As, Cd и более низкие уровни Ca, Co, Cr и Mn; в печени − более высокие уровни Ca и более низкие уровни Cd; в кост-ной ткани − более низкое содержание Zn. В плаценте животных опытной группы уровень Cd был выше. В пло-дах животных опытных групп наблюдались статистически значимые более высокие уровни Cr, Mn, Se, Zn и Cd и более низкий уровень Са.КЛЮЧЕВЫЕ СЛОВА: беременность, пассивное курение, никотин, эмбриотоксичность, микроэлементы.
