The Great Silk Road is a transcontinental trade way that has been bridging the East and the West for many ages now. The Great Silk Road nowadays is viewed as a channel for international cooperation in the area of diplomatic relations, culture, science, trade and tourism. In the year of 2017, Russia is launching the Great Silk Roadan interregional tourist route through the North Caucasus. However, due to the lack of official statistical data, it is not possible to evaluate the demand and the tourist traffic at the destinations along the route. One of the possible ways to get the data is to use search engines and social media. This article offers an analysis of the seasonality for the tourist demand regarding the Great Silk Road destinations, which is done through key retrieval queries submitted to the Yandex search system. Photo geotags have been used to identify the age and gender structure of the tourist flow, as well as the geography of the tourist arrivals. The most popular destinations of the North-Caucasian part of the Great Silk Road have been identified.
Humanity has long been striving to realize the deserted technologies for obtaining food. For its implementation, it is necessary to detail the technology as a way of organizing natural processes that are aimed at creating artificial objects, in particular, food. To implement a deserted method of food production, it is necessary to use technology. Technology in the article is considered as a man-made material that is uses to expand the capabilities in food production. We consider technical means of food technologies as integral material systems that function and develop in the environment. The purpose of the work is to study and develop trends in the engineering strategy for the development of food technology, taking into account the possibilities and advantages of adaptive control of a technological system with a wide range of variability in the properties of controlled objects, including in conditions of information uncertainty. We have analyzed the dialectics of the development of food technologies. On its basis, an engineering strategy for the development of food technology techniques has been developed. Identified technical and technological trends that provide for the development of mechatronics, the creation of new equipment, as well as lines that implement new machine technologies. The task is to consciously activate the process of creating a new food production technique using the laws of dialectics.
ABSTRACT. To date, travel portals represent the most promising tool for promoting tourist destinations. Compared to traditional print media, their main advantage is the ability to access a wealth of information, services, to make online reservations, to create package-tours, and to obtain interactive representation of tourist sites. The paper discusses tourism demand for destinations of the zone of the Great Silk Road applying key statistics of the Yandex search engine queries. A comparative analysis of tourist destinations portal data has been conducted based on the following criteria: availability of multilingual information, interactive maps, selfguided tour planners, and information about attractions, tours, and accommodation facilities. In order to attract a large number of tourists and to successfully implement the project "Silk Road, " it is necessary to establish a common trans-national tourism portal which would include information on tourism opportunities in all countries.KEY WORDS: travel portals, GIS in tourism, geoinformation monitoring in tourism, tourism of the Great Silk Road.
Tourist location data accessible through social networks is a new source of information which is opening up great opportunities for studying tourism activities. We used tourist geotags from the VKontakte social network to evaluate the attractiveness of tourist destinations around the Caucasian Mineral Waters. Based on the data received from the public profiles of tourists publishing geotags, we analyzed their gender- and age-related structure, seasonal preferences, and geographic origins. The resort of Pyatigorsk was used as a case study to develop a classification of recreational areas for local people and tourists. Women prevailed among those displaying their photos – 64.7%. The two major seasons for attaching photos were spring and summer – 64.8 % of the photos. The specific feature of the Caucasian Mineral Waters viewed as a tourist destination implied the prevalence of intraregional geotags over interregional ones. The major interregional tourist flow came from the cities of Moscow, St. Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, and Krasnodar. The geotags on photos, therefore, may be used as an alternative source of information when evaluating the tourist activity and attractiveness of these destinations.
Введение. Роль туризма в современном обществе неуклонно возрастает, при этом его успешное развитие во многом зависит от использования инновационных подходов и техно-логий, которые зарекомендовали себя как в России, так и за рубежом. Анализ мировых прак-тик в сфере туризма показывает, что наилучший результат можно достигнуть при использо-вании мощного информационно-аналитического ресурса с территориальным акцентом -гео-информационных систем (ГИС) [Панин, 2014].Материалы и методы исследования. Для организации мониторинга туристских де-стинаций нами предложена концептуальная схема. При ее создании был использован опыт разработки концептуальных схем геоинформационного мониторинга этнодемографических [Панин, 2005], демографических [Раужин, 2011] и миграционных процессов [Белозеров, 2012], этнических аспектов урбанизации [Черкасов, 2013], туристско-рекреационного потен-циала Ставропольского края [Панин, 2014], террористической деятельности в России [Су-прунчук, 2015].Геоинформационный мониторинг туристских дестинаций -система сбора, хранения пространственной информации о туристских процессах и объектах в едином хранилище дан-ных для визуализации, пространственно-временного анализа и моделирования развития ту-ризма в дестинации с целью поддержки оперативного управления.Ключевыми задачи геоинформационного мониторинга следует считать: -регулярную актуализацию и визуализацию информации о туристских процессах, объектах и инфраструктуре;-оценку туристско-рекреационного потенциала дестинаций; -выявление связей между социально-экономическими факторами и развитием туриз-ма в дестинациях;-определение долгосрочных векторов и тенденций развития туризма в дестинациях; -продвижение дестинаций на региональном, межрегиональном и международном уровне.При разработке концептуальной модели геоинформационного мониторинга были опре-делены структура, механизмы и условия функционирования. Фундаментальные условия эф-фективного проведения мониторинга -множественность форм исходных данных, иерархич-1 Северо-Кавказский федеральный университет, институт математики и естественных наук, ка-федра социально-экономической географии, геоинформатики и туризма, Ставрополь, 355032, Россия, аспирант;
