Various extradigestive manifestations may occur in unusual forms of the disease. The cerebellar ataxia is one of those rare events present in 9% of cases [1,2]. It may be a telltale sign of the disease. The mechanism involved remains poorly understood. Gluten free diet is the main therapy and allows the disappearance of neurological symptoms. We report a case of cerebellar ataxia revealing a celiac disease.
