The creation of modern machine-technological stations (MTS) causes a lot of disputes about the effectiveness of their operation. The majority of MTS are commercial enterprises, independent of services consumers, which, in the conditions of decreasing equipment availability of agricultural producers, turned out to be monopolists comparing with them. Agricultural enterprises could not become founders of MTS and do not have the ability to influence on the activities of service enterprises directly. The efforts of the stations are greatly aimed to get their own profit and much lesser to increase the efficiency of served arms. Many experts have the opinion that the achievement of economic well-being of MTS often is due to the decreasing of the economy of services consumers. As a result of the direct economic effect of the MTS activity - the profits of agricultural producers are not yet available. The reason of this, in our opinion, is explained by the fact that the relations of stations are not connected with final results of agricultural production. The efficiency of their functioning will become economically viable only when their own profitable activities ensure the effectiveness of services for agricultural producers. The purpose of the research is to justify the need of creation machine-technological stations in the system of agroindustrial production.
In article the main possibilities of the innovative development of milk cattle breeding are considered, approaches of use of digital technologies in data management by processes and forming of the organizational and economic mechanism designed to stimulate progress in science and technologies are investigated. The reasons for the slowdown in economic growth in the industry, which led to changes in the mechanism for managing innovative development, are revealed. The purpose of implementation of digital technologies is the acceleration of processes of the innovative development of the industry, increase in overall performance of the agricultural enterprises of milk cattle breeding and level of food supply. A key trend in the development of innovative control mechanism of dairy farming is the digitalization, based on the introduction of through technologies to the manufacturing processes, creation of new business-models of the market interaction between enterprises, using modular applications for a variety of practical problems. Tasks are defined and the structure of the organizational mechanism of management of the innovative development of the industry of milk cattle breeding on the basis of model the digital platform of agrarian and industrial complex as service which includes the Agriculture and Sustainable Development of Rural Territories subplatform, is offered.
One of the topical trends in the development of agriculture in the Russian Federation is digitalization and automation of methods for processing spatial information about various land resources. The main element of the implementation of this direction in practice can be considered a three-dimensional digital terrain model. This model allows solving many problems in the field of land management, in particular, such as analyzing the surface of the terrain in order to determine its suitability for agricultural production. Despite a number of existing problems in this area, an automated digital land management system will enable public authorities to implement an integrated and systematic approach to management, that is, to more efficiently use the land resources, influence the land market, as well as attract the investments and create the necessary conditions. for sustainable development of the territory.
Poultry meat is a full-value food product for the population. It is widely used in general and specialized diets. Thanks to the work of breeders, breeds of meat-egg chickens with high egg production and high-quality meat were bred. At the same time, the meat of meat-egg chickens is somewhat inferior in organoleptic parameters to broiler meat, which to a lesser extent allows it to be used in the production of specialized meat-based food products. The paper presents the results of research on the development and production of specialized semi-finished products for the nutrition of pregnant women, using meat of meat-egg chicken. To increase the organoleptic characteristics and nutritional value of the developed semifinished products, a new product from chicken eggs is introduced into the latter – egg coagulated melange, enriched with kelp. Kelp is a source of iodine in a bioavailable form. Calcium enrichment of the developed semi-finished products was carried out by the product of the chicken egg-shell processing - a mineral concentrator, in which calcium is in an easily digestible form. The conducted studies, the results of which are presented in this article, allowed to establish that the enrichment of functional ingredients based on chicken eggs led to an increase in the nutritional value of semi-finished products, an improvement in organoleptic indicators. The introduction of kelp in the composition of enriched melange reduced the loss of iodine. Thus, efficient processing of poultry products was carried out: meat of meat-egg chicken (processing of the shell and the egg itself).
As part of the study, the volumes of coal production and use in the industrial and domestic sectors were analyzed. The analysis showed that in Russia the volume of coal production is increasing, which is associated with the prevailing technologies for the use of coal in industrial production and the impossibility of their restructuring and transformation for new types of fuel. At the same time, the study revealed that there is a decrease in the share of coal generation, but at the same time, coal-fired thermal power plants emit about 13% of carbon dioxide in Russia. In the work, an engineering solution was proposed in the field of coal generation, which should provide an increase in the efficiency of coal use in the manufacturing and domestic sectors. At the end of the study, the necessary conclusions were drawn on the results of the work done.
