Penyakit hepatitis merupakan penyakit menular yang menjadi masalah kesehatan yang besar di masyarakat, karena penularannya yang relatif mudah. Berdasarkan data WHO (World Health Organization) terdapat 2 milyar penduduk di dunia menderita hepatitis dan 1,46 juta diantaranya mengalami kematian. Prevalensi penderita hepatitis B di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Medan meningkat di tahun 2016 yaitu sebanyak 198 penderita. Jenis penelitian ini observasional analitik dengan menggunkan pendekatan case control. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2016 - Februari 2017. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 76 responden. Hasil uji statistik Binary Logistic tahap kedua menunjukkan bahwa hanya ada 3 variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan Hepatitis B, yaitu riwayat vaksinasi memiliki nilai p value 0.171, riwayat penggunaan jarum suntik bersama p value 1.000 dan pasangan seksual p value 0.999. Berdasarkan hasil uji tersebut diketahui bahwa riwayat vaksinasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kejadian hepatitis B. vaksinasi yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap kejadian hepatitis B. Hasil tersebut menggambarkan bahwa vaksin merupakan suatu tindakan yang sangat berpengaruh dan dapat mencegah penyakit hepatitis B, sehingga program pemberian vaksin diharapkan mulai ditingkatkan agar dapat mengendalikan kejadian hepatitis B.Kata Kunci : Hepatitis B, Riwayat Vaksinasi, Riwayat Bertatto, Riwayat Penggunaan Jarum Suntik Bersama, Pasangan Seksual
AbstrakPendahuluan: Beberapa upaya yang bisa dilakukan untuk membantu kelancaran pengeluaran ASI pada ibu diawal menyusui adalah breast care, pijat oksitosin, dan teknik marmet. Teknik marmet dapat digunakan untuk pengeluaran ASI yang dapat diterapkan secara praktis oleh ibu. Teknik marmet merupakan pijitan dengan menggunakan dua jari yang dapat merangsang payudara untuk memproduksi lebih banyak ASI. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik marmet terhadap kelancaran Air Susu Ibu di Desa Nag. Pematang Simalungun Tahun 2019. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasy Eksperimen dengan Design One Group Post Test Design. Populasi dalam penelitian seluruh ibu yang tidak bekerja yang mempunyai bayi 0-6 bulan sebanyak 30 orang. Sampel sebanyak 30 orang dengan masing-masing kelompok sebanyak 15 orang di Desa Nag. Pematang Simalungun Kecamatan Siantar Kabupaten Simalungun. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Analisa data menggunakan data univariat dan bivariat dengan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil: Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada ibu kelompok intervensi dengan produksi ASI lancar sebesar 76,5% (13 orang), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol dengan produksi ASI lancar sebesar 23,5% (4 orang). Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test diketahui Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed) bernilai 0,007 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,007<0,05) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha diterima. Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan Teknik marmet ada pengaruh terhadap kelancaran Air Susu Ibu di Desa Nag. Pematang Simalungun Tahun 2019. Saran diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dan menambah wawasan tentang teknik marmet terhadap kelancaran Air Susu Ibu. Subdistrict Pematang Siantar District Simalungun Regency AbstractBackground: Some of the efforts that can be done to help smooth the release of breast milk to mothers at the beginning of breastfeeding are breast care, oxytocin massage, and marmetal techniques. Marmet technique can be used for breast milk removal which can be practically applied by mothers. Marmet technique is a massage using two fingers that can stimulate the breast to produce more milk. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marmetal technique on the smoothness of breast Milk in Nag Village. Simalungun district in 2019. Method: This research was a Quasy Experiment with Design One Group Post Test Design. The population in the study were all unemployed maternal who had 0-6 months babies amounted 30 people. Perineal care is the fulfillment of the need to nourish the thigh's area, which is restricted to the vulva and anus in mothers who are in the period between the birth of the placenta until the return of generative organs such as before pregnancy. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), in 2015, the world's Mother Mortality Rate reached 228/100,0000 live births. This study was to determine the relationship of postpartum maternal knowledge about the care of perineal wounds with infection prevention at the Siti Kholijah Hasibuan Clinic. The research used an analytic survey with approach Cross-Sectional. Sampling used a total population of 31 postpartum mothers who suffered the perineal injury. This study used primary data from the results of univariate and bivariate analysis data processing. Based on the statistical test, chi-square α=0.05 between knowledge of postpartum mothers, was obtained a p-value of 0.003 (p <0.05). The study concluded that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge postpartum care of wounds perineal and prevention of infection at the Siti Kholijah Hasibuan Clinic
