This research was aimed to investigate the effect of the leadership fisherwomen and cleaner production of the fish processing industry on the effectiveness of environmental coastal preservation in Tangerang District. The research was conducted by survey method and analyzed using Path Analysis (PA). Sampling was done by proportional random sampling. Data sources were obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that the leadership of fisherwomen had a significant influence on the effectiveness of effort to preserve the coast with a value of 0.420>0.005. Cleaner production in the fish processing industry, was significant effect to work leadership fisherwomen on the effectiveness of coastal preservation with a value of 0.361>0.005. The leadership of fisherwomen together with the cleaner production of fish processing industry had a significant simultaneous effect on the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment (P<0.05). The value of R square obtained was 52.3%, meaning that the work effectiveness variable preserving the coastal environment can be explain 52.3% by the leadership variable and the clean production environment of fish processing industry while the remaining 47.7% can be explain by other unexamined variables.
This study aims to determine the implementation of public policy about Water Quality Management and Water Pollution Control in the Regency of Bekasi of Indonesia in order to minimize water pollution. Based on previous research can be synthesized that: Pollution of river water occurs caused by the disposal of waste containing organic or inorganic substances to water sources that cause various diseases and silting the river and have an impact on the environment. The method used in this Policy Research is content analysis. Data of the research results in the analysis by using Merilee S. Grindle model. The results show from of policy content : Objectives of policy that has not adhered. Context of implementation: Inter-institutional coordination in the realization of policy has not gone well. Implementation strategy used: Maximizing policy support from Ministry of Environment, Overcoming the lack of human resources in the field of environment, Maximizing infrastructure and financial facilities.
This research aims to know the increase of cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry through work motivation and leadership of women fishermen in the Tangerang Regency. A survey method is employed using a path analysis technique, whereas the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling. Samples are obtained from primary data. The results show that: work motivation has a partial significant influence on the increase of cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry; which indicates an increase in work motivation will lead to an increase in the cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry. Secondly, the leadership of women fishermen has a partial significant influence on the increase in the cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry. Third of all, both work motivation and leadership of women fishermen simultaneously have a significant effect on increasing the cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry, indicating a variable increase in the cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry which 55,8% can be accounted for by work motivation and leadership. The path analysis coefficient shows that work motivation has a significant effect on the increase in the cleaner production environment in the fish processing industry, whether directly or indirectly.
The coastal area has developed into a center for the fish processing industry, which has an impact on environmental problems in the form of liquid waste and odors. To overcome these environmental problems and carry out cleaner production such as processing and implementing environmental sanitation, work motivation is needed. Because of this, research was conducted to determine the increase in the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment through cleaner production and work motivation in salted fish processors in the Tangerang Regency. A quantitative study was conducted on 96 respondents drawn from 2.298 salted fish processors populations. To get the correlation between cleaner production and work motivation on the effectiveness of preserving the coastal environment, the path analysis method was used, which resulted in an increase of 52.7% of cleaner production and work motivation, while the remaining 47.3% resulted from other variables. The conclusion obtained from this research shows that the increase in the effectiveness of coastal environmental conservation can be done by increasing the work motivation of salted fish processors to carry out cleaner production in fish processing.
