Taxes are a significant source of state revenue for implementing and improving national development to achieve prosperity and public welfare. Taxes come from the community and are reused for the benefit of the community. People who are active taxpayers are called taxpayers.
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of goods and services procurement policies based on the SOP for the Management of Procurement of Goods and Services in Probolinggo Regency and to determine the driving factors and obstacles to the implementation of goods and services procurement policies in Probolinggo Regency. The location of this research is in the Procurement of Goods and Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Probolinggo Regency, which is in the Office Complex of the Probolinggo Regent, Jalan Panglima Sudirman number 134 kraksaan. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification method. The results of the study show that the implementation of the Policy on the procurement of goods and services in Probolinggo Regency has been carried out. However, in practice, it has not been considered optimal, and there are many discrepancies where transparency and fair competition still need to be adequately implemented. Some of the driving factors and obstacles to the implementation of goods and services policies include being influenced by policy standards and targets/measures and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing organizations, attitudes of implementers, communication between related organizations and implementation activities, and the social, economic and social environment. Political.
Work productivity is a link between output, namely work results and the time needed to complete work in accordance with the main tasks and functions of employees. An organization will only be able to develop if the work productivity of personnel increases. In the activities carried out in the 4th Air Squadron, work productivity is a part that gets attention in implementing activities to achieve the objectives of missions and operations. With an adequate number of personnel, the existing personnel will be able to carry out their duties optimally to fulfill the functions and objectives of implementing the 4th Air Squadron Operation. The research purpose is to analyze the effect of the quality of personnel partially on the work productivity of the 4th Air Squadron Pilot Corps, the effect of workload partially on the work productivity of the 4th Air Squadron Aviation Corps, the effect of the quality of personnel and workload simultaneously on the work productivity of the 4th Air Squadron Pilot Corps. Research sites were conducted at the 4th Air Squadron Pilot Corps, Indonesia. The research results show that the quality of personnel has a positive influence but is not significant by 12.1%. Workload has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity of 8.3%. Simultaneously it can be concluded that the variable quality of personnel and workload has a positive effect of 1.1% and does not have a significant enough effect on work productivity. The influencing factors are the uniform quality of personnel and the development of personnel which impacts the ability to cope with heavy workloads.
There are two problems that will be examined in this research, namely: 1. What is the form of the advertisement tax service implementation (tax potential data collection, supervision and collection strategies)? 2. What are the driving factors and constraints both internally and externally in policy implementation. To answer this problem, this researcher uses qualitative research methods. The study used several data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. So the researcher will go directly to the field and conduct research by means of observation and in-depth interviews with several related informants. The data obtained were then presented descriptively and analyzed using descriptive analytic techniques. From the results of this study, the aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the community regarding "Implementation of the advertisement tax service policy in the Regional Regulation of Malang Regency Number 1 of 2019 in Malang Regency". Based on the existing data, the author tries to describe / describe systematically. 1. Potential data collection is realized with npwpd services and periodic field data collection. Supervision is carried out to provide control and inspection. The collection strategy has been running according to good policy and governance. 2. The factors driving and constraining the implementation of policies, the driving factors are the improvement of facilities, the competence of officers and the support of regional banks. While the obstacle factors are the number of types of taxes, the area of Malang Regency and the low level of compliance.
This study aims to analyze and describe the Implementation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) policy in the Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency, as well as to identify the factors supporting the Implementation of the PATEN policy in the Pajarakan District, Probolinggo Regency. This study employs an explicative qualitative methodology. This study was conducted in Probolinggo Regency, East Java Province, particularly in the Pajarakan District, which is also a region where Probolinggo Regent Regulation No. 30 of 2015 is implemented. The results indicate that, on average, respondents are satisfied with the offered services; however, there are still deficiencies that must be evaluated to deliver the highest level of service. Thus, the system and procedure for implementing PATEN must conform to the established provisions. The proposed rules are based on government regulations and must be implemented by the applicable policies. The results of the subsequent analysis indicate that PATEN is hindered by factors such as the provision of inadequate facilities and infrastructure, the lack of responsiveness of officers in receiving customer complaints, the condition of solutions that are still difficult for customers to implement, the provision of less skilled and friendlier services, and the provision of time-consuming services. Still quite a while. However, there are also several supporting elements, such as the conformance of offered services to applicable procedures, the simplicity of meeting administrative requirements, and customer satisfaction with service receipt.
