Roland EMERY Equipe PACES (Pratiques professionnelles et apprentissages en contextes d'enseignement spécialisé) Université de Genève Résumé : Dans une perspective inclusive, la collaboration multiprofessionnelle 1 est présentée comme une évidence peu questionnée visant à répondre d'une manière effi cace aux différents besoins des élèves présentant des besoins éducatifs particuliers. Or l'articulation des visées et actions professionnelles ne va pas de soi. Les chevauchements entre professions créent des zones d'incertitude et de négociation dans les pratiques effectives. Cette contribution concerne plus particulièrement la problématique de l'articulation des langages professionnels dans des contextes de collaboration multiprofessionnelle au sein d'une institution médico-pédagogique relevant de l'enseignement spécialisé. Les questions de recherche se centrent sur les spécifi cités et la complexité des différents langages et ce qu'ils donnent à voir des statuts des acteurs en présence. Les résultats de l'étude sont ensuite mis en perspective avec les injonctions de l'école inclusive à mettre en oeuvre des pratiques de collaboration multiprofessionnelle.

Cette contribution rend compte des premiers résultats d'une recherche plus large visant à saisir le point de vue des parents sur la collaboration qu'ils expérimentent avec les différents professionnels impliqués dans le projet de scolarisation en classe ordinaire de leur enfant. Elle rend compte plus spécifiquement d'une étude menée auprès de 10 familles. Les entretiens menés ont permis de dégager leur point de vue sur la diversité des professionnels avec lesquels ils doivent collaborer, sur ce qui fait obstacle à la collaboration, ce qui la facilite, ainsi que les compétences qui émergent de leurs expériences. Parent-Professional Collaboration in a so-called Inclusive School Context through the Prism of Parental Experiences: from the Difficulties encountered to the Possibilities of ActionSummary: Parents-professionals partnership is seen as a core principle for the education of students with special educational needs. But how this partnership is actually experienced by parents remains a salient issue. This contribution reports the first results of a larger research, which aims to understand how parents conceive and experience the collaboration with the various professionals involved in their child's integration in a regular classroom. Results concern data gathered with 10 families, and focus on parent's perceptions related to the professional network they have to collaborate with, obstacles and facilitators to collaboration, as well as parent's skills emerging from their experiences.
La nouvelle revue de l'adaptation et de la scolarisation -n o 78 • 2 e trimestre 2017 La collaboration multiprofessionnelle dans les contextes d'institution spécialisée Dimensions thématiques et concepts convoqués pour l'étude des pratiques Résumé : Cette contribution de type note de synthèse examine la question de la collaboration entre professions différentes dans les contextes d'enseignement spécialisé et en particulier dans les institutions spécialisées à caractère médico-pédagogique. Après avoir défini dans une première partie le contexte d'institution spécialisée et clarifié l'usage de certains termes, la revue de littérature qui suivra se centrera sur les dimensions thématiques et concepts convoqués par les auteurs pour saisir et comprendre les phénomènes collaboratifs multiprofessionnels. Les questions élémentaires du travail en équipe serviront de structure à cette deuxième partie : les fonctions de la collaboration entre professions différentes, la composition des équipes, les modalités d'interactions, de communication et d'usage des langages professionnels et la question du cadre organisationnel du travail en équipe. Multiprofessional collaboration in special education school : thematic dimensions and conceptsSummary: This paper examines the issue of collaboration between different professions in special education school including educational and therapeutic professions. Having defined the context of special education school and clarified the use of certain terms, the literature review will focus on the thematic dimensions and concepts used to describe and understand multiprofessional collaboration. Some elementary questions of teamwork will serve as a structure for this review: functions of collaboration between different professions, team composition, modalities of interaction and communication, organizational framework of teamwork (conditions, resources).
