There have been numerous attempts at adding ringoscillator counters to measure IR-Drop on chips. The difficulty with this approach has been that any reading of the ring count always combined the effects of Temperature and Voltage versus Voltage only reading. The technique relied primarily on the fact that temperature effects take a long time to affect the ringoscillator counter value. This paper will validate this premise by using two identical ring-oscillator counters next to each other but powered by two separate power supplies. One ring-oscillator counter will be connected to the core under test, the second ring-oscillator counter will be connected to a clean supply. By comparing the different readings, we can accurately remove temperature from the ring-oscillator counter reading and arrive at an accurate IR-Drop measurement.
This paper discusses obstacles of the nascent republican government to implement an educational system that included women. Advances were too few to overcome the segregationist mentality and differences in education that had prevailed during the Hispanic period domain. So then, the republican principles of equality and freedom were not reflected in educational policy that was affected by the economic crisis, the fiscal deficit and the ravages of the wars of Independence. Therefore, members of the female gender remained under the influence of the Church and Catholic morality, and continued to develop their role as mothers and wives within the family. Finally, the full exercise of their rights as citizens was postponed, thus their opportunities for personal development, recognition and socio-economic ascent were also limited. LABOR CONDITIONS OF THE INDIGENOUS COMMUNITIES OF THE NORORIENT NEOGRANADINO, CENTURY XVII AbstractBased on the visits made by the oidores of the Royal Audience of Santa Fe, this article aims to analyze the abuses in the working conditions imposed on the indigenous communities of the northeastern New Kingdom of Granada during the 17th century. The assignment of heavy work, the continuous extraction of their ancestral peoples, the constant pressure exerted by neighbors and encomenderos, and the commutation of the tribute for work, were factors that caused an exhausting work load through the encomienda system, the mita and the concertaje. The Spanish Crown found it difficult to reconcile their eagerness to extract the greatest wealth of their colonies in the face of the Indians' need to make their land to the maximum and the constant pressure of white and mestizo laborers. In the end, these excesses influenced the progressive deterioration of the social and economic conditions of indigenous communities.
