This systematic review has the goal of understanding how the theme Dynamic Capabilities has been approached by the academic literature. For this, we analyzed the summary of 80 articles extracted from two databases (Scopus and Web of Science) through the search term "dynamic capabilities" and "dynamic capability". The study results suggest that Dynamic Capabilities: is a relatively new theme; can be related to other factors, such as: innovation; knowledge management; learning; performance of the firm; and organizational ambidexterity; the concept of Dynamic Capabilities can be improved based on academic literature, and is associated with valuable resources, rare, hard to imitate and replacement, which enables the achievement of competitive advantage; Dynamic Capabilities are difficult to be implemented in firms, they involve existing intangible assets in complex and turbulent organizational environments, requiring constant change; the identification of mechanisms that generate Dynamic Capabilities can assist firms in understanding the elements needed to build these capacities; relate to organizational ambidexterity Dynamic Capabilities can facilitate understanding of the concepts of exploitation and exploration.
This article aims to investigate the effect of the exploration and exploitation dimensions on profitability and growth in sales by exporting companies. The resource-based view (RBV) theory supported the research findings. The survey involved 132 exporting companies in the state of Paraná/PR. Structural equation modeling was applied with the aid of the AMOS software (Analysis of Moment Structures). The results reinforce the multidimensional concept of organizational ambidexterity, characteristic of exporting companies inserted in a dynamic environment. Thus, it is necessary to develop new organizational skills and competences, aiming to develop structures and mechanisms related to organizational ambidexterity.

Technological capability can promote company internationalization as it enables the formation of strategic partnerships, investment in R&D, resource sharing, technology transfer, and economies of scale. The aim of this article is to conduct a systematic review of the literature on the role of technological capability in company internationalization and new product success (NPS). It was therefore necessary to analyze 87 articles obtained from four databases. The survey results suggest that technological capability can be used as a moderating variable; technological capability is considered an important element of economic growth; it facilitates company internationalization; can provide NPS; technology transfer assists the formation of technological capability through the tacit knowledge, skills, and competencies of staff; as a rule, export companies have greater technological capabilities. Finally, a theoretical framework, study limitations, and suggestions for future research are proposed.</span>
