The purpose of this paper is to know the actual situation of the educational research by using the ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) at the Unidad Académica de Contaduría y Administración from the Universidad Autónoma de Nayarit (UACyA-UAN) to answer the question ¿Why do UACyA-UAN teachers who do not teach the Research Methodology subject move away from educational research, ceasing to promote the use of ICT and therefore do not transfer this culture to their students? by looking after its use and application in teaching as well as its transfer to students. This investigation uses a mixed methodology, a survey of 83 teachers, and individual interviews with four candidates. The result shows that it is necessary to promote research and technology skills in the teachers to archive the student’s interest. It’s concluded that the relationship between ICT and research is vital in modern education and that the lack of teaching development in digital skills for information management causes their withdrawal from these activities, assuming that it corresponds to holders of Research Methodology to carry them out.
ResumenSe presenta un estudio sobre la interculturalidad a partir del escenario de cambio que imponen el efecto globalizador así como el impacto de las nuevas tecnologías y sus aplicaciones en la educación superior, aclarando primeramente los términos cultura, pluricultural, multicultural, intercultural, intracultural, entre otros. Se aborda el currículo educativo desde diferentes puntos de vista. Se hace un análisis de las políticas educativas interculturales y se comenta el caso de la Universidad Autónoma Indígena de México y el Proyecto Tarasco para ejemplificar los logros en la educación intercultural a nivel superior en México.
Education 4.0 requires human resources that are proactive, critical and linked to society at local, state, national and international levels. In view of this need for change, the present work has as its objective demonstrate relevance of an integrative project as a pedagogical strategy in teaching-learning, for the appropriation of knowledge, as well as for the development of transversal skills in higher education students, through the collaboration of three learning units belonging to the Marketing Degree of the Academic Unit of Accounting and Administration (UACyA) of the Autonomous University of Nayarit (UAN). Therefore, it is based on documentary research with a qualitative approach, exploratory and descriptive scope, a field research was also carried out with the M5-1 group, with the collaboration of their teachers, obtaining as a result marketing prospects for the companies that accepted the intervention. It concludes with the theoretical foundation in relation to the benefit and the impulse given by this practice in favor of the development of talents in university education.
El tráfico de comprobantes fiscales a través de operaciones simuladas, ha provocado una baja sustancial en la recaudación de impuestos, de ahí que, las autoridades fiscales han establecido mecanismos para detectar, vigilar y eliminar los esquemas agresivos de evasión fiscal para sancionar y proceder penalmente a los contribuyentes que incurran en el delitode defraudación fiscal; el presente trabajo se realizó mediante una revisión bibliográfica, con el objetivo dar a conocer las consecuencias fiscales en que pueden incurrir las personas físicas y morales al realizar o deducir operaciones simuladas; por lo que se define una guía para evitar ser clasificados como EFOS. y EDOS.
Al hablar de Outsourcing se presenta una problemática muy particular en virtud deque para los trabajadores es un poco difícil entender quién es finalmente su patrón, loanterior porque reciben en ocasiones indicaciones de ejecutivos de la empresa contratantede los servicios; para las empresas esta figura representa una estrategia de negocios, através de ellas las organizaciones buscan evitar el pago de las prestaciones laborales enbeneficio de los trabajadores. El enfoque de esta investigación es descriptiva, mediante unproceso de recopilación bibliográfica y documental, consultando libros, revistas, bases de datos electrónicas y proyectos de investigación; ante la información obtenida se seleccionó aquella que por su contenido embonaba con el presente tema.
This work is part of a research on the systematization of the 360° methodology for the evaluation of the performance of higher level teachers. In a previous stage the methodology was tested manually; as a second stage, the diagnosis presented here was made and it is intended to culminate with the proposal of an online evaluation computer system that allows immediate feedback to both the teachers evaluated for their professional development and the coordinators of the academic programs for the integration of training events aimed objectively at the detected needs. The results obtained are presented when investigating the current practices of teacher evaluation in four institutions of higher education in the state of Nayarit, Mexico. To make the diagnosis, technological tools of qualitative analysis were used to facilitate the handling of documents, through an encoding to import data from the survey.
