(The tryptophan-sensitive isozyme accounts for most (60 %) of the total activity.) The chorismate mutase, which again belongs to the K system, is inhibited both by L-tyrosine and by L-phenylalanine. Es wurden TiNJ und je zwei Modifikationen von ZrNCl und ZrNBr, ferner TiNCl und TiNBr hergestellt. Die Präparate wurden durch Ammonolyse der Tetrahalogenide bei erhöhter Temperatur erhalten. Die Nitridhalogenide sind leicht hydrolisierbar und thermisch wenig beständig, das Minimum der Beständigkeit liegt beim TiNJ. Eine Sonderstellung haben die Hochtemperaturmodifikationen β‐ZrNCl und β‐ZrNBr, die thermisch und chemisch sehr widerstandsfähig sind. Die Kristallstrukturbestimmung ergab für α‐ZrCl, α‐ZrNBr, TiNCl, TiNBr und TiNJ den EO5‐Typ Raumgruppe D 2h13 (FeOCl).

Es wurde Lithiumimid durch thermische Zersetzung des Amides hergestellt. Seine Dichte ist 1,48. Li2N kristallisiert dem CaF2 antiisomorph, ist also dem Li2O isomorph; es hat die Gitterkonstante 5,047 Å. Der univalente Radius des NH2−‐IOs ist 2,00 Å. Durch tensimetrische Untersuchung wird festgestellt, daß Lithiumamid kein Ammoniakat bildet. Das Amid gibt zunächst einphasig Ammoniak ab, es schließt sich ein Zweiphasengebiet an, bestehend aus einem ammoniakarmen Amid‐Mischkristall und dem Lithiumimid.
