The problem with this study is that the sales targets for the Otsky distribution fluctuate and are not met each month. Preliminary research showed that only 51% of the 100% sales target was met. Respondents believe that product quality can be imitated by other brands, prices are relatively high compared to competitors, and the lack of promotion for Otsky products causes fluctuations in purchasing decisions. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the independent variables, i.e. product quality, price and advertising, on the dependent variables, i.e. Otsky Distro clothing purchase decisions. The study population consisted of his 320 Otsky users, and a sample of 76 respondents was drawn using his Slovin formula. Data were collected using SPSS version 25 statistical software and regression analysis was performed yielding the multiple regression equation Y = 20.128 + 0.388X1 – 0.004X2. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.258, indicating that 25.8% of the variability in purchasing decisions can be explained by product quality, price, and advertising. The F-test shows a value of 8.360 at a significance value (Sig) of 0.000. From this we can conclude that product quality, price and advertising have a positive impact on purchasing decisions. The remaining 74.2% are explained by other variables not considered in this study.
Product quality and service quality in the restaurant business are two important things that make customers make decisions to make purchases and come again to the restaurant. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of food product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at 8Bars Resto & Bar - Bekasi City. This research is quantitative research with an inductive, objective, and scientific approach where the data obtained is in the form of numbers. Data acquisition was assessed and analyzed statistically through the SPSS application with data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents.The research results obtained showed that the quality of food products had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a t-count > t-table = 3.605 > 1.661 and a significance value of less than 0.05. Then the results of the value of Service Quality have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision with t-count > t-table = 5.711 > 1.661, then H0 is rejected on H1 is accepted. The test results between the two independent variables were simultaneously carried out with the F test and the results showed that the F-count was 63,948 while the F-table value was 3.090186675, meaning that Fcount > Ftable with a significance value of 0.000 <0.050. Based on these tests, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that the variables Product Quality (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) at 8Bar Resto and Bar Bekasi City and are proof that the needs and desires of its customers have been fulfilled. Furthermore, efforts need to be made to maintain product quality and service quality to anticipate competitors with the same type of business.
This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price perception, purchasing decisions distribution, and implications for PT. XYZ This research type is quantitative research. The research used primary data from questionnaires given to 300 respondents and secondary data from company data. The sampling method used is probability method. The population comes from gas product customers in PT XYZ cylinders in Banten, Jakarta, Java regions. Data processing in this study uses (Structural Equation Model-SEM) through LISREL 8.8 software. The study results indicate that product quality, price perception, and distribution have a positive effect on purchasing decisions, and purchasing decisions have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Product quality has the strongest influence on purchasing decisions.
Media promosi sangat berpengaruh dalam strategi pemasaran untuk dapat meningkatkan daya Tarik masyarakat, media promosi di butuhkan oleh stasiun radio seperti Star Radio yang berada dibawah naungan PT. Radio Suara Tunggal Angkasa Raya, yang terletak di Jalan Pulau Putri Raya, No. 2, Medernland Tangerang, Banten 15117. Permasalahan yang di hadapi Star Radio dalam mempromosikan program acara siaran baru, saat ini belum terdapat video promosi program untuk acara siaran baru tersebut. Sebelumnya Star Radio mempromosikannya hanya melalui informasi kegiatan dan acara talk show menggunakan youtube, informasi digital pada media sosial dan website secara sederhana yang berdampak banyak masyarakat yang belum mengetahui atau mengenal tentang acara siaran baru yang di miliki oleh Star Radio. Maka di perlukan adanya media video promosi agar masyarakat dapat mengetahui program acara baru tersebut. Metode penelitiannya yaitu dengan pengumpulan data, analisa perancangan media dan konsep produksi media (KPM) yaitu: pre production, production, dan postproduction. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa media video promosi program acara siaran Star Radio yang diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat dapat mengetahui program acara yang sudah ada maupun yang baru pada Star Radio secara informatif.
