ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mahasiswa serta memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menyenangkan, dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dalam merancang, membuat dan menggunakan alat permainan edukatif (APE) bagi anak Raudhatul Athfal (RA)/Taman Kanak-Kanak (TK), yang dapat langsung diaplikasikan dalam proses pembelajaran. APE bagi anak RA/TK merupakan salah satu materi dalam mata kuliah Media dan Sumber Belajar RA/TK. Penguasaan terhadap materi APE bagi anak RA/TK sangat diperlukan, agar mahasiswa sebagai calon guru RA/TK memiliki kompetensi professional di bidang pendidikan anak usia dini. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Adapun penelitian ini dilakukan dengan langkah-langkah yaitu: 1). Melakukan persiapan terhadap penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan; 2). Merencanakan tindakan yang akan dilakukan selama proses penelitian; 3). Melaksanakan tindakan di kelas sekaligus melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung; 4). Refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Pendidikan Guru Raudhatul Athfal (PGRA) Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara 2016-2017 semester IIIA yang berjumlah 20 orang. Adapun hasil penelitian ini secara umum menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar mahasiswa semester IIIA PGRA FAI UMSU pada mata kuliah Media dan Sumber Belajar TK/RA materi Alat Permainan Edukatif bagi anak TK/RA dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi mengalami peningkatan, yaitu pada pra siklus hanya 8 orang mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas atau mencapai 40%, dan pada siklus I hasil belajar mengalami peningkatan yaitu mencapai 70%, sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 19 orang mahasiswa yang mendapat nilai tuntas atau mencapai 95%.
Entrepreneurship training as an effort to improve the economy of the ‘Aisyiyah cadre family was conducted at the Branch Leader‘ Aisyiyah Tanjung Selamat. Along with the increasing economic needs, the mother as a cadre ‘Aisyiyah has a role to be able to help meet the needs of the family. The purpose of this service is to provide entrepreneurial skills for the Aisyiyah cadres. The method used is an interactive discussion, training or counseling as well as conducting practicum by inviting cadres of women isy Aisyiyah for entrepreneurial practices such as making handicrafts and food preparations. The result of this dedication is the increased motivation of cadres isy Aisyiyah to improve skills in order to help the family economy. With the economic growth of cadre family ‘Aisyiyah, it will sustain the economy of the Branch Leader‘ Aisyiyah Tanjung Selamat. Keywords : Entrepreneurship Training
Pendidikan inklusif kini menjadi fokus perhatian dalam upaya pemberian layanan pendidikan bagi semua anak, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Berbagai permasalahan kerap dijumpai dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas inklusif, untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis modifikasi alur pembelajaran harian pendidikan inklusif di Raudhatul Athfal An-Nahl, Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles and Huberman, serta pengujian keabsahan data dengan metode triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menemukan modifikasi alur pembelajaran harian di RA. An-Nahl terdiri dari pre-opener, opener, energizer, activity, linking dan summeryzing, review, mission, dan closer. Hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam proses pembelajaran adalah engagement, attention span, readiness, activity, reviewing, learning outcomes dan parallel learning outcomes. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modifikasi alur pembelajaran harian mampu mengakomodir kelebihan maupun kelemahan sesuai karakter masing-masing siswa, serta mampu mengatasi permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas inklusif.
Learning Implementation Plan (LIP) is a very important first step to give the right direction in implementing the learning process, including in Early Childhood Education (ECE). This study aims to analyze the preparation of the LIP of Islamic education for early childhood based Inclusive Education. This type of research is qualitative research, carried out at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) An-Nahl, Jakarta. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, focus group discussions and documentation which were then analyzed descriptively with an interactive analysis model. The results of this study describe: a) Fill in the learning of Islamic education based inclusive education at RA An-Nahl, Jakarta; b) Preparation of LIP Islamic education consisting of Annual Programs, Semester Programs, Weekly Learning Implementation Plan (WLIP), and Daily Learning Implementation Plan (DLIP) in RA. The purpose of this study was to study the level of understanding of the concept and creative learning of the Practicum Tourism Learning Learning model in the Media and Learning Resources courses at the PIAUD FAI UMSU Study Program. This research uses descriptive method, with research subjects 20 students from PIAUD FAI UMSU Study Program in Media and Learning Resources courses. This research was conducted in February 2018 until the end of June 2018. The form of this research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The technique of collecting data using tests, observation, documentation and questionnaires. To answer the data validity, a triangulation technique was used, and to find out the results of this study descriptive analysis was used. From the results of the research obtained from the results of understanding and creative thinking PIAUD FAI UMSU, namely in the pre-action still 30% classical completeness, then increased in the first cycle reached 65% classical completeness, and increased again in the second cycle reached 92.5% classical completeness at a minimum score of 75, this result has exceeded the minimum classical completeness criteria of 85%.
