2‐Furanylboronic acid has been identified as an inexpensive and effective catalyst for the dehydrative amide formation of carboxylic acids and amines. This transformation can be efficiently carried out at room temperature and is applicable to a wide range of carboxylic acids with primary and secondary amines to afford amides in good to excellent yields.
The poor quality of labor causes low productivity and competitiveness. The objective of this study was to mediate the effect of labor absorption on economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island. This study used the total population of the Lombok island community in three popular destinations to date among others are Senggigi Beach, Kuta Beach Lombok, and Gili Trawangan Beach with a total of 275.267 respondents. This study used random sampling because the total population is more than 100 respondents. The result found that direct or indirect effects in mediating labor absorption towards economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island are great. Other results showed a strong indicator in each variable that affects labor absorption towards economic growth in the tourism area of Lombok island namely having the skills and fair business competition
Polyindole (PIn) is hetroatomic organic molecule which belongs to the fused-ring family have emerged in the past several decades as promising materials due to their unique physical and electrochemical properties. PIn was successfully synthesized by chemical polymerization of indole. Properties of PIn can be improved by mixing polymer with conducting metals, metal oxide, carbon nanocomposites and other materials. Polyindole nanocomposites (PNCs) were characterized through various spectral, thermal and electrical methods. FT-IR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy) spectra confirmed the formation of PNCs and SEM (Scanning electron microscopy) reveal the microstructure of surface of PNCs. Thermal characterization revealed that thermal stability of PNCs increases with addition of metal, metal oxide, carbon nanocomposites and other materials. These studies revealed that PNCs of PIn with other metals have an important influence on supercapacitors electrochemical devices, catalysis, anticorrosion, diodes, sensor and biology related applications. This review provide an overview of the preparation of PIn and their composites, followed by their application in various fields with future perspectives.
With the increasing internet literacy, the prospect of online marketing is increasing. There are millions of people online any time and they all are a potential consumer in the online market. Since there are so many providers, the most important thing for organizations is to understand what are consumer wants and needs in this competitive business environment. Customer buying behaviors are influenced by different factors such as culture, social class, references group relation, family, salary level and salary independency, age, gender etc. and so they show different customer behaviors. These studies explain online shopping important and consumer buying behavior in online shopping.
A single band circularly polarized rectangular microstrip patch antenna has been simulated from the cavity equation at first and then the antenna design has been extended to 2 3 2 array. The length and thickness of the each element of the rectangular patch antenna with a slot in the center of the rectangular patch are 38 mm and 0.1 mm, respectively, which are comparatively smaller than our previously presented single-element circularly polarized microstrip antenna with an I-slot. In comparison to the bandwidth and efficiency of single element antenna, the quantity have increased about 39% and more than 90%, respectively, in the desired array antenna at the same resonant frequency that is 2.8 GHz. In this article, we also have studied and presented the return loss, bandwidth, gain, directivity, axial ratio of our aimed antenna. K E Y W O R D S cavity model, coaxial probe feed, microstrip antenna, return loss, single band antennaAbstract A novel compact X-band bandpass filter with a flat and wide passband as well as enhanced out-of-band performance is presented based on a source-load coupling architecture. The proposed architecture is symmetrically constructed of a pair of stepped-impedance feed structures and an embedded T-shape resonator, substantially improving the filter's frequency selectivity and passband performance. In order to obtain a broader stopband region, a set of stubs is loaded at the edges of the tapped open stub in the T-shape resonator. By utilizing a two-layer low temperature co-fired ceramic substrate, a prototype filter is
Obesity is associated to an increased risk of morbidity and mortality due to respiratory, cardiovascular, metabolic, and neoplastic diseases. The aim of this narrative review is to assess the physio-pathological characteristics of obese patients and how they influence the clinical approach during different emergency settings, including cardiopulmonary resuscitation. A literature search for published manuscripts regarding emergency and obesity across MEDLINE, EMBASE, and Cochrane Central was performed including records till January 1, 2021. Increasing incidence of obesity causes growth in emergency maneuvers dealing with airway management, vascular accesses, and drug treatment due to both pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic alterations. Furthermore, instrumental diagnostics and in/out-hospital transport may represent further pitfalls. Therefore, people with severe obesity may be seriously disadvantaged in emergency health care settings, and this condition is enhanced during the COVID-19 pandemic, when obesity was stated as one of the most frequent comorbidity. Emergency in critical obese patients turns out to be an intellectual, procedural, and technical challenge. Organization and anticipation based on the understanding of the physiopathology related to obesity are very important for the physician to be mentally and physically ready to face the associated issues.
An anthropogenic and natural cause has contributed significantly to the increases in temperature globally. A wide range of actions from institutional and social level can be done as the response to these changes. This study explores the ability of adaptation and mitigation in terms of governmental-social-ecological using lessons from the specific case study. As a metropolitan city, Jakarta is examined as one of the most vulnerable cities to climate change risk. By using observation approach through the interview, this case study focuses on climate village program which integrated the participation of people who reside in Jakarta and local government effort, as a domestic part in term of supporting green gas emission reduction.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
