Penelitian ini akan membahas tentang efektivitas program sekolah ramah anak dalam meningkatkan karakter anak usia dini. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah analisis program sekolah ramah anak, peningkatan karakter anak setelah diterapkannya program sekolah ramah anak, analisis efektivitas sekolah ramah anak dalam meningkatkan karakter anak. Manfaat yang dapat diambil dari kegiatan penelitian ini adalah dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi beberapa pihak yang terkait. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode statistik untuk menganalisa data yaitu statistik deskriptif untuk mengukur nilai rata-rata simpangan baku serta statistik inferensial yaitu dalam bentuk analisis regresi dan analisis korelasi. Analisis regresi digunakan untuk mengungkapkan hubungan fungsional antara variabel-variabel penelitian, sedangkan analisis korelasi digunakan untuk mengukur derajat keeratan atau hubungan variabel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, studi dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil Uji Empiris menyatakan bahwa pengaruh yang dihasilkan oleh Program Sekolah Ramah Anak terhadap karakter anak usia dini bersifat positif. Hasil ini ditunjukan koefisien regresi yang positif. Hal ini memberikan arti bahwa perubahan atau kenaikan yang terjadi pada variabel Program Sekolah Ramah Anak dapat meningkatkan karakter Anak Usia Dini. Hubungan antara kedua variabel bersifat dependent dan signifikan. Artinya peningkatan karakter anak usia dini secara nyata dipengaruhi oleh adanya program Sekolah Ramah Anak.
Saat ini, perencanaan pembelajaran merupakan suatu beban bagi pendidik pendidikan anak usia dini yang berdampak pada proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang perencanaan pembelajaran anak usia dini melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi melalui sistem informasi berbasis website. Educational Design Research (EDR) merupakan metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam merancang desain perencanaan pembelajaran melalui sistem informasi berbasis website. Kajian literatur dan wawancara kepada pendidik PAUD merupakan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan subjek penelitian pendidik PAUD di salah satu kecamatan di kota Bandung. Setelah diperoleh hasil data, teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis tematik dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mengetahui pertanyaan penelitian berkaitan dengan perencanaan pembelajaran pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, perencanaan pembelajaran pada pendidikan anak usia dini yang terdiri dapat disusun melalui suatu sistem informasi berbasis website sebab melalui website perencanaan pembelajaran akan saling berkaitan antar tampilan.
The teacher as a planner and implementer of learning is the teacher's role that must be implemented. One of the roles is the administrator role. The administrator is one of the teacher's roles in planning a series of learning for a certain period following the rules of manufacture and arrangement. However, teachers feel inconvenience in compiling timeconsuming learning plans, so that the teacher's focus in teaching and learning activities is not effective. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the role of teachers in planning early childhood learning. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with the analysis of the frequency distribution presentation obtained from a questionnaire given to the teacher as a data collection technique. The results showed that 62.5% of the teachers strongly agreed, 31.25% answered that the teachers agreed and 6.25% answered hesitantly. Therefore, it can be concluded that the teacher strongly agrees that the role of the teacher as administrator is more widely used so that it has an impact on the role of the teacher as the implementation of the learning process as a result of the analysis of the role of the teacher as a whole in the process of the educational series.
Teacher competence is the teacher's capital in carrying out the main task and its function in educating the students. There are 4 competencies that must be possessed by teachers, namely, pedagogic competence, professional competence, personality competence and social competence. Teachers should have awareness in themselves to continue to learn and develop themselves continuously in an effort to improve services to learners. One of the teacher's efforts in self-development is through education and training. For that, the authors examine the "How education and training Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in improving the pedagogic and professional competence of kindergarten teachers in Bandung?" Where pedagogic competence and professional competence are both mutually integrated and can not be separated. This study aims to describe the process of planning, implementation, assessment and results and the impact of education and training on teacher performance through descriptive and qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate through education and training program Sustainable Development of Keprofesian in Bandung value Competency Teacher Test average increased significantly and in accordance with the expected minimum achievement criteria. In addition, teachers also feel an increase in knowledge, variations of learning fun to apply to learners and implement sustainable self-development plans.
