The main concern of the study was the assessment of the research orientation activity evaluation as basis for action plan for improvement. Researchers upheld the need to reconceptualize (Kurz et al., 2021) [5], transition (Tamakloe et al., 2021), transform (Cooker et al., 2021), innovate (Arnett & Clayton Institute for Disruptive Innovation (2021), and explore ways and means to create and optimistically address the challenge of the current times, including the holding of training and webinars, such as a Research Orientation. The researchers hoped to assess the Research Orientation Evaluation Activity as a basis of a Proposed Action Plan for Improvement.
