Adanya perbedaan produksi setiap musim tanam berpengaruh terhadap harga dan penerimaan petani, sehingga pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan petani. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis : (1) Biaya, penerimaan dan pendapatan usahatani padi sawah pada musim hujan dan musim kemarau di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. (2) Risiko usahatani padi sawah pada musim hujan dan musim kemarau di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. (3) Perbedaan risiko usahatani padi sawah pada musim hujan dan musim kemarau di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey terhadap petani padi sawah di Desa Gunungsari Kecamatan Sadananya Kabupaten Ciamis, sebanyak 82 orang dengan tingkat kealahan 15% menggunakan rumus slovin yang diambil secara acak sederhana (Simple Random Sampling). Biaya, penerimaan, dan pendapatan usahatani dianalisis secara deskriftif, sementara risiko usahatani padi dianalisis menggunakan koefisien variasi (CV) dan perbedaan risiko usahatani dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan (Paried t-test) Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Rata-rata Biaya total yang dikeluarkan petani sebesar MK112.730.125,/ha, MK2 Rp 12.726.418,-/ha, musim hujan 2019 Rp 13.131.440,-/ha, musim hujan 2018 Rp 13.714.961,-/ha,. Rata-rata penerimaan usahatani MK1 Rp Rp 24.305.443,24,-/ha, MK2 Rp 26.656.927,03,-/ha, musim hujan 2019 Rp 19.054.762,16,-/ha, musim hujan 2018 Rp 15.260.121,62,-/ha. Rata-rata pendapatan petani MK1 Rp 14.369.400,-/ha, MK2 Rp 16.720.886,-/ha, MH 2019 Rp 8.983.300,-/ha, MH 2018 Rp 5.095.312,-/ha. (2) Risiko usahatani menunjukan bahwa usahatani padi sawah musim kemarau lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan risiko usahatani padi sawah musim hujan. Baik untuk risiko produksi, risiko harga, dan risiko pendapatan.(3) Hasil analisi uji-t berpasangan (Paired t-test) menunjukan bahwa risiko produksi, risiko harga, dan risiko pendapatan pada usahatani padi sawah berbeda secara signifikan (nyata).
One of the difficulties in physics learning is the low motivation to learn because physics materials are considered complex, boring, and abstract for students. Therefore, this research developed an Augmented Reality (AR)-integrated game application "Adventuring Physics" based on android that can create more fun physics learning and provide concept visualization on abstract materials so that they become easier for students to understand. This study aims to develop a valid and practical application of Adventuring Physics games on physics learning. This research uses Research and Development (R&D) design to develop the application. This application has two main features: 'play games' and 'augmented reality'. Furthermore, the game's concept in this application is adapted to the physics materials. Meanwhile, the AR feature in this application can create visualizations in the form of 3D image projections of the material. The results of the validity assessment show that this application is declared valid, feasible, and reliable. In addition, the results of the practicality assessment show that this application is very practical. Thus, the app is worth applying in physics learning. This research has implications as an application of Adventuring Physics that can motivate students to learn physics, apply digital technology in education, and apply it to physics learning.
The ability to think critically is included in one of the 21st-century skills students need to have. However, sometimes students have difficulty applying their critical thinking skills while facing a physics problem. Therefore, this research aims to determine students’ critical thinking skills in physics learning, especially in magnetic field subjects. This research method is a preliminary study with a sample of 58 high school students in Sidoarjo, East Java. Data collection techniques by sharing critical thinking skills tests and student response surveys. Then the data is analyzed using qualitative description to represent the research results. The research findings are that students have an average critical thinking ability score of 1.023 or are on low criteria. In more detail, six students have a moderate level of critical thinking ability, while 52 students have a low level. Therefore, the low ability to think critically becomes an urgent problem and needs to be solved immediately. Furthermore, there needs to be innovation to overcome these problems, one of which is to use the AR-integrated game application “Adventuring Physics.” These games are necessary to improve students’ critical thinking skills in physics, especially magnetic field subjects.
