Jampang Village is one of the villages assisted by the Lembaga Amil Zakat Al Azhar Peduli Umat (LAZ APU) in the form of Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat (KSM). The people in Jampang village have various jobs, including fish farmers, broiler breeders, doorman craftsmen, plant seed sellers and others. The Foundation provides funding or capital assistance to the community through a sharia microfinance institution that collects and distributes public funds in accordance with Islamic law. Koperasi Syariah Desa Jampang is currently still operating manually. Registration process, member information, amount of funds and reports are still done manually and stored in a notebook. This causes the operational process not to run properly, because the data is not organized and stored neatly. Based on the above conditions, a financial information system is designed that is a web-based Islamic cooperative, so that the operational processes and reports to members and administrators can run better and faster. Information systems are designed using SDLC through the stages of user requirements and analysis. With this method, it is expected that information systems are designed according to user needs.
<p align="center"><strong>Abstrak</strong> </p><p><em>Teknologi komputer mempengaruhi setiap bidang kehidupan saat ini. ia masuk dan mengubah setiap bidang di dunia, mulai dari industri dan bisnis, transportasi, komunikasi, kesehatan, dan lain-lain. Setiap siswa memiliki kesempatan yang sama untuk mempleajari dan menguasai teknologi, belajar coding, menguasai algoritma, mempelajari bagaimana cara membuat aplikasi, bagaimana internet bekerja, dalam rangka memupuk kreativitas dan keterampilan menyelesaikan masalah (problem solving) yang akan sangat berguna bagi kehidupan mereka di masa depan. Program komputer/perangkat lunak atau software akan menjadi hal yang sangat penting, bahkan mungkin akan menjadi bahasa dunia ke depan. Tidak menguasai programming atau bahasa komputer di masa depan, akan sama efeknya dengan tidak bias baca tulis saat ini. Belajar ilmu komputer tidak hanya belajar tentang teknologi itu sendiri, namun juga belajar logika, penyelesaian masalah (problem solving), dan kreativitas. Oleh karena itu perlu adanya pengenalan dan pelatihan pemrograman untuk siswa sekolah untuk melatih kemampuan logika dan problem solving. Pelatihan pemrograman diberikan dalam bentuk simulasi Blockly berupa games yang menarik dan interaktif. <p><em>Abstra</em><em>k</em> – <strong>Tugas Akhir (TA) merupakan tahapan terakhir yang harus dilalui oleh setiap mahasiswa untuk menjadi sarjana. TA merupakan suatu bentuk implementasi mahasiswa terhadap ilmu-ilmu yang telah dipelajari selama perkuliahan untuk menyelesaikan suatu permasalahan. Di Universitas Al Azhar Indonesia, khususnya prodi Teknik Informatika, buku laporan TA yang telah dikumpulkan disimpan di Sekretariat Fakultas dan perpustakaan Universitas, sedangkan CD laporan TA disimpan di laboratorium. CD yang disimpan di laboratorium semakin hari semakin banyak dan tidak dimanfaatkan dengan baik. Mahasiswa yang membutuhkan informasi terkait dengan penelitian yang akan dilakukan akan datang ke perpustakaan dan membaca buku laporan TA yang tersimpan. Mahasiswa juga dapat melihat abstrak dan <em>file</em> TA di <em>website</em> perpustakaan, tapi terbatas untuk laporan TA dengan nilai A. Untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam menyimpan dan mendapatkan informasi mengenai TA, maka dibuatlah sebuah repository portofolio TA mahasiswa. Melalui repository ini mahasiswa dapat melihat laporan TA dari seluruh lulusan Teknik Informatika UAI berupa poster dan <em>screen shoot </em>aplikasi atau hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan. Dengan adanya repository ini, membantu prodi Teknik Informatika dalam menyimpan data-data mengenai laporan TA mahasiswa dengan baik dan terawat. At the University of Al Azhar Indonesia, especially Informatics Engineering Department, the book of collected final project reports is stored in the Faculty and University Library Secretariat, while the final project report CD is stored in the laboratory. CD stored in the laboratory are getting more and more and are not being utilized properly. Students who need information related to the research to be conducted will come to the library and read the book of the stored final project reports. Students can also view abstracts and final project files on library websites, but are limited to final project reports with a value. To provide ease in storing and getting information about final project, then made a repository of final project portfolio of students. Through this repository, students can view final project reports from all UAI Informatics Engineering graduates in the form of poster and screen shoot application or research result that has been done. <p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Entrepreneurship initiating and development program as a supporter of university programs as an enterprising university is designed to produce new entrepreneurs from FST UAI students and alumni. The activity plan starts from initial mapping, training, strengthening and launching. Preliminary Mapping takes SWOT measurements to map current tenants' strengths and weaknesses, to maximize opportunities and minimize threats that also accompany them. Followed by the trainings in seven parts, namely, business planning, financial planning, marketing management, E-Commerce, product development, Branding, IPR, and Muslimpreneur. Strengthening Phase 1 is the FGD regarding improvements and innovations, expansion and diversification, efficiency and utilization. In strengthening phase 2 there was discussion of real problems faced by tenants. Jika calon pembeli memutuskan untuk membeli rumah, biasanya tipe rumah tidak banyak pilihan. Sementara itu, jika calon pembeli memutuskan untuk membeli berdasarkan lokasi yang diharapkan berdasarkan kebutuhan. Berbeda dengan membeli rumah berdasarkan lokasi, semua bahan bangunan kelebihan, desain rumah, dan tata letak dapat ditentukan oleh calon pembeli. Hanya lebih memakan waktu untuk mencapai lokasi diharapkan perumahan. Dari permasalahan di atas, maka diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat digunakan secara luas untuk mempercepat dan mempermudah seseorang dalam membuat keputusan di mana rumah yang paling optimal memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Existing criteria such as sale price, specification / discount, distance from workplace, distance from school, type. If a prospective buyer decides to buy a house, usually the type of house is not much choice. </strong><strong>Meanwhile, if a potential buyer decided to buy based on the location expected on demand. Different with buying a house based on the location, all building material excess, design house, and layouts can be determined by a potential buyer. </strong><strong>Only more time consuming to reach the expected location of housing.
