<em><em></em>Abstrak</em> – <strong>Inovasi merupakan aspek kunci yang mendorong suatu perusahaan semakin berkembang dan tetap bertahan dalam ketatnya persaingan di pasar. Seiringan dengan perkembangan teknologi yang revolusioner, menimbulkan adanya kebutuhan akan produk-produk dengan kemampuan yang mutakhir, oleh karena itu dibutuhan pola pikir yang kreatif dan berorientasi pada kreativitas bagi para perusahaan untuk tetap mempertahankan kedudukannya di persaingan pasar. Dalam upaya menghasilkan produk yang inovatif dan berkualitas tinggi, diperlukan perencanaan dan pengembangan produk yang komprehensif, selain itu juga diharapkan memiliki manfaat yang berkelanjutan dan bermanfaat bagi kelestarian lingkungan. Salah satu orientasi yang ditujukan pada perusahaan saat ini ialah mengembangkan Green Technology yang merujuk pada pembangunan dan aplikasi produk, peralatan serta sistem untuk memelihara alam sekitar dan meminimumkan dampak kerusakan lingkungan yang diakibatkan oleh manusia. Pada penelitian ini, dilakukan perencanaan dan pengembangan produk tempat sampah penghancur plastik ramah lingkungan bertenaga mekanik, dengan sensor elektrik yang mampu mendeteksi ketinggian sampah agar tidak menumpuk. Alur penelitian dilakukan mulai dari pencarian dan pengumpulan ide produk, penyaringan ide produk yang feasible dan berpotensi menguntungkan, pembuatan prototipe produk, hingga analisis ekonomi dari produk yang akan dikembangkan. Tempat sampah penghancur sampah yang ramah lingkungan ini diberi nama Trade (Trash Destroyer).</strong><p><em>Abstract</em> - <strong>Innovation is a key aspect that encourages a company to grow and stay afloat in the tight competition in the market. In tandem with revolutionary technological developments, there is a need for products with cutting edge capabilities, therefore a creative, creativity-oriented mindset is required for companies to maintain their position in the marketplace. To be able to produce innovative and high quality products, comprehensive product planning and development is required, but it is also expected to have sustainable and beneficial benefits for environmental sustainability. One of the orientations aimed at companies today is to develop Green Technology which refers to the development and application of products, equipment and systems to maintain the natural surroundings and nature and minimize or minimize negative impressions rather than human activities. This study carries out the planning and development of an environmentally friendly, mechanical-powered, plastic crushing trash bin that is equipped with electric sensors which is capable of detecting the height of waste to prevent trash accumulation. The flow of research is carried out starting from the search and collection of product ideas, filtering feasible and potentially profitable product ideas, making product prototypes, to economic analysis of the products to be developed. <p><strong>The aging process brings various consequences in the form of physical, mental, and social problems so that an elderly person experiences limitations. The limitations of the elderly in carrying out their activities, especially in foot movement when walking, therefore a walking aid is needed. Each walking aid has a different function and usage method, one of which is a cane. Canes are often used to help balance, widen the stride and lower the weight on the legs. Safe and comfortable use is essential for the cane to function properly in assisting walking function. Canes still do not have a new design that suits the needs of the elderly. In this study, the development of a cane product for the elderly was carried out which was adapted to the ergonomic aspects and ideal aesthetic aspects. The aim is to provide convenience for the elderly in carrying out activities despite their limitations. Based on the research of the report on product development, namely Tongkat Wusaji using the Garvin Dimension method which is supported by 5 parts, namely performance, durability, features, serviceability, and aesthetics. It was found that the product concept applied to the Wusaji Stick uses aluminum material which has a product resistance of more than 3 years. The Wusaji stick has a minimalist design that is supported by the Bfinders and auto adjustable features and there are ergonomic usage procedures. Garbage is the remnants of human daily activities or natural processes that are solid or semi-solid, in the form of organic or inorganic substances, and are biodegradable or non-biodegradable which are considered to be no longer useful and thrown into the environment [2]. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a plastic waste processing device in order to produce an effective output and use of time efficiently. In this research, the development of plastic waste processing equipment products is done by integrating the chopper and heating machine into one tool, then can produce various kinds of recycle products. This plastic waste processor can process thermoplastic plastic types. Thermoplastic is a type of plastic that can be recycled or reprinted by reheating processes, such as Polyethylene (PE), Polystyrene (PS), ABS, Policarbonate (PC), High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) and Polypropylene (PP). To make a prototype design of a plastic waste processing device, a product architecture is carried out for the arrangement of the functional parts of a product in the form of a scheme, then an industrial design is carried out to see the level of importance of the product based on the application of aesthetic and ergonomic art. Product design was designed using Autodesk Inventor software. Then the last process, which is making prototypes of plastic waste processing equipment in accordance with consumer needs. By doing this research it is hoped to be one alternative in dealing with the problem of plastic waste through the creativity of its users in producing recycle products in order to be useful and have a sale value.
<p align="center"><strong><em>ABSTRACT</em></strong></p><p><em>Entrepreneurship initiating and development program as a supporter of university programs as an enterprising university is designed to produce new entrepreneurs from FST UAI students and alumni. The activity plan starts from initial mapping, training, strengthening and launching. Preliminary Mapping takes SWOT measurements to map current tenants' strengths and weaknesses, to maximize opportunities and minimize threats that also accompany them. Followed by the trainings in seven parts, namely, business planning, financial planning, marketing management, E-Commerce, product development, Branding, IPR, and Muslimpreneur. Strengthening Phase 1 is the FGD regarding improvements and innovations, expansion and diversification, efficiency and utilization. In strengthening phase 2 there was discussion of real problems faced by tenants. <p><em>Abstrak</em><strong> - Di industri ini, berbagai jenis persediaan disimpan dan dipesan. Jenis produk atau barang atau bahan baku yang bisa bertahan lama, begitu juga sebaliknya. Produk atau barang atau bahan bakunya tidak tahan lama atau memiliki siklus hidup yang pendek. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tentukan 5 produk yang menempati prioritas tertinggi dalam permintaan produk dengan menggunakan diagram Pareto, dan (2) tentukan jumlah pesanan pelanggan sayuran untuk mendapatkan keuntungan maksimal dengan jumlah Tunggal Order. Hasil plot data dari berbagai jenis sayuran yang telah dipilih adalah sayuran ceri tomat merah, bayam hijau, edamame, dua tomat, dan tomat baru-baru ini karena memiliki jumlah permintaan yang tinggi dibanding sayuran lainnya. Sayuran yang paling diminati adalah sayuran tomat ceri merah dengan total permintaan 30.000 bungkus, sebesar 27.000 bungkus bayam hijau, edamame berjumlah 26.800 bungkus, sebanyak 21.700 bungkus tomat, dan tomat baru-baru ini 16.650 bungkus. Manfaat dalam sayuran tomat ceri merah seharga Rp2.925.000 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan sebesar 6.150 bungkus. Keuntungan pada sayuran hijau bayam seharga Rp346.875 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaannya berjumlah 26 850 bungkus. Keunggulan pada edamame hijau seharga IDR262.618 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan 650 bungkus. Kenaikan harga sayur nabati sebesar Rp3.333.333 pada setiap pemesanan saat jumlah permintaan 3.650 bungkus. Types of products or goods or raw materials that can last a long time, and vice versa. Products or goods or raw materials are not durable or otherwise have a short life cycle. The purpose of this research are: (1) Determine the 5 products that occupy the highest priority in the demand for products using Pareto diagrams, and (2) determine the quantity of customer orders vegetables to get the maximum profit with Single Order quantities. Results plot data from a wide variety of vegetables that have been selected are vegetable red cherry tomatoes, green spinach, edamame, tw tomatoes, and tomatoes recento because it has a high number of requests compared to other vegetables. The vegetables most high demand is the red cherry tomatoes vegetables with a total demand of 30,000 packs, amounting to 27,000 packs of green spinach, edamame amounted to 26,800 packs, amounting to 21,700 packs tw tomatoes, and tomatoes recento of 16,650 pack. The construction of new housing for rehabilitation and reconstruction purposes must minimize the risks that may occur due to earthquakes, one of which is by using light materials (light bricks) as wall construction. However, the use of light bricks is often misunderstood by earthquake survivors because they are considered to have insufficient strength as a construction material. This paper intends to introduce light bricks to exposed communities and further quantify their perceptions of the application of this material to the rehabilitation and reconstruction of their buildings. The introduction of the material is done through socialization by displaying the results of laboratory tests of compressive strength and showing evidence of the application of this material in other places. The perceptions of the impacted community were analyzed from questionnaire results to 50 respondents with ten questions as the measurement reference. The results of the analysis show that almost all respondents show fairly good acceptance of light brick applications with a score of 3.70 of 5. Based on perception, the use of light bricks as a wall material has the opportunity to be applied for residential rehabilitation and reconstruction as a result of the 2018 Palu earthquake.
<p><strong>Product development is something that is needed by every existing company. At this time, almost all companies are competing to continue to develop their products to attract consumers to be able to run life easily and comfortably. In this study, we analyzed the design of the LATIKMA (Mango Fruit Picker) to make it easier for people to pick mangoes and have other goals so that the mangoes that were picked were not crushed. This study using 4 methods, namely RPW, MRPW, LCR, and J. Wagon. With a total time of 147 minutes and the total time of all work stations being the same for the RPW method, the number of stations is 10, the<em> line efficiency</em> is 74%, and the smoothing index is 22.56, then for the MRPW, the number of stations is 10, the<em> line efficiency</em> is 74%, and the smoothing index is 22.56, then for the J.
