This research aims to see the school's efforts in strengthening community-based character education, especially related to how to build participation and collaboration between schools and communities in the successful implementation of character education strengthening with school extracurricular activities. Research This is Qualitative research as this study uses a natural setting , with the aim of interpreting phenomena that occur and are carried out by means of involving several existing methods. In conducting data collection, this study uses FGD, interviews and observations. The next data is processed quantitatively from the results of the study. First; that the ability of schools to build collaboration and involvement of the community in KDP, still faces various obstacles and can be categorized as not optimal. Second; in general the community is enthusiastic about welcoming the KDP program, and has the willingness to actively participate in participating in the success of the KDP program. Third; schools have not yet discovered the design activities or design implementation that fits the needs of the school (interests, talents, abilities and creativity of the school and local wisdom in the school environment). And fourth; the design model for KDP implementation through extracurricular activities offered in this study is still a basic model, which can be adopted and modified by schools that adjust the school conditions, willingness and readiness of the community. AbstrakPenelitain Ini memiliki tujuan untuk melihat upaya sekolah dalam melakukan penguatan pendidikan karakter berbasis masyarakat, khususnya terkait dengan bagaimana membangun partisipasi dan kolaborasi antara sekolah dengan masyarakat dalam mensukseskan pelaksanaan penguatan pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan ekstrakuikuler sekolah.Penelitian Ini merupakan penelitian Kualitatatif sebagai penelitian ini menggunakan latar alamiah, dengan tujuan menafsirkan fenomena yang terjadi dan dilakukan dengan cara melibatkan beberapa metode yang ada. Dalam melakukan pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan FGD, wawancara dan observasi.Selanjutnya data diolah secara kuantitatif Dari hasil penelitian.Pertama; bahwa kemampuan sekolah membagun kolaborasi dan perlibatan masyarakat dalam PPK, masih mengahadapi berbagai kendala dan dapat dikategorikan belum optimal.Kedua; pada umumnya masyarakat berantusias menyambut program PPK, dan memiliki kemauan untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam ikut mensukseskan program PPK. Ketiga; sekolah selama ini belum menemukan desain kegiatan atau desain implementasi yang sesuai kebutuhan sekolah (minat, bakat, kemampuan dan kreatifitas sekolah serta kearifan lokal di lingkungan sekolah).Dan keempat; desain model implementasi PPK melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditawarkan dalam penelitian ini, masih merupakan model dasar, yang bisa diadopsi dan dimodifikasi oleh sekolah yang menyesuaikan kondisi sekolah, kesediaan dan kesiapan masyarakat.
abstrakTujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi terkait bagaimana mengembangkan instrumen untuk mengukur kecerdasan spiritual mahasiswa. Adapun tujuan khususnya adalah: 1) mengetahui konsep pengembangan instrumen, 2) mengetahui prosedur pengembangan instrumen, 3) dan mengetahui metode pengujiannya. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan dengan menelaah berbagai literatur sebagai sumber pendukung. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa; pertama, instrumen memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam menentukan mutu suatu penelitian, sekaligus alat bantu yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk mengumpulkan data dengan cara melakukan pengukuran. Kedua, prosedur pengembangan instrumen melewati beberapa tahap, mulai dari tahap mengembangkan definisi konseptual, pemberian skala, rewiew justifikasi butir, menyiapkan draf instrumen, pengumpulan data uji coba, dan analisis data uji coba. Ketiga, metode pengujian yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan instrumen adalah analisis faktor dengan menggunakan bantuan software SPSS dan Lisrel. kata kunci: metode, pengembangan instrumen, kecerdasan spiritual
This study aims to explain how the values of Islamic education in the culture are found in the community of Lampung Pepadun. The implementation of the culture of Nemui Nyimah in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan is seen in hospitality activities, such as there are procedures or adab-adab visiting and receiving guests. Data analysis techniques used by researchers are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study state that: The implementation of the culture of Nemu Nyimah in the Tiyuh Panaragan community can be seen in hospitality activities, such as adab-adab visiting and receiving guests in the community of Tiyuh Panaragan. Based on the results of the Nemu Nyimah Study, it is an explicit culture which means that it cannot be seen in any form, but the culture of Nemu Nyimah is always in any activity or event such as deliberation, forum mulei menganai, yasinan, ngakuk majeu (taking girls), and manjau debingei.
Concepts understanding is the key for students to have quality knowledge. A good concepts understanding will affect the achievement of other abilities such as the ability to think critically and creatively. This study aims to see the application of two strategies, namely RQA (Reading-Questioning-Answering) and TTW (Think-Talk-Write) in improving students' concepts understanding. The research method used is posttest only control group design with a total sample of 60 students divided into two experimental classes. The treatment for the first experimental class was the RQA strategy while the treatment for the second experimental class was the TTW strategy. After the treatments, the students were given 20 questions about concepts understanding motion and force material. Based on the results of testing and data analysis, it is found that there are differences in the achievement of students' conceptual understanding between RQA strategy and TTW strategy. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the three steps in the TTW strategy have a better impact on the seven aspects of conceptual understanding compared to the RQA strategy. This study provides recommendation for teachers to correctly choose learning strategies according to the character of the material to be taught.
The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of integrated LKPD Islamic values on problem-based learning on students' scientific literacy. The research method used was an experimental pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. Data is analyzed by using normalized gain (N-Gain) and Effect Size. Furthermore, the data were tested statistically on the value of the pretest and posttest of students by carrying out the normality, homogeneity, and T-test (paired sample test) using the SPSS 18 program. The average N-gain value obtained was 0.45% and in the medium category. The results of statistical tests show a significance level of 0.00 less than α = 0.05 (sign <0.05) which means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted there are differences. The results of this study indicate that with integrated LKPD Islamic values in problem-based learning are able to enhance students' scientific literacy skills in aspects of competence and knowledge in the material of environmental pollution in SMP Negeri 1 Kotaagung Tiimur.Abstrak:Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui efektivitas LKPD terintegrasi nilai Islami pada pembelajaran berbasis masalah terhadap literasi sains peserta didik. Metodepenelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian eksperimenpre experimental design denganone group pretest-postest design. Data dianalis dengan menggunkan gain ternormalisasi (N-Gain) dan Effect Size. Selanjutnya data di uji statistik terhadap nilai pretest dan posttest peserta didik dengan melakukan uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan Uji-T (paired sample test) dengan menggunakan program spss 18. Hasil rata-rata nilai N-gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,45 % dan berada dalam kategori sedang. Hasil uji statistik menunjukan taraf signifikansi sebesar 0,00 lebih kecil dari = 0,05 (sign < 0,05) yang berarti H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima terdapat perbedaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa dengan LKPD terintegrasi nilai Islami dalam pembelajaran berbasis masalah mampu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik pada aspek kompetensi dan pengetahuan pada materi pencemaran lingkungan di SMP Negeri 1 Kotaagung Tiimur.
Students' low social attitude becomes one of the causes which can lead into immoral actions among students. The aim of this research is to acquire the relationship between emotional intelligence (X1), religiosity (X2), and social attitude of students (Y). The method used in this research is a survey with an instrument of measurement using the questionnaire. The population in this research is 125 students in Islamic Education Department of Tarbiyah Faculty Semester VI in the 2015/2016 Academic Year. The number of samples are 60 students which were chosen by using multi-stage random sampling. The results of research show that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence (X1) and social attitude of students (Y), religiosity (X2) and social attitude of students (Y), and between emotional intelligence (X1) and religiosity (X2) with students' social attitude (Y).Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Religiosity, Social Attitude. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran magic disc tajwid pada mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an Hadist. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan R&D (Research And Development).Penelitian ini mengadopsi teori dari Borg and Gall dengan menggunakan 7 langkah dalam penelitian. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menghasilkan produk berupa media pembelajaranmagic disc tajwid materi pada pokok bahasan nun mati atau tanwin yang berbentuk piringan yang dapat digunakan. Penilaian tersebut didapatkan dari (1) validator ahli media mendapatkan nilai sebesar 75,1% (2) dari validator ahli materi mendapatkan nilai sebesar 79%. Untuk penilaian tanggapan dari peserta didik pada uji coba lapangan yang dilakukan pada skala kecil mendapatkan penilaian persentase sebesar 83%, dan uji coba lapangan pada skala besar mendapatkan penilaian persentase sebesar 95% yang mana berarti bahwasanya media pembelajaran magic disc tajwid efektif digunakan untuk dapat meningkatkan motivasi, minat belajar peserta didik dan membuat peserta didik lebih aktif dalam belajar.
National Examination (UN) is a measuring tool used to determine the success standard of a learning process. The success of the process and learning outcomes can be expressed by the high value of the established UN index. This study aims to find out how the implementation of the UN can be used as a continues policy material. This research is a literary research where researchers trace the literature related to the implementation of the UN and the direction of educational policy. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the UN is still needed but with some notes. All supporting components and instruments must be ready and evenly distributed throughout the districts or cities that deal with the competence of teachers, supporting facilities, and public awareness of the importance of the quality of education. The National Exam encourages all parties to work hard in order to achieve better learning outcomes for learners, in accordance with the competency standards of graduates. UN has become a part of the national policy direction, which gave birth to the NationalStandard School Examination, the curriculum changes from KTSP to K13, and the implementation of the Full Day School program as an effort to maximize the potential of learners in school activities.
