Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas tentang pentingnya keterampilan abad 21 dalam menjawab tantangan dan peluang pada abad 21. Pembahasan berfokus pada tantangan TVET, keterampilan abad 21, literasi digital, pembelajaran inovatif pada abad 21. Dalam menghadapi perubahan yang terjadi pada abad 21 menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi TVET dalam peran mempersiapkan generasi emas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia industri, dunia usaha, dan dunia kerja. Perubahan paradigma baru dalam pembelajaran TVET yang berorientasi pada 21st Century Skill merupakan langkah antisipatif dalam mempersiapkan lulusan yang memiliki kemampuan softskill dan hardskill yang seimbang. Pembelajaran TVET dengan 21st Century Skills menjadi standar dalam menghadapi era globalisasi masa kini dan di masa depan. Generasi Z sebagai generasi yang highly mobile dan always connected akan menjadi bonus demografi yang harus dipersiapkan dengan matang. Revolusi Industri 4.0 adalah era serba teknologi virtual dan canggih, terjadinya percepatan transformasi digital menjadi pendorong munculnya lapangan pekerjaan baru, beragam inovasi dan pentingnya kompetensi-kompetensi digital. TVET dalam hal ini harus mampu selalu dinamis dan bahkan harus adaptif terhadap setiap perkembangan dan perubahan teknologi yang terjadi.
Products are goods that are available and provided in stores for sale. Products provided in stores must be arranged properly to order to attract the attention of consumers to buy. Products arranged in a store will depend on the type of store.The product arrangement at a retail store will be different from the product arrangement at a clothing store. Store display will reflect a picture that is in the store so consumers know the types of products sold by product arrangement. An attractive arrangement will stimulate the desire of consumers to buy. In data mining there are several types of methods by use including prediction, association, classification and estimation. In the prediction method there are several techniques including the frequent pattern growth (FP-growth) method. FP-growth algorithm is the development of the apriori algorithm. So, the shortcomings of the apriori algorithm are corrected by the FP-growth algorithm. FP-growth is one alternative algorithm that can be used to determine the set of data that most often appears (frequent itemset) in a data set. Results of research on the application of the FP-growth algorithm to maximizing the display of goods. It is hoped that this research can be used to adjust the product layout according to the level of frequency the product is sought by the customer so that the customer has no difficulty finding the product they want.
The current blended learning method, which mixes online and traditional classroom instruction, is appropriate for the epidemic. According to various research studies, blended learning benefits students by allowing them to study independently without regard for location or time constraints. This article explores and describes the use of the blended learning paradigm during a pandemic using a meta-analysis technique. The objective is to determine the effect of blended learning on learning outcomes; according to the conclusions of a research released in 2021 based on ten published articles, employing the blended learning approach greatly improved learning outcomes during the pandemic, with an effect size value of 1.21. However, the outcomes of this study suggest that publication bias exists as a result of an unbalanced distribution of effect sizes.
Physics learning is expected to involve direct activity of students in the investigation process to build their knowledge. But in fact, learning is still teacher centered and the involvement of students in the learning process is still low. To solve that problem, need to use teaching materials in the form of student worksheet to guide students to developing and implementing the concept independently. The research aims to describe the preliminary study of student worksheet development. This research includes descriptive research and instrument used are questionnaire and interview sheet. Research subjects are physics teacher and students of second grade high school 2, 3, and 7 Padang, West Sumatera. And then, the results of the preliminary study described. First, the competence of knowledge and skill students needs improvement. Second, the use of learning models and approaches that involve students direct activities have not been optimally carried out by the teacher. Third, the available student worksheet have not optimally to guided students in developing and implementing the concept independently. This preliminary study describes the need for the development of student worksheet using the inquiry based learning model with science process skills approach for physics learning of second grade high school.
