The researcher aims to find out, namely: 1) The diversity and uniformity of shellfish in Labuhan Haji waters, 2) The habitat of shellfish in Labuhan Haji waters. The method used in this research is an exploratory method. While sampling using line transects (transect), the research made 4 stationsfourat each station made 10 plots each the distance between the plots is 10 m, plot size 2 m2. For taking samples in each plouseing a tool in the form of a mold and a plastic bag after that count the number of shellfish taken in each plot and write down their identification and type of substrate. The results showed that there was a diversity of shellfish species in Labuhan Haji waters, 7 types of shellfish were found, namely (donax trunculus, donax variegates, donax vittatus and donax curneatus, blunt tellin arcopagia and tellin incarnate, mytilus californianus). (Donax Trunculus) is the dominant species as long as the diversity and uniformity of shellfish species are in relatively low conditions. There are 3 types of shellfish substrates, namely sand substrate, muddy sand substrate, and sandy stone substrate. The highest diversity index value of shellfish can be obtained (0.55) at the third station found species (donax trunculus), while the lowest diversity value is found at station II of (0.26) species (donax trunculus) are found. The uniformity index value at each observation location shows that the range of this index value ranges from (0.10 - 0.16). Keywords: Diversity and Uniformity, shellfish, Waters Abstrak Peneliti bertujuan ingin mengetahui, yaitu : 1) Untuk mengetahui keragaman dan keseragaman kerang-kerangan di Perairan Labuhan Haji, 2) Untuk mengetahui habitat kerang-kerangan di Perairan Labuhan Haji.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksploratif. Sedangkanpengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan cara line transek (transect), penelitian membuat ada 4 stasiun disetiap stasiun dibuat 10 plot tiap jarak antara plot adalah 10 m,ukuran plot 2 m2. Untuk pengambilan pengambilan sampel disetiap plot menggunkan alat berupa cetok dan kantong plastik setelah itu menghitung jumlah kerang-kerangan yang diambil disetiap plot dan menulis identifikasinya serta tipe substratnya. Hasil penelitian bahwa terdapat keragaman jenis kerang-kerangan di Perairan Labuhan Haji, ditemukan 7 jenis kerang-kerangan yaitu (donax trunculus, donax variegates, donax vittatus dan donax curneatus, blunt tellin arcopagia dan tellin incarnate, mytilus californianus). (donax Trunculus) merupakan spesies yang mendominasi selama keragaman dan keseragaman jenis kerang-kerangan berada dalam kondisi relatif rendah.Terdapat 3 tipe substrat jenis kerang-kerangan yaitu substrat pasir, substrat pasir berlumpur dan substrat batu berpasir. Nilai indeks keragaman kerang-kerangan tertinggi dapat diperoleh sebesar (0.55) pada stasiun ketiga ditemukan jenis (donax trunculus), Sedangkan nilai keragaman terendah terdapat pada stasiun II sebesar (0.26) ditemukan jenis (donax trunculus),Nilai indeks keseragaman di tiap lokasi pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa kisaran nilai indeks ini berkisar antara (0.10 - 0.16).
In the context of national development, West Nusa Tenggara Province has been prioritized as one of the areas / regions of beef cattle and once as a beef cattle purification area that is expected to be a provider / stock of national beef cattle in a sustainable manner while maintaining its sustainability, especially Bali cattle (Livestock Service NTB Province, 2011). Cows are the most efficient commodity in converting animal feed into animal protein. Cattle breeders in Nusa Tenggara Province are generally family businesses in small-scale rural areas, while large-scale businesses are still very limited and generally are a newly grown dairy business. The composition of cattle farmers is estimated to consist of 80% of small farmers with less than four cows, 17% of farmers with 4-7-tailed cattle ownership and 3% of farmers with ownership of 7 cows. The average selling price of beef cattle at the producer level is Rp 16,435.05 / kg live weight, Rp 16,539.34 / kg live weight and Rp 17,066.51 / kg live weight. The selling price of beef cattle at the level of recipient traders is Rp 16,952.73 / kg live weight, Rp 17,288.57 / kg live weight and Rp 18,208.29 / kg live weight. The average selling price of beef cattle at the cutter / retailer level is Rp. 17,529.57 / kg live weight, Rp. 18,344.06 / kg live weight and Rp. 20,125.75 / kg live weight. The average selling price of beef cattle at the retailer level is Rp. 17,557.55 / kg of live weight. The selling price of beef cattle at the agent level is Rp. 17,804.85 / kg of live weight. The selling price of beef cattle at the trader level is Rp. 20,125.75 / kg of live weight. Based on these price differences, the total marketing margins on average in each marketing channel are Rp 1,135.41 / kg live weight, Rp 2,154.74 / kg live weight and Rp 2,828.94 / kg live weight, respectively.
This study aims to determine the feasibility of the ranjungan crab processing business in the hamlet of Pemongkong village, East Lombok district during the covid 19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive method with a survey approach. Data collection methods in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The types and sources of data in this study are primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is business analysis with income analysis. The results showed that the ranjungan crab processing business was feasible even though during the covid 19 pandemic in the hamlet of the Pemongkong village, East Lombok district, this can be seen from the total income received which was much greater than the total costs incurred. The ranjungan crab (Portunus pelagicus) processing business is very promising and deserves to be developed
Mangrove api-api adalah tumbuhan berbiji (kyptovivipary) yang memiliki akar napas (pneumatofora) yang merupakan akar yang bercabang, bunga, buah, daun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat minat masyarakat terhadap olahan buah mangrove api-api (Avicennia Marina). Metode yang digunakan adalah metode metode observasi, ekperimen dan kuisioner, penarikan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling total. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 25 Agustus sampai 23 September 2021 di Desa Pare Mas Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Untuk menguji tingkat minat terhadap olahan buah mangrove dalam penelitian ini dengan mengunakan uji skor (scoring test). Berdasarkan hasil uji organoleftik menunjukan bahwa responden terhadap olahan cistik buah mangrove memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada rasa, kerenyahan, dan aroma. Perlakuan terbaik berdasarkan penilaian responden adalah p3, pada rasa dengan nilai 4,77, kerenyahan dengan nilai 4,82, dan aroma dengan nilai 4,85.
ABSTRAK Masyarakat kurang memperhatikan tingkat minat masyarakat terhadap produk olahan kerupuk yang berbahan dasar cangkang rajungan dan rumput laut. Cangkang Rajungan mengandung industri pasteurisasi atau pengalengan rajungan, cangkang rajungan memiliki 19,97% kalsium dan 1,81% fosfor. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dan data dianalisis dengan Analisa Variansi (ANOVA) dengan taraf 5%. Hasil uji organoleptik menunjukkan bahwa penilaian panelis terhadap produk kerupuk rumput laut cangkang rajungan memberikan pengaruh berbeda nyata pada rasa, kerenyahan, dan aroma. Perlakuan terbaik berdasarkan penilain panelis adalah P3, pada rasa dengan nilai (4,18). Kemudian Perlakuan terbaik pada kerenyahan dengan nilai P3 (1,95), dan Perlakuan terbaik pada aroma dengan nilai P3 (3,95). Kata Kunci: Cangkang Rajungan, Rumput Laut, Kerupuk, Organoleptik. ABSTRACT People pay less attention to the level of public interest in processed cracker products made from crab shells and seaweed. Crab shells contain industrial pasteurization or canning crabs, crab shells have 19.97% calcium and 1.81% phosphorus. This research method uses experimental methods and the data were analyzed by Analysis of Variance (ANOVA) with a level of 5%. The results of the organoleptic test showed that the panelists' assessment of the crab shell seaweed cracker products had a significantly different effect on taste, crispness, and aroma. The best treatment based on the panelist's assessment was P3, on taste with a value of (4,18).
