This research aims to know the effectiveness of group-counseling sociodramas to reduce verbal aggressive of junior High School student. The research design used is quasi-experiment, which is one group pretest posttest. The treatment is sosiodramas done in five session. The subjects are 16 eight-grader's of SMP with high verbal aggressiveness scores. The pretest and the posttest is in the form of verbal aggressive inventory.The analysis result Wilcoxon Signed Ranked Test shows value Z=-3.517 a with p= 0.000 < 0,05 and from mean 236,69 is decrease 122,75 which proves group-counseling sociodramas are effective to reduce verbal aggressive acts of Junior High School student.
