ABSTRAK Selama periode tiga dekade terakhir, telah terjadi perubahan beban penyakit dari penyakit menular menjadi penyakit tidak menular hal ini merupakan fenomena yang dialami oleh sebagian besar negara berkembang. Upaya pemeliharaan kesehatan bagi lanjut usia sangat penting diantaranya dengan meningkatkan pencegahan dan pengendalian penyakit dengan mengutamakan pendekatan faktor risiko. Tujuan diadakan kegiatan penyuluhan dalam rangka memperkenalkan, mengedukasi dan mensosialisasikan pemanfaatan genogram kepada kader Posyandu lansia sebagai kunci keberhasilan program promotif dan preventif PTM di masyarakat. Kegiatan diikuti sebanyak 30 kaderisasi posyandu lansia di wilayah kerja puskesmas se Kabupaten Pringsewu pada tanggal 23 Maret 2022. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan secara offline (tatap muka). Kader posyandu lansia diberikan pendidikan kesehatan (penyuluhan) mengenai pengertian, gejala, cara pencegahan penyakit tidak menular dan mengenal genogram. Kesimpulan kegiatan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu lansia tentang deteksi dini faktor risiko penyakit tidak menular dengan memanfaatkan genogram sebagai upaya mengetahui riwayat penyakit pada keluarga. Kata kunci: Genogram, Penyakit Tidak Menular, Penyuluhan ABSTRACT During the last three decades, there has been a change in the burden of disease from communicable to non-communicable diseases, this is a phenomenon experienced by most developing countries. Efforts to maintain health for the elderly are very important, including increasing disease prevention and control by prioritizing a risk factor approach. The purpose of holding outreach activities is to introduce, educate and socialize the use of genograms to elderly Posyandu cadres as the key to the success of PTM promotive and preventive programs in the community. The activity was attended by 30 cadres of elderly posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas throughout Pringsewu Regency on March 23, 2022. This counseling activity was carried out offline (face to face). Elderly posyandu cadres are given health education (counseling) regarding the meaning, symptoms, ways of preventing non-communicable diseases and knowing the genogram. The conclusion of this activity is to increase the knowledge of elderly posyandu cadres about early detection of risk factors for non-communicable diseases by using a genogram as an effort to find out the history of the disease in the family. Abstrak: Hubungan Antara Pekerjaan Dengan Kejadian Nephrolithiasis DiRuang Rawat Inap Bedah RSUD Dr. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung.Nephrolithiasis adalah gangguan urologi yang disebabkan oleh pengendapansubstansi yang mengandung komponen Kristal dan matriks organik dalam air kemihatau zat-zat sisa hasil sekresi tubuh yang jumlahnya berlebihan mengendap di dalampelvis atau kaliks ginjal. Faktor resiko seperti jenis kelamin, usia, riwayat keluarga,asupan cairan yang kurang memadai, terlalu lama duduk di tempat bekerja, dan jugaobesitas dapat meningkatkan resiko secara signifikan terkait kasus batu salurankemih atau BSK. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubunganantara pekerjaan dengan kejadian nephrolithiasis di ruang rawat inap bedah RSUDDr. H. Abdul Moeloek provinsi Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Oktober-November 2022 dengan teknik pengambilan yaitu total sampling sebanyak 68sampel. Hubungan antara pekerjaan dengan kejadian nephrolithiasis menunjukkanterdapat hubungan antara kedua variabel. Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai p value= 0,027 maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pekerjaandengan kejadian nephrolithiasis. Dan dari analisis diperoleh pula nilai OR = 1,118artinya pasien dengan kategori pekerjaan sedang memiliki kecenderungan untukterjadinya nephrolithiasis dibandingkan pasien dengan pekerjaan berat. Dandiperoleh juga interval kepercayaan (0,333-3,753) dimana pada intervalkepercayaan tidak mengandung nilai odds ratio 1 sehingga menunjukkan adanyahubungan antara pekerjaan dengan dengan kejadian nephrolithiasis.
