Objetivo: Investigar, na literatura nacional e internacional, o uso da terapia do riso junto às crianças hospitalizadas. Método: Revisão integrativa da literatura. As bases de dados pesquisadas foram MEDLINE®, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, PsycINFO®, Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde, Banco de Dados em Enfermagem – Bibliografia Brasileira e Índice Bibliográfico Español em Ciencias de la Salud. Os termos utilizados identificados nos Descritores em Ciência da Saúde e nos Medical Subject Headings foram “terapia do riso”, “criança”, “pré-escolar” e “criança hospitalizada”, além das palavras-chave “risoterapia”, “riso-terapia” e “riso terapia” em diferentes combinações. O recorte temporal foi de 10 anos, a partir de 2008. Resultados: A amostra final para a análise foi constituída de 17 artigos, que foram organizados em três categorias: Risoterapia como estratégia para a diminuição da dor, do desconforto e do sofrimento; A diminuição do medo, do estresse e da ansiedade com a risoterapia e O Impacto psicossocial da risoterapia na criança hospitalizada. Conclusão: Foi possível perceber benefícios da terapia que incluem diminuição da dor, do estresse e da ansiedade e mudanças emocionais e sociais. Salienta-se a importância da temática, por meio da qual é possível oferecer ao paciente pediátrico um cuidado integral e humanizado.
Objetivo: rastrear o risco do desenvolvimento da Doença Renal Crônica na equipe de enfermagem atuante no setor de nefrologia de um Hospital Universitário. Método: estudo transversal, descritivo e de abordagem quantitativa. Utilizou-se o Screening for Occult Renal Disease (SCORED) relacionando os dados sociodemográficos e fatores de risco associados à para avaliação. Resultados: Participaram 27 profissionais de enfermagem, sendo 88,89% enfermeiros, idade média 37,81 anos; 81,48% mulheres; etnia branca 55,56%; renda familiar maior que 2 salários mínimos 51,85%; sedentários 59,26%; nunca fumaram 88,89%; ingerem bebida alcoólica socialmente 70,37%; comparecem a consultas médicas regularmente 70,37% e não possuem comorbidades 59,26%. Histórico familiar da doença 92,59% e fizeram exame de creatinina 81,48% no último ano 51,85%. Dos participantes, 7,41% (n=2) apresentaram risco para desenvolver a doença. Conclusão: É notório que os profissionais possuem autocuidado a saúde renal, evidenciado pela frequência às consultas e realização de exames de creatinina.
General Objective: To identify which non-pharmacological measures are applied within the NICU. Method: The study used the integrative literature review method, carried out in the databases: MEDLINE; LILACS; BDENF; and IBECS. Results: After using inclusion and exclusion criteria, 11 studies with a quantitative approach were selected. Conclusion: Most articles discuss the most widespread and used non-pharmacological measures, not extending or bringing the benefits of others, which becomes a challenge during the assistance provided to this public.
