Feeding problem is one of problems in preschool who is complained by parents. This research means to acquire the significance experience of mother who has feeding problem child at preschool. This research was conducted through qualitative approach to the design of phenomenology. The methods of data collection are interview and observation. The participants of this research are five mothers of Imanuel PAUD Pekanbaru. The data is processed in verbatim form, and then analyzed by Collaizy technique. This research identified of two themes, namely are: the influence factor of feeding problem, psychologist factor and food rule; the manner of overcome feeding problem are the effort feeding, seduce, giving love, lure and follow the wishes of children. From this research, participant show their children difficulty to eat look from physicologic factor and food setting factor. The way to accoplish difficulty eating who done by participant with possitive way are: follow their child eat together, give love and give attention. While the negative way are: follow their wish of child, feed, tantalize, and force the child to eat. The result of this research expect to be reading material and guideline for parents in dealing feeding problem in children. So preschooler achieve optimal growth.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran arti dan makna pengalaman klien saat pertama kali terdiagnosis HIV/AIDS. Desain penelitian ini dengan metode kualitatif dan pendekatan study fenomenology. Jumlah partisipan 5 orang dengan HIV/AIDS, dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik wawancara mendalam, catatan lapangan, dan perekam suara. Penelitian ini dilakukan di LSM Mercusuar Riau, Pekanbaru. Dari analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa saat pertama terdiagnosis HIV klien mengalami dua respon psikologis yaitu denial dan acceptance. Penyebab utama klien terinfeksi HIV ini adalah jarum suntik (heroin), dari pasangan, Pekerja Seks Komersial (PSK), dan karena kurangnya pengetahuan. Selain itu klien mengalami dua perubahan sikap yaitu sikap positif dan sikap negatif. Dimana klien juga membutuhkan dukungan berupa support, motivasi, perhatian, nasehat, bisa berkumpul bersama keluarga dan dihargai. Direkomendasikan kepada ODHA untuk mampu bersosialisasi dengan masyarakat.
Gadgets are used by all people including preschool children. The use of gadgets in the pre-school increase every year and can make the child social behavior is impaired because addicted to gadget duration play with more than 1 hour. This study aims to see the long relationship between the use of gadgets and the social behavior of pre-school children. This type of research is quantitative using a description of correlation design with a cross-sectional approach. The sampling technique used was consecutive sampling with a sample of 76 respondents. The data collection tool used is a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that as many as 46.1% of children use gadgets more than 1 hour every day and 27.6% of children have bad socialization behavior. Chi square correlation test results obtained = 0.003 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between the duration of the use of gadgets and the social behavior of pre-school children in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The results of this study are expected to provide knowledge to parents who have pre-school children to limit children in using gadgets.
The spread of covid-19 in indonesia is on the rise. the provision of a covid-19 vaccine from the government is still one of the efforts to prevent and control the transmission of the covid-19 disease. the government continues to intensify the implementation of the covid-19 vaccine, especially the third dose of covid-19 vaccine (booster) for eligible indonesians. the purpose of this community service is to provide an understanding of the third dose of covid-19 vaccination (booster) with the lecture method of distributing flyer, leaflet containing knowledge about the third dose of vaccination (booster). in this activity, a total of those who have undergone the third dose of covid-19 vaccination (booster) starting from the leadership and employees of pt. lingga cargo as many as 7 employees (25%) of the 28 employees. the next hope is to continue to strive to accelerate the third dose of covid-19 vaccination (booster) program by providing education related to vaccination and collaborating with related parties both across programs and across sectors and also reminding the public to continue to follow the health protocol even though they get the third dose of vaccine. vaccination is one of the important components in the pandemic handling strategy to reduce the risk of severe illness and death from covid-19.
Perilaku agresif adalah perbuatan yang diniati untuk menyakiti orang lain, baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu pemicu dari perilaku agresif adalah ketika seseorang mengalami satu kondisi emosi tertentu, yang sering terlihat adalah emosi marah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan kematangan emosi terhadap perilaku agresif siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Pesantren Teknologi Riau Pekanbaru. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain penelitian cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 144 orang siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Pesantren Teknologi Riau Pekanbaru yang diambil secara total sampling. Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisa univariat dengan menggunakan distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat dengan uji statistik Chi-square. Hasil uji analisis bivariat didapatkan p value 0,000 (p<0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan ada hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan perilaku agresif siswa Madrasah Aliyah (MA) dan Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) di Pesantren Teknologi Riau Pekanbaru. Diharapkan Pesantren Teknologi Riau Pekanbaru dapat meningkatkan bimbingan kepada para siswa tentang pentingnya pengendalian emosi dan akibatnya jika emosi tidak dapat dikendalikan
Gaya kepemimpinan merupakan perilaku pimpinan terhadap pengikutnya atau cara yang dipergunakan untuk mempengaruhi para pengikutnya. Gaya yang diterapkan oleh seorang kepala ruangan dapat menjadi penilaian tersendiri oleh para perawat bahkan dapat mempengaruhi kinerja seorang perawat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi perawat pelaksana tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif kualitatif. Partisipan utama pada penelitian ini berjumlah 8 perawat dan partisipan pendukung berjumlah 4 perawat yang bekerja diruang rawat inap rumah sakit petala bumi. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam. Data dianalisa dengan menggunakan teknik collaizi. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi 4 tema terkait persepsi perawat pelaksana tentang gaya kepemimpinan kepala ruangan terhadap kinerja perawat yaitu, kepemimpinan, gaya kepemimpinan, supervisi kepala ruangan dan kinerja. Diharapkan dengan adanya penelitian ini pimpinan rumah sakit dapat menerapkan dan mempertahankan gaya kepemimpinan yang berdampak positif untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan sehingga pelayanan oleh perawat pelaksana lebih maksimal.
