Zusammenfassung. Antriebslosigkeit und Motivationsdefizite im Beruf sind für viele Personen wichtige Aspekte bei depressiven Störungen. In der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie (KVT) der Depression nach Beck ist die Förderung der berufsbezogenen Motivation bislang ein untergeordnetes Ziel. Dieser Beitrag stellt Aussagen und Wirkungen der kognitiven Verhaltenstherapie zum Thema Arbeitsmotivation dar und fragt nach ihren motivationalen Folgen. Es wird ein erwartungs-wert-bezogener Ansatz für Emotionen und Motivation nahegelegt. Um zu einer systematischeren Förderung der beruflichen Motivation in der KVT zu kommen, empfehlen wir, die Begriffe intrinsische Arbeitsmotivation und Interesse in Zukunft zu fokussieren und Förderstrategien aus der pädagogischen Psychologie zu übernehmen oder zu adaptieren.
Zusammenfassung Ziel der Untersuchung war die Entwicklung und Evaluation einer telefonischen und schriftlichen Nachsorge-Ma?nahme zur F?rderung der Motivation zur k?rperlichen Aktivit?t nach einer station?ren kardiologischen Anschlussheilbehandlung. Im Rahmen einer randomisierten Kontrollgruppenstudie wurden bei Patienten nach einer Anschlussheilbehandlung eine telefonische und schriftliche Nachsorge monatlich durchgef?hrt. Als F?rderstrategien der Motivation wurden z.?B. Ursachenzuschreibung des Reha-Erfolges auf Anstrengung, Erinnerung an die praktische Bedeutsamkeit k?rperlicher Aktivit?ten f?r den Alltag und intrinsische Anreize eingesetzt. 6 Monate nach der Reha-Ma?nahme erfolgte die Katamnese. Pr?-Posttest-Daten von 202 Patienten wurden mittels Varianzanalysen und der Methode der geplanten Kontraste ausgewertet. Es zeigte sich f?r die telefonische Nachsorge im Vergleich zur Standard-Reha-Nachsorge der Kontrollgruppe ein kleiner aber signifikanter Effekt f?r gesundheitsbezogene Motivation. Intrinsische, soziale und Leistungsmotivation, krankheits- und bewegungsbezogene ?ngste, allgemeine Angst und Depressivit?t sowie Teilnahme an einer ambulanten Herzsportgruppe wiesen keine signifikanten Unterschiede auf. Post-hoc-analytisch zeigten sich f?r die k?rperliche Aktivit?t (erfasst als H?ufigkeit von Schwitzen und beschleunigtem Herzschlag) in den Interventionsgruppen signifikant h?here Werte als f?r die Kontrollgruppe. Insgesamt wird die Anwendung von Motivationsf?rderstrategien aus p?dagogischen Kontexten als Erfolg bewertet. Eine unvollst?ndige Umsetzung des Leitfadens, eine geringe Telefondauer- und h?ufigkeit sowie eine hohe Selbstselektion der Patienten werden neben Problemen bei der Quantifizierung k?rperlicher Aktivit?ten als ?Ursache f?r die begrenzte Wirksamkeit angesehen.
