This research aims at seeing the improvement a quality of services through information system model of academic service based on customer relationship management (CRM) at university. This research is a part of developing research through a research and development ADDIE model that consists of Analyze, doing needs analysis and literature review. Design, determining the purposes of model design and describing each components of model. Develop, developing products and focusing on group discussion and experts’ reviews. Implement practicality test and effectively test. And Evaluate. This research only focuses on implementing, along with applying an information system model of academic service based on CRM at university. Subject of this research is Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, Sumatera Barat. Hypothesis testing done on this research is through Wilcoxon testing, because the data got is not normal distributed. Based on analysis result, it can be known that sig = 0,000 < 0,05. It can be said that Ha is rejected. Therefore, a quality of services towards students before and after applying the information system model of academic service based on CRM at university a significant improvement. Even this model is only implemented at one university, yet based on analysis result, this model can be implemented to other universities because it is flexible and dynamic, and thus it can matched to the university needs.
Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa PGSD Semester 1 TA. 2020/2021 pada Mata Kuliah (MK) Konsep Dasar Matematika (KDM). Pada MK ini mahasiswa dituntut untuk menguasai, memahami, dan terampil dalam mengajarkan materi-materi pelajaran matematika Sekolah Dasar (SD). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode ini digunakan karena penelitian ini mendeskripsikan hasil penelitian secara mendalam pada MK KDM. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa PGSD Semester 1 FKIP UNDHARI TA. 2020/2021. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman wawancara, lembar observasi, tes pemahaman konsep dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data untuk wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi adalah melalui teknik analisis deskriptif, sedangkan untuk tes pemahaman konsep, analisis dilakukan berdasarkan indikator pemahaman konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rendahnya pemahaman konsep matematis mahasiswa PGSD Semester 1 TA. 2020/2021.
Media gambar merupakan salah satu media yang efektif untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran karena dapat menarik perhatian siswa dalam pembelajaran. Untuk itu perlu diterapkan sebuah model pembelajaran yang menggunakan media gambar sebagai penunjang utamanya, di antaranya adalah model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu studi literatur yang mengumpulkan beberapa referensi dari penelitian terdahulu. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berasal dari beberapa referensi utama, yakni lima belas karya tulis ilmiah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe picture and picture dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar, keaktifan, dan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini merupakan studi awal dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran elektronik berbasis model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture, agar pembelajaran bermakna bagi siswa dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa.
This research is a part of developing research model on information system of academic service based on customer relationship management at university. This research is a research and development through Borg and Gall design that has 10 phases. Nonetheless, on this research only focuses on product validity that is third phase on Borg and Gall design. The result of this research has 3 types of products. First is a book model that contains primary support model and secondary support model. Second is information system of academic service website that can be used as a supported tool to apply a model at university. Third is a guiding book that can be used to guide the process in using information system of academic service website. This result of this research also shows that product has been got is categorized very valid. It can be said that product got, can be applied for the next phase of this research.
