The fatty acid analysis in Pliek U and its bioinformatic studies had been carried out and reported. Herein, fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), meanwhile their potential effect, based on its interaction on epidermal fatty acid binding protein (E-FABP), was studied by bioinformatics approach with reverse docking technique using palmitic acid as a control compound. For the stated purpose, two Pliek U extracts were prepared, namely ethanolic Pliek U extract (EPUE), and ethanolic of residue hexane of Pliek U extract (ERHPUE). The GC-MS results showed that lauric, myristic, palmitic, and oleic acids were predominant, followed by stearic, capric, linoleic, and caprylic acids. Reverse docking results showed that linoleic acid had the lowest binding affinity (-5.9 kcal/mol) and was strongly bound to E-FABP on the same side of amino acid GLN A98, ARG A81, TYR A22, and LYS A61. These findings indicated that linoleic acid has a potential utility as a drug candidate for atopic dermatitis treatment.
The object of Islamic banking research of PT. BPRS Hajj Poor Head office of Tanah Land Regency and Payakumbuh City Branch Office, to test the effect of service quality, namely tagible (physical appearance), empathy (attention), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (response) and assurance (guarantee) ) to customer satisfaction. The study population uses accidental sampling (accidental sampling), a sampling technique based on coincidence of savings and financing product customers, which is feasible as a source of data for 10 days, with a sample of 100 people. Analysis of research data on structural equation models, the SPSS application program tests 5 (five) hypotheses that have been developed. 5 (five) hypotheses submitted were accepted, Tangibles had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, tangibles regression coefficient (X1) 0.235 was positive, indicating that with increased tangibles (X1) would increase satisfaction, Empathy had a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Empathy regression coefficient (X2) 0.160 is positive, indicating an increase in empathy (X2) will increase customer satisfaction, reliability has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, reliability regression coefficient (X3) 0.459 customer marks, showing an increase in reliability (X3) increases customer satisfaction, influential responses significant to customer satisfaction. Responsiveness regression coefficient (X4) of 0.787 is positive, indicating increased responsiveness (X4) increases customer satisfaction, Assurance has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, assurance regression coefficient (X5) of 0.514 is positive, shows an increase in Assurance increases customer satisfaction.
ABSTRACT
Production of liquid organic fertilizer from chicken feces with addition bioaktivator Biosca and Trichoderma harzianum fungus aims to determine the influence of time against pH and macro elements (N, P, and K), analyze the influence and determine the bioactivator composition against pH, macro element content, growth and production of tomato plants. The method of making this liquid organic fertilizer is chicken feces dissolved using water in a composter, then composted with addition of bioactivator which is consisting B1 (40 mL Biosca), B2 (40 mL T. harzianum), B3 (10 mL Biosca + 30 mL T. harzianum), B4 (20 mL Biosca + 20 mL T. harzianum) and B5 (30 mL Biosca + 10 mL T. harzianum). Composting is done by time variations of 7 days (M1), 14 days (M2) and 21 days (M3). The result of research shows that the process of making organic liquid fertilizer with time variation of composting and effective bioactivator composition in increasing macro element level and good pH is B5 with 21 days of composting time. The influence of bioactivator composition against pH and macro element indicator is showed by value of N: 5,33%, P: 2,41%, K: 1,34% at pH: 7,1. While the influence against tomato plants on the observation at the 10th week is for the growth of plant height: 197,7 cm, average of plant diameter: 16,27 mm, average of leaf production: 41 sheets, and for the average of fruit production: 32 pieces, average of fruit weight: 32,4 g.
Organizational commitment is an interesting focus to be discussed at PT. PLN (persero) Bukittinggi area, this has led to the growing development of organizational commitment in an employee, will be able to reduce the emergence of negative work that appears in the organization, such as employee work strikes, employee demonstrations, work absenteeism numbers, feeling unlucky at work and turnover.Regarding the purpose of this study to analyze and prove personal factors on organizational commitment, analyze and prove organizational factors on commitment, analyze and prove non-organizational factors on organizational commitment and analyze and prove together personal factors, organizational factors and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment to PT. PLN (persero) Bukitinggi Area. The population in this study were all employees and employees of PT.
