Trata-se de uma pesquisa de natureza descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, realizada em um centro de atenção psicossocial infantil - CAPSi, do município de Fortaleza-CE. Este estudo objetiva descrever a atitude da família na busca de tratamento da criança/adolescente em sofrimento psíquico. Os sujeitos desta pesquisa constituem-se de 42 familiares cuidadores de crianças e adolescentes, usuários do CAPSi. A coleta de dados foi realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas. A análise dos dados foi feita por meio de entrevistas divididas em categorias, em que as falas com ideias semelhantes se reuniam em uma mesma categoria. Os resultados mostram um importante elemento sobre a falta de assistência à família do indivíduo em adoecimento psíquico, evidenciando a fundamental importância de englobar toda a família no processo terapêutico. Concluiu-se que se fazem necessárias reflexões acerca da atenção de saúde direcionada ao adoecimento psíquico, em relação às crianças e adolescentes, bem como em relação às famílias envolvidas, prevenindo ou intercedendo precocemente no adoecimento psíquico.

Objective: To identify the prevalence of nursing diagnosis of ineffective airway clearance, clinical indicators, and spectrum of manifestation in children with acute respiratory infection; to determine the association between its indicators and the probability of identification. Methods: Cross-sectional study involving 192 hospitalized children. Interviews and pulmonary evaluations were performed, and the data were sent to diagnosticians for diagnostic inference. Statistical packages were used for data analysis. Results: 71.9% of the children presented the diagnosis under study. The clinical indicators were ineffective cough, respiratory rales, excessive amount of mucus, dyspnea, orthopnea, change in breathing rate, and change in respiratory frequency; manifested by the moderate spectrum. The indicators of dyspnea, restlessness, orthopnea, excessive amount of mucus, respiratory rales, and ineffective cough showed a significant linear relationship. Conclusion: The nursing diagnosis showed a high prevalence and association between indicators and the likelihood of identifying the nursing diagnosis was established. ResumoObjetivo: Identificar a prevalência do diagnóstico de enfermagem de desobstrução ineficaz de vias aéreas, indicadores clínicos e espectro de manifestação em crianças com infecção respiratória aguda; determinar associação entre os indicadores e a probabilidade de identificação. Métodos: Estudo transversal que incluiu 192 crianças internadas. Foram realizadas entrevistas e avaliação pulmonar, e os dados foram encaminhados a diagnosticadores para inferência diagnóstica. Utilizaram-se pacotes estatísticos para análise dos dados. Resultados: 71,9% das crianças apresentaram o diagnóstico em estudo. Os indicadores clínicos foram: tosse ineficaz, ruídos adventícios respiratórios, quantidade excessiva de muco, dispneia, ortopneia, mudança no ritmo respiratório e mudança na frequência respiratória; manifestados pelo espectro moderado. Os indicadores dispneia, inquietação, ortopneia, quantidade excessiva de muco, ruídos adventícios respiratórios e tosse ineficaz apresentaram relação linear significativa. Conclusão: O diagnóstico de enfermagem apresentou alta prevalência e associação entre os indicadores e a probabilidade de identificação do diagnóstico de enfermagem foi estabelecida.

Resumo OBJETIVOS Identificar os hábitos de vida em homens idosos hipertensos da cidade de Currais Novos/RN; correlacionar hábitos de vida e presença de comorbidades. MÉTODOS Estudo exploratório e descritivo, quantitativo, com amostra de 136 idosos hipertensos. A coleta de dados aconteceu em Currais Novos/RN, de agosto a outubro de 2016, pela técnica de entrevista estruturada. Realizada análise descritiva e inferencial utilizando o Statistical Package for the Social Sciences 20.0. RESULTADOS A maioria referiu praticar atividade física (52,9%), procurar serviços de saúde (82,4%), ter alimentação saudável (94,9%), negou tabagismo (91,2%) e etilismo (77,9%). A comorbidade mais frequente foi diabetes (17,6%). CONCLUSÕES Os participantes, em sua maioria, relataram ter hábitos de vida considerados saudáveis, o que acreditavam influenciar no controle da doença. Dentre os parâmetros investigados, apenas o hábito de não fumar foi associado à ausência de picos hipertensivos; os demais hábitos não apresentaram associação estatística com as comorbidades.

Introduction: The Ministry of Health has been very interested in initiative to maintain and/or improve the quality of population health, among which the National Program for Improving Access and Quality of Basic Care (PMAQ) stands out.

Introduction: the increase in the number of patients in emergency services / emergency brought the need for screening / risk classification as a way to organize the urgency and emergency care in the health institutions. Objectives: know how to develop the risk classification practice in the Brazilian reality using the scientific production, the insertion of nurses in risk classification using the Brazilian scientific production. Methods: an integrative review was carried out, the data occurred during September 2015 in the following databases: Scientific Electronic Library Online (SciELO), Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online (Medline), and the Latin American and Caribbean System of Information on Health Sciences (LILACS) "GOOGLE SCHOLAR." Results: it found 9,874 articles and selected 33 for analysis. The results were organized in 04 categories: Risk classification as assistance qualifier; risk classification’s organization; operation weaknesses of the risk classification and nurse's role in risk classification. Conclusion: We conclude that the risk classification qualifies the assistance in emergency services; there are many difficulties for the risk classification’s operation and the nurse has been established as a professional with technical and legal competence to perform the risk classification.

Objective: to analyze the effect of musical interventions to reduce stress levels in the elderly. Methods: quantitative research, of quasi-experimental type, in which the level of stress was assessed before and after interventions with the music therapy method, called receptive experience, in 25 elderly people in a support group. The Perceived Stress Scale was used and descriptive and inferential statistical analysis was performed. Results: in the assessment of perceived stress, the average was 33.6 (standard deviation 5.17) points in the pre-test and 31.6 (standard deviation 2.29) points in the post-test (p<0.05). In the assessment dimension, the reduction was identified only in the perceived distress factor. Pre-tests outcomes showed that the higher the monthly income, the lower the perceived stress (p=0.043). Conclusion: musical interventions with the participants of this study were able to reduce stress levels, indicating the importance of music as a therapeutic resource in health promotion actions.
