Belum adanya evaluasi terkait tingkat kepuasan masyarakat di RT. 04 Kelurahan Sukawarna, Kecamatan Sukajadi, Bandung terhadap PIPPK pembangunan jalan lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui tingkat kepuasan masyarakat terhadap Program Inovasi Pembangunan dan Pemberdayaan Kewilayahan (PIPPK) di Kelurahan Sukawarna. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik sampling jenuh kepada 41 kepala keluarga di RT 04. Variabel penelitian disusun menggunakan metode Kanzei yang disesuaikan dengan variabel Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) Kepmen PAN nomor 25 tahun 2004. Hasil pengukuran diperoleh unsur pelayanan “Kualitas jalan yang dirasakan dari pembangunan jalan lingkungan” memperoleh nilai rata-rata kepuasan yang terendah (ranking 1) dengan nilai rata-rata unsur pelayanan sebesar 2,50 dari skala 1 sampai dengan 4, yang menunjukkan warga cukup puas terhadap pembangunan jalan lingkungan yang dilakukan oleh PIPPK. Secara keseluruhan masyarakat menyatakan puas terhadap program pembangunan jalan lingkungan dengan rata-rata 2,940 mutu pelayanan B, Warga menilai penarikan biaya yang didasari pemberdayaan masyarakt masih dalam batas kewajaran. Sebaiknya pemerintah dapat memfasilitasi pembangunan jalan menggunakan baja beton agar memberikan kualitas yang baik, daya tahan kualitas yang lama, masyarakat merasa puas. Untuk memenuhi prinsip partisipasi masyarakat, sebaiknya masyarakat tetap dilibatkan dalam perencanaan pembangunan melalui Focus Group Discussion.

The Ministry of Education and Culture Republic of Indonesia changed the higher education concept to achieve the world class education equality considerably at the same time with the outbreak of COVID-19. Therefore a sudden change in learning method change drastically whether it is using synchronous or asynchronous method due to time and capacity availability. Thus, student’s mental load arguably enhance in this current situation and therefore it is assumed that the evaluation of the new way of distance learning study never be done especially for collaborative study between department based on different faculty in Indonesia. This study used NASA-TLX paper based as the inventory instrument, evaluated and understood the current learning situation while the collaborative events with problem based assignment took place. All of the workshop activities were given and reported online with the duration of eight weeks from the beginning to the end. From the result, it was shown that the collaborative workshop implementation did not perform any different perception of the two departments who were originally came from science and social. The participants were equally assumed to participate seriously because they came from the 3rd semester’s mandatory subject. Other implication related to academic performance, reduces of team member which not fully cooperated, credit load taken in the current semester and the flexibility in doing individual or team assignment are discussed.
Learning and Teaching in the Covid-19 Pandemic were not easy at all. .Since it hit the world, so many academic activities should be stopped. In the first months so many teaching activities had not achieved the teaching standard and still looked for better teaching method. It used the qualitative methods which were interview to the Class of 2020 and Class of 2021 students, lecturers and the university administrators. and observation to the classes and learning process. From the observation and interview with the Class of 2020 and 2021 students, it was found that hybrid learning was still a bit difficult to understand although it gave better impact for the students that experienced in the class than experienced it online. The selection fo the subjects that had to be opened was not determined of the classification whether it was calculating subject or social subjects. Some recommendations were also given, such as blended learning method for all classes, hybrid classes for only some classes, if needed, comfortable schedule, facilities should be concerned, developing teaching method such games and gamification and creative thinking.
Jasa adalah sesuatu yang sering ditemui dan dialami di kehidupan sehari-hari., dimana terkadang ditemukan kualitas jasa yang baik sehingga dapat memuaskan konsumennya ataupun kualitas jasa yang buruk sehingga dapat mengecewakan konsumennya. Seminar edukasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pembekalan tentang bagaimana pentingnya memberikan suatu jasa yang berkualitas tinggi dan memuaskan konsumen berdasarkan kepentingan dan kinerja dari sebuah jasa. Pembekalan materi tentang kualitas jasa merupakan satu pengenalan bagian mata kuliah Kualitas Jasa yang terdapat dalam kurikulum Teknik Industri. Pembekalan ini dilakukan secara daring dengan menggunakan aplikasi Zoom. Seminar yang dibawakan oleh para dosen dan dibantu oleh mahasiswa ini, terbagi dalam 2 (dua) sesi, yaitu pemberian materi tentang kualitas jasa dan studi kasus tentang kualitas jasa. Diskusi yang melibatkan peserta pun terjadi dimana siswa/i tersebut juga bercerita tentang kualitas jasa yang pernah dialaminya. Melalui pembekalan ini, diharapkan dapat memberi manfaat yang berarti bagi siswa/i dari SMAK BPK Penabur Holis, Bandung
