Korupsi politik memiliki kaitan dengan penyalahgunaan wewenang/kekuasaan. Tulisan ini menggunakan metode penelitian socio legal, bertujuan untuk mengkaji penegakan korupsi politik, dalam perspektif hukum dan kriminologi. Penegakan korupsi politik dalam perspektif hukum, dapat ditempuh oleh hakim dengan memaksimalkan pidana penjara serta penjatuhan pidana tambahan, berupa pembayaran ganti rugi dan pencabutan hak politik. Upaya tersebut, perlu diperkuat pula dengan pendekatan nilai, yang berkelanjutan dan integral. Dalam perspektif kriminologi, korupsi politik berkaitan dengan teori pertukaran sosial. Pejabat atau penyelenggara negara mempertukarkan nilai-nilai moral, integritas, profesionalisme, jabatan, kekuasaan, maupun pengaruh dengan uang, barang, rabat (diskon), komisi, pinjaman tanpa bunga, pengobatan gratis, perjalanan wisata, dan kemudahan fasilitas lainnya secara tidak sah. Bahkan juga mempertinggi persahabatan, kepuasan, dan meningkatkan harga diri atau status sosial dengan kekuasaan yang lebih besar atau dengan penguasa yang lebih tinggi darinya. Oleh karenanya, rumusan pasal memperdagangkan pengaruh, perlu dimasukkan dalam revisi Undang-Undang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi. Law Enforcement on Political Corruption Political corruption has to do with abuse of authority / power. This papers uses the socio legal research method, it aims to examine enforcement on political corruption, in a legal and criminological perspective. Enforcement of political corruption in a legal perspective, can be taken by judge by maximizing imprisonment and additional criminal imposition; by payment of compensation and revocation of political rights. These efforts need to be strengthened by a value approach, which is sustainable and integrated. In a criminology perspective, political corruption is related to social exchange theory. State officials or state administrators exchange moral values, integrity, professionalism, position, power and influence with money, goods, discounts, commissions, interest-free loans, free medical treatment, tours and other facilities in an illegal manner. It also enhances friendship, satisfaction and increases self-esteem or social status with greater power or with a higher authority. Therefore, the formulation of the article on trading influence must be included in the revision of the Law on the Eradication of Corruption Crimes.
Maraknya kejahatan seksual terhadap anak, menimbulkan persepsi bahwa kebijakan hukuman penal yang ada saat ini, dipandang tidak mampu meminimalisir kejahatan seksual terhadap anak. Tulisan ini mempertanyakan bagaimana kebijakan kriminal sanksi tindakan kebiri terhadap pelaku kejahatan seksual terhadap anak yang diatur dalam PERPU No. 1 Tahun 2016 saat ini dan masa mendatang? Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian yuridis normatif yang mengkonsepkan hukum sebagai ius constitutum, ius constituendum dan hukum in concreto. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa kebijakan kriminal melalui hukum pidana berupa hukuman kebiri kimia, perlu diikuti dengan Peraturan Teknis Pelaksana; (a) Pelaksanaan sanksi tindakan kebiri tidak dapat dite-rapkan untuk semua pola-pola kejahatan seksual, tetapi bersifat kasuiistis; (b) Diperlu-kan dukungan sarana prasarana sumberdaya manusia untuk teknis pelaksanaanya; (c) Diperlukan dukungan anggaran biaya yang secara tegas dimuat dalam DIPA untuk menjalankan eksekusi kebiri; (d) Diperlukan kajian akademik yang mendukung revisi atau perubahan atas Undang-Undang No. 17 Tahun 2016 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang No. 1 Tahun 2016 tentang Perubahan Kedua atas Undang-Undang No. 23 Tahun 2002 tentang Perlindungan Anak menjadi UU. Castration Punishment for Child Sexual Abuser The increasing number of child sexual abuse considered as an impact of penal punishment incapability. The aim of this research is to examine the enforcement of PERPU No.1/ 2016 specifically about crastation punismneht for child sexual abuser, currently and its future development. This is a juridical normative research by ceoncepting law as ius constitutum, ius constituendum and law in concreto. The research conclude that criminal law in the form of chemical castration punishment, needs to be followed by Implementing Technical Regulations; (a) The implementation of the castration sanction cannot be applied to all kind of sexual abuse, but it is casuiistic in nature; (b) Infrastructure and human resources is needed for the technical implementation; (c) The inportance of financial support that’s explicitly mentioned in DIPA to enforce the castration execution; (d) Lastly, an academic study is also needed to support a revision for Law Number 17 of 2016 concerning the stipulation of PERPU number 1 of 2016 concerning the second amendment to law number 23 of 2002 concerning child protection, transform to be a law.
Criminal acts of corruption and money laundering are increasingly complex, neat and sophisticated, carried out by educated people with the positions of Members of the DPR, DPRD, Heads of Institutions/Ministries, Governors, Mayors/Regents and Deputy Echelon I/II, judges, and private parties with various ages and come from different regions. The mode is through procuring goods and services, licensing, bribery, levies, budget abuse and money laundering. Social factors that encourage perpetrators to commit crimes can be explained through social exchange theory which shows that there is an abuse of office, doing something contrary to obligations and bribing bribes that lead to crimes in the field of corruption and money laundering. This fact is very close to the change in value orientation in the social life of everyone, whether it is law enforcement officers, state officials, or community members.

Undang-Undang Nomor 23<br />Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam rumah Tangga, merupakan<br />ketentuan khusus yang memberikan perlindungan terhadap perempuan. Bertitik<br />tolak pada pandangan bahwa masalah kehidupan manusia yang begitu kongkrit,<br />luas dan kompleks dalam masyarakat, tidak hanya harus dipecahkan dengan<br />undang-undang, karena undang-undang bukan satu-satunya sumber hukum, akan<br />tetapi masih ada sumber-sumber lainnya yang dapat digunakan dalam<br />penyelesaian dan penegakkan hukum di masyarakat, yakni forum penyelesaian<br />sengketa berbasis komunitas biasa yang dijumpai dalam kehidupan keseharian.<br />Seperti Shariah Councils, yang berlaku untuk kalangan perempuan muslim Asia<br />Selatan yang tinggal di Inggris atau pengadilan keluarga, (family Court), yang ada<br />di New Zealand. Adanya kajian yang komprehensif serta melakukan studi<br />interdisipliner maka alternatif pengadilan keluarga dalam menyelesaikan perkara<br />kekerasan terhadap perempuan, menjadi suatu paradigma yang dapat diterapkan di<br />indonesia.</p>
The waqf land certification is free charged whereas the general land is not. The research analyzes the article 22 from the government regulation Number 13 Year 2010 concerning the government policy of tax exemption of waqf land certification based on public administration law. The purpose of the research is to understand and to analyze the reasons of government publishing this kind of policy in the perspective of Administrative Law. The kind of research is library research, it needs secondary data, which consists of the material of primary, secondary and tertiary laws. The approach is juridical normative and the analysis is qualitative. The result of the research explains that the government publish the policy of tax exemption with the objective to make Waqf land useful for the society, to accelerate of Waqf land legalization, to protect and to optimize the function of Waqf land. This policy is one effort to understand the waqf action that having a sense of religious service as well as having law certainty. The government policy is the implementation of Administrative Law function in order to create a clean and appropriate government with the good general government principal, such as legality, equity, justice, law protection, wisdom, general need implementation and smart action.
