Este artigo apresenta um estudo sobre os ambientes de Educação a Distância que propiciem a interatividade, cooperação e aprendizagem entre os envolvidos. Também pretende apresentar subsídios para a reflexão das ferramentas de comunicação utilizadas em ambientes virtuais de aprendizagem.
Pretende-se trazer neste artigo uma breve discussão acerca das condições de produção de sentido e de autoria coletiva em ambientes de aprendizagem on-line em curso de capacitação de professores. Com base nos conceitos de enunciado, sentido e autoria no coletivo e relações dialógicas, objetiva-se apresentar uma análise preliminar de seqüências de enunciados de professores municipais de Dois Irmãos, RS, participantes do curso de atualização em projetos interdisciplinares de aprendizagem mediados pelo computador, evidenciadas em seus textos, registrados nas interações ocorridas na ferramenta/ambiente Fórum-Eduline. A metodologia de análise aqui esboçada articula aspectos teóricos com os dados empíricos produzidos, tornando-os visíveis e teoricamente sustentados, evidenciando a manifestação de processos de aprendizagem.
Este estudo visa analisar traços orais na língua escrita de professores em serviço e em formação, participantes de doisambientes de autoria coletiva na Web: o EquiText e o For-Chat. Ao realizar atividades acadêmicas escritas, os estudantes misturam expressões e notações informais que representam sua participação, sua ligação afetiva, descontração no compartilhar de idéias e de sentimentos pessoais entre si. São características da linguagem oral, da conversa informal em grupos. Eventos orais e escritos desses dois grupos-sujeito, um, interagindo em português (primeira língua) e,outro, em inglês (segunda língua ou língua estrangeira), são analisados qualitativamente. Os autores, observadores-participantes, ressaltam traços orais em suasproduções textuais, produzindo sentido e autoria no coletivo, como um ganho do climaafetivo e dialógico, própria da linguagem oral, entremeada ao estilo escrito, formal, acadêmico.
