The advancement of digital technology has affected many industries, including digital payment services. The objective of this study was to analyze the adoption of Fintech payment services in Indonesia using the UTAUT theory approach. This study also considered the important role of national culture in strengthening the effect of the social influence variable in creating trust. The study added the government policy variable in strengthening the effect of facilitating a condition in creating trust. The study was conducted by distributing 310 questionnaires to freshly employed graduates who were digital payment services users. Further analysis was conducted with linear multiple regression using IBM SPSS 26. The study found that trust had the highest effect in creating the adoption decision in digital payment services, followed by government policies in strengthening the facilitating conditions. Meanwhile, performance and effort expectancy, social influence and facilitating condition did not have a direct influence on customer trust. Uncertainty avoidance, masculinity and long-term orientation also did not have a strengthening effect of social influence in gaining trust. This research is motivated by the problem of low self-confidence of students. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of educational cinema techniques as a medium to increase students' low self-esteem. The research design used pre experimental research with one group pretest and posttest design. The research subjects were 16 students of class VIII SMPN 6 Malang, the subjects were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data collection used (1) self-confidence scale; (2) experimental guidelines and (3) observation guidelines. Data analysis used descriptive and statistical analysis (Wilcoxon signed rank test). The results of data analysis produce that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, this means that there is a significant increase in student self-confidence after being given educational cinema techniques. The findings of the study show that there are differences in the improvement of students 'self-confidence between before (pretest) and after (posttest) being given educational cinema techniques, thus the results of the study concluded that educational cinema techniques were effective in increasing students' self-confidence. South Tangerang Health Office had the responsibility in giving outstanding healthcare services to its resident’s despite of its limitation due Covid-19 pandemic. Some programs were initiated to reduce maternal, babies and toddler mortality, and in the same time reduce the number of malnourished children. The integrated healthcare mobile application called Si Pandai Kemas TangSel had been launched and can be downloaded easily through smartphone. The study is expected to measure the effectiveness of Si Pandai Kemas TangSel using UTAUT approach by measuring the influence of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating condition and habit toward behavior intention in using Si Pandai Kemas TangSel mobile application. The study showed that the effort expectancy and habit can increase the intention to use Si Pandai Kemas TangSel application. Meanwhile, performance expectancy and facilitating conditions did not affect behavioral intention in using Si Pandai Kemas TangSel application.
The presence of Financial Technology (FinTech) as an innovative and disruptive financial service can improve the efficiency and scope of organization business process through the application of technology. In determining the effectiveness of Fintech adoption, each organization will measure by considering both from the perspectives of management and user in the organization. This proposed study aims to examine the effect of FinTech adoption in organization using the UTAUT approach. It attempts to measure the variable of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, customer’s trust and regulatory services into the effect of FinTech adoption in the organization. This study adopts quantitative method through online survey and the data will be analyzed by using Structural Equation Method (SEM). This proposed study’s findings could contribute by enhancing the organization the importance of FinTech adoption to increase business performances. The study showed that the the adoption of FinTech in organization had significantly influenced by performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, customer trust as well as regulatory services. Customer trust itself had the highest influenced among others. Meanwhile, regulatory services had the smallest influence to the FinTech adoption in Organization.
Abstract— The advance of technology development today brings an innovation in the financial industries all across the world, including in Indonesia. The financial technology continues to emerge from the sector of payment, investment and loans online or as we are familiar with the term P2P Lending platform. But, the growth of this business had a challenge when the Covid-19 Pandemic hit the country in the early 2020. The P2P lending platform experienced the first highest default rate due the difficulties of the SME’s as its major customers’ in repaying their loans. The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of effectiveness repayment apps for ultra-micro segment on P2P platform in Indonesia. As a quantitative research, primary data were collected through questionnaire answered by 133 respondents who were borrower of the P2P lending platform. The data collection was furthered processed statistically using Structural Equation Method (SEM). The study showed that the repayment decision had significantly influenced by perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and information quality. Tujuan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini untuk memotret perilaku sosial masyarakat Bengkulu terhadap penggunaan media sosial sebagai diseminasi informasi, bimbingan pribadi-sosial dan deradikasisasi. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan pada tahun 2020 di provinsi Bengkulu. Sampel berjumlah 400 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skema mobile survey, melalui proses deep interview dan kuisioner via mobile. Analisis data menggunakan aplikasi survey (alvara-analytic). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh temuan (1) Masyarakat melek digital, potret sikap dan perilaku masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa mereka aktif menggunakan media sosial sebagai sarana berbagi informasi melalui pemanfaatan fitur-fitur yang ada untuk menyebarkan informasi; (2) Penggunaan dan diseminasi media sosial efektif dapat membimbing masyarakat (pribadi-sosial) terhadap pembentukan sikap dan perilaku dalam cegah tangkal paham radikalisme. Kegiatan pengabdian diperoleh kesimpulan indeks potensi radikalisme di Provinsi Bengkulu pada tahun 2020 berada dalam kategori rendah, hal ini menandai bahwa masyarakat mampu dengan baik menggunakan media sosial sebagai deradikalisasi.�The purpose of this community service is to photograph the social behavior of the Bengkulu people towards the use of social media as information dissemination, personal-social guidance and deradicalization. This service activity was carried out in 2020 in Bengkulu province. The research sample amounted to 400 respondents. Data collection uses a mobile survey scheme, through a deep interview process and questionnaires via mobile. Data analysis using survey application (alvara-analytic). The results of the service activities obtained findings: (1) Digital literacy communities, portraits of people's attitudes and behavior indicate that they are actively using social media as a means of sharing information through the use of existing features to disseminate information; (2) The effective use and dissemination of social media can guide the community (personal-social) towards the formation of attitudes and behavior in preventing radicalism. The service activities concluded that the index of potential for radicalism in Bengkulu Province in 2020 was in the low category, this indicates that the community is able to properly use social media as deradicalization.
Abstract- The purpose of study is to understand the dominan determinants factor which is debt to asset ratio, current ratio, dividend payout ratio and firm size that will influence the firm value in consumer goods companies in Indonesia. To able to maintain dan increase the Indonesia economic growth, Investment and consumption are two main contributor to sustainable economic growth in Indonesia. The study seek for more understanding the determinant that influence the firm value that could support investor decision in consumer goods The study seek for relationship between determinants to predict firm value in the consumption industry which previously done in other sector with inconclusive result. The sample used in this research came from the financial report of 10 of 50 public listed company in IDX between 2013-2017 has high credibility and stability with purposive sampling. The Multiple Regression of modeling are used to analyze the relationship between determinants. The debt to asset ratio, current ratio, and firm size are affect the firm size significantly except for the devident payout ratio, with debt to asset ratio with the most effecting factor. DAR can reflect how financially stable a company is. The higher the ratio, the higher the degree of leverage and, consequently, the higher the risk of investing in that company.
