This study aimed to identify the practice of disclosure on intellectual capital (IC) information on the website of Muhammadiyah Universities in Indonesia. This study used the 44 websites of best Muhammadiyah universities (version 4 International Colleges and Universities survey 2018) as the samples of study. Intellectual capital components used in this study were a framework constructed by Ulum (2012), which consists of 46 items: 8 items on human capital, 23 items on structural capital, and 15 items on relational capital. The research method used was content analysis. The results showed that from the 44 websites of Muhammadiyah Universities, the IC information which was in form of a narrative was 16%, the figure was 8%, the currency (rupiah) was 0.15%, and the graph was 0.75%. From the 44 Muhammadiyah Universities, none of them revealed the information completely, and it is proved low disclosure of intellectual capital in the website. In terms of the amount of information disclosed, on the average, Muhammadiyah Universities tended to reveal information in forms of narrative format.
This is a novel study that examines the theoretical concept of workplace spirituality and employee loyalty, particularly in the context of millennial employees in Indonesia who currently dominate the local workforce and are thought to have high turnover intentions. This research aims to determine the correlation between each dimension of workplace spirituality and each dimension employee loyalty among millennials in Indonesia. The final participants in the study were 288 millennial employees from 412 initial respondents that fill online questionnaire from 46 cities in Indonesia. All respondents were full-time employees from public and private organizations with minimum two years of work experience. This study first creating the measurement model and then performing structural equation modeling (SEM) to process and interpret the data. The results indicate that each dimensions of workplace spirituality have different effects on the loyalty of millennial employees in Indonesia, which alignment with organizational values is the main reason for staying in the organization.
Meningkatnya pertumbuhan penduduk di Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur sehingga kegiatan perkotaan dan pemukiman seperti kebutuhan tanah semakin bertambah. Sehingga tanah menjadi komoditas ekonomi yang mahal dan bersifat terbatas, salah satunya yaitu pemukiman di Perumahan Samarinda Hills yang terletak di Rapak Dalam, Kecamatan Loa Janan Ilir, Kalimantan Timur. Pemerintah menganjurkan kepada masyarakat pentingnya pengurusan sertifikat tanah dalam rangka untuk menghindari terjadinya berbagai kasus yang tidak diinginkan serta memberikan perlindungan dan jaminan atas hukum terhadap hak-hak warga negara Indonesia. Salah satu cara penyajian informasi data geografi adalah dengan pemanfaatan SIG (Sistem Informasi Geografis). Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle dengan model Waterfall. Metode ini memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu perencanaan, perancangan, implementasi, dan pengujian. Hasil pengujian pada sistem ini adalah sistem dapat memberikan informasi yang benar kepada pengguna. Sistem dapat menampilkan informasi peta dalam bentuk webgis. Setelah dilakukan pengujian berdasarkan fungsi, semua fungsi berhasil tanpa adanya kegagalan dalam melakukan uji coba pada sistem.
