The era of disruption has affected the mentality and human resources way of working in public health. In this era, human resources in the health sector play a crucial role in public health digitalization. It aims to determine the effectiveness of human capital on employee performance in the era of disruption in the health sector. The research method applied in this study is quantitative with a cross-sectional approach. This research was conducted at the Tawangrejo Health Center from January to March 2022. The population of this study is the entire employee, with the amount of 70 people. To determine the sample, the researcher used Slovin Formula with an accuracy of 0,1. As result, 42 respondents were obtained. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. Furthermore, data analysis in this research is applying ordinal regression tests. The result of the study shows that there is no effect of human capital on employee performance, where the value of sig ≥ 0,720 provides the meaning of no influence for two variables. Moreover, the discovered value of Nagelkerke in this research is 0,025 showing between the two variables have no effect by 2,5%. Based on that finding, the public health should about its employees’ performance by optimizing the existing human capital, so this will not affect the organization’s sustainability in the future.

This study aims to construct the intellectual capital framework (ICF) of universities in Indonesia based on the Study Program Accreditation Instrument (IAPS) 4.0. Using an exploratory approach, this research was conducted through a focus group discussion (FGD). The FGD was conducted with researchers in the field of intellectual capital (IC) and a number of assessors of the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BAN PT) who understood the process of changing from 7 standards to 9 criteria (IAPS 4.0). This study resulted in a university ICF consisting of 60 items: 30 items of human capital components, 18 items of structural capital components, and 12 items of relational capital components. In addition, this study also suggests the use of six ways of numerical coding system in conducting content analysis of this framework.

El desarrollo sostenible y los avances de la industria 4.0 y 5.0 han ratificado la relevancia de la gestión del Capital Intelectual (CI) en las universidades para demostrar su desempeño y creación de valor en la sociedad. El estudio analiza la Divulgación en Línea del Capital Intelectual (DCI) y sus determinantes en universidades colombianas. Para ello se diseñó un índice de DCI y se realizó un análisis de contenido en los sitios web. Por medio de un modelo de regresión lineal múltiple se determinaron los factores que explican la DCI. Se evidencia que el grado de DCI es bajo y su mayor énfasis está en su capital de procesos de la tercera misión y en su capital relacional. Además, se muestra que el origen institucional, la capacidad de investigación y el estatus explican los niveles de DCI. Se concluye que las universidades públicas, con una plantilla de docentes con formación doctoral y con acreditación de alta calidad, logran una mayor DCI.
