Education is the most important pillar in a nation, where the goals contained in education are to be able to educate the nation's life and also be able to nurture all the achievements and potential that exists within each student, so that later they can become good and superior individuals to be able to compete, both in the national and international arena. Every existing educational institution must have a learning curriculum, because the curriculum is a design and arrangement that guides the continuity of education. The purpose of the study was to analyze how the independent curriculum forms in education management in an elementary school. This research uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive form, which emphasizes more on explanatory and explanatory studies. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of interviews, and observation, the data is obtained by describing the opinions of the samples from the results of interviews conducted directly. The results showed that the independent curriculum in an educational management in elementary schools can run very well, safely and there are not many obstacles faced. Because the application of the independent curriculum in elementary schools makes students quite challenged and welcomes it well. Because the curriculum is something very new for students, many are enthusiastic about it. The weaknesses contained in the research are that the researchers did not visit many elementary schools, because they only focused on one place and on one of the students. for that further researchers are expected to have many other samples.
In the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Regarding Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates, there is a skill dimension where one of the objectives is that students are expected to have critical thinking and acting skills with scientific skills. In implementing the Permendikbud, the government is fixing HOTS-based educational evaluation standards in every activity, both semester exams and national level exams for SMA and SMK equivalent. HOTS is high-level thinking by carrying out measurement tasks through steps of analyzing, evaluating and creating conceptual and procedural knowledge or metacognitive. Facts in the field based on the analysis show that students are still weak in higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and teachers have difficulty in designing and implementing HOTS-based evaluations. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training in the preparation of HOTS-based evaluation tools in the learning process. The training and mentoring method is carried out with the in-service training pattern which is carried out in classical presentation, as well as the on-the-job learning pattern or independent mentoring at the training participants' assignments as the implementation of training held at SMKS Putra Padjdjaran 2, Bandung City. The output targets have been achieved, namely (1) an article entitled Making and Implementing HOTS-based Evaluation in Learning submitted to the Tri Bhakti Journal of Langlangbuana University,(2) photo documentation of the implementation, (3) draft teaching materials/modules entitled HOTS-based evaluation, (4) ) the increasing knowledge and ability of teachers of SMKS Putra Padjadjaran 2 Bandung in making and implementing HOTS-based evaluation tools in learning as an effort to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes. The problem faced by MTs Miftahulfalah teachers is the difficulty of implementing reflective actions to improve the quality of learning. The solution to the problem using assistance with the design thinking approach in (1) reflecting on the learning that has been carried out; (2) utilizing the results of reflection to improve and develop learning in the subjects being taught; and (3) conducting classroom action research to improve the quality of learning in the subjects being taught. The method used in the form of mentoring groups of two-three teachers by one lecturer, carried out using the Design Thinking Approach with three blocks of input-process- output activities. The results achieved in the form of increasing teacher knowledge and skills in (1) taking reflective action, starting from analyzing the difficulties and learning problems, finding the actions needed to overcome them, making an action plan as outlined in the lesson plan; (2) implementing class actions in accordance with the RPP made; and (3) compiling a best-practice report that contains the best experiences of teachers overcoming learning difficulties, and scientific articles as a means of sharing experiences with other teacher peers.

Edmodo merupakan sebuah media pembelajaran secara daring yang menggabungkan beberapa fitur Learning Management System dan Social Network menjadi Social Learning Network yang khusus dibuat untuk keperluan pendidikan. Edmodo menyediakan cara yang aman dan mudah untuk berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi antara siswa dan guru, berbagi konten berupa teks, gambar link, video maupun audio. Metode pelaksanaan PKM dilakukan dalam tiga blok yaitu input, proses dan output sedangkan proses pendampingan guru dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Design Thinking Approach. yang dipopulerkan oleh David Kelley dan Tim Brown. Proses desain merupakan sebuah proses dengan tahapan-tahapan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang untuk melakukan improvisasi dan menghasilkan pemecahan masalah yang baik. Tahapan-tahapan tersebut diantaranya (1). Empathize, (2). Define, (3). Idea, (4). Prototype dan (5). Test. Target luaran telah dicapai yaitu (1) Artikel berjudul Pendampingan Guru Menggunakan Edmodo dalam Pembelajaran submitted pada Jurnal Pengabdian Tribhakti UNLA Bandung, (2) Dokumentasi pelaksanaan berupa video dan foto, (3) Draft bahan ajar modul berjudul Penggunaan Edmodo dalam Pembelajaran, (4) Peningkatan pengetahuan dan kemampuan guru SMKS Pajajaran 2 Bandung dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran E-learning dengan menggunakan program edmodo sebagai salah satu upaya meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil pembelajaran dalam mata pelajaran yang diampu.
