In the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia No. 20 Regarding Competency Standards for Primary and Secondary Education Graduates, there is a skill dimension where one of the objectives is that students are expected to have critical thinking and acting skills with scientific skills. In implementing the Permendikbud, the government is fixing HOTS-based educational evaluation standards in every activity, both semester exams and national level exams for SMA and SMK equivalent. HOTS is high-level thinking by carrying out measurement tasks through steps of analyzing, evaluating and creating conceptual and procedural knowledge or metacognitive. Facts in the field based on the analysis show that students are still weak in higher order thinking skills (HOTS) and teachers have difficulty in designing and implementing HOTS-based evaluations. The purpose of this Community Service is to provide training in the preparation of HOTS-based evaluation tools in the learning process. The training and mentoring method is carried out with the in-service training pattern which is carried out in classical presentation, as well as the on-the-job learning pattern or independent mentoring at the training participants' assignments as the implementation of training held at SMKS Putra Padjdjaran 2, Bandung City. The output targets have been achieved, namely (1) an article entitled Making and Implementing HOTS-based Evaluation in Learning submitted to the Tri Bhakti Journal of Langlangbuana University,(2) photo documentation of the implementation, (3) draft teaching materials/modules entitled HOTS-based evaluation, (4) ) the increasing knowledge and ability of teachers of SMKS Putra Padjadjaran 2 Bandung in making and implementing HOTS-based evaluation tools in learning as an effort to improve the quality of the process and learning outcomes. Penelitian tentang Semangat Kerja dan Kontribusi Buruh Gendong Perempuan dalam Menyejahterakan Keluarga bertujuan untuk mengetahui semangat bekerja buruh gendong, tingkat pengasilannya, peranannya dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga. Lokasi penelitian di Pasar Beringharjo Yogyakarta, Jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah informan 10 orang buruh gendong wanita dipilih secara purposife dan insidental, Pengumpulan data menggunakan panduan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi foto. Analisis data secara deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulannya; Semangat kerja buruh gendong sangat tinggi, bekerja mulai jam:04.00 hingga jam 16.00 WIB. Di pasar mereka bekerja keras, tekun, ulet, sabar, jujur dan memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pengguna jasa. Mereka bekerja di pasar maupun di rumah untuk keluarga. Penghasilannya setiap hari berkisar Rp. 30.000,-hingga Rp. 100.000,-untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup keluarga (sandang, pangan, papan, kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial, agama). Rekomendasi kepada Kementerian Sosial RI diharapkan dapat memberikan perlindungan sosial (KIS, KIP, PKH, Raskin, UEP, Aslut) bagi buruh gendong sebagai pekerja informal dan termasuk keluarga miskin guna mengatasi masalah sosial.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada J.CO Donuts & Coffee di Bintaro Tangerang Selatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis.Hasil penelitian ini kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 40,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,981 > 1,989). Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian sebesar 49,7%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (9,628 > 1,989). Kualitas pelayanan dan harga secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,671 + 0,302X1 + 0,493X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,1%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (62,012 > 2,770).
<p>In relation to the development of the quality of the transportation system, road pavement technology will gradually develop and be updated in terms of the quality of the transportation infrastructure currently being developed by porous asphalt. Porous asphalt is an asphalt mixture that is designed to have a higher porosity than other types of pavement. it is obtained because the porous asphalt mixture uses a smaller proportion of fine aggregate than other mixtures. In addition to asphalt, there are aggregates both coarse and fine and filler is one of the components in a road pavement construction that has a big role. In order to increase its stability, the use of fine fractions including filler in the mixture proportion should be more. Class C coal fly ash is one of the non-organic and non-plastic materials that can be used as a filler in porous asphalt mixtures and is expected to increase its strength. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using flyash on a porous asphalt mixture on the value of the marshall characteristics and the value of weight loss. The results of this study discuss the marshall test on variations in coal flyash waste 0%, 2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, and 6% using the REAM specification, for the VMA value the percentage of coal flyash waste all meets the specifications specified. has been required, for the VIM value only the percentage of 4% that meet the specifications and 0%, 2%, 3%, 5%, and 6% do not meet the required specifications. For the stability value, the percentage of coal flyash waste 2%,3%,4% met the specifications, while 0%,5%, and 6% did not meet the specifications. For the flow value, the percentage of coal flyash waste 5% did not meet the specifications, while 0%,2%,3%,4%, and 6% had met the required specifications. And for the value of VFB and MQ the percentage of coal flyash waste does not meet the required specifications. Based on the results of the REAM cantabro test, the percentage of coal flyash waste 0% and 2% did not meet the specifications, while 3%,4%,5%, and 6% met the predetermined specifications, namely the maximum weight loss value of 20%.</p>
