This article presents an analysis of activities performed by teachers and administrative personnel of higher education institutions to create and make the best use of the physical culture and sports environment in higher education establishments. It was revealed that this environment should rest on the following structural components: rating scales for athletic performance evaluation of students and contemporary methods for teaching physical education lessons at universities. The efficiency of using rating score systems to measure the athletic performance of students was confirmed by a significant increase (P<0.01) in the number of young people who participate in PE and sports on a regular basis and who take part in competitions of various levels. The application of cardio and strength training programs (HOT IRON) in physical education lessons has proved effective for students as well. The students in the experimental group significantly improved their muscle power (P<0.01) and overall endurance (0.05). These programs can also be applied for effective body shaping and obesity prevention.
The study is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the training methods for the athletes and officers of the security forces to improve the effectiveness of kicks. Nevertheless, the analysis of the scientific literature showed that the existing methods of sports training of boxers kick boxers, etc. does not allow you to achieve the necessary impact force. The authors recommend using different methods of intensive functional training based on crossfit to increase the impact strength. The conducted researches have shown that the use of crossfit means allows to increase the force of kicks significantly and reliably performed by hands and legs by the cadets studying in the educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. We determined that the strength of a direct kick with the right and left hand to the head increased significantly. A significant increase in the strength of the kick is noted when performing a side kick with the right leg to the head. Meanwhile, the authors recommend using the methods of intensive functional training crossfit in the training activities of the athletes practicing the martial arts, police and military servicemen.
The article is devoted to the search of the new, modern and effective methods for conducting the physical education classes for the students. The effectiveness of these methods is determined by an increase in the level of the development of the basic physical qualities and an increase in the volume of the motor activity of those who are engaged in it. The possibility of using the Kangoo Jumps exercise complexes on the physical education classes with the female students with an experience in aerobic exercise is considered. In the course of the studies a significant (P <0.05) increase in the rates of the girls' development of speed and endurance using Kangoo Jumps was found. The indices of the development of the muscle strength and flexibility in the experimental and control girls' groups increased slightly. The average body weight of the girls under study did not undergo significant changes during the study. You can recommend Kangoo Jumps exercises for the physical activity to people who have experience in step aerobics.
Abstract:The article deals with the comparative contests ratios of judoists -men representing the Russian Federation and Kyrgyzstan at national and international competitions. The competition bouts of 146 athletes competing in weight categories up to 60 and 66 kg were analyzed for 2 time periods: from 2003 to 2009 and from 2010 to 2015. Moreover, the separation for periods is associated with the introduction of significant changes in the rules of judo competition aimed to encourage athletes to conduct a dynamic and attacking struggle. The purpose of the research was to reveal the fitness of the athletes to conduct an active attack on the modified rules of the competition. Besides, the results of the analysis conducted by the authors show that the judoists in the category up to 60 kg in the second time period is a significant increase in such competitive factors as the number of common technical (P <0.01) and successful (P <0.05) groundwork. It should also be noted the decrease in time intervals between attacking actions is an average of 16 seconds and a decrease in the number of lost technical actions of athletes in a wrestling (P <0.001). Meanwhile, the athletes competing in the category up to 66 kg showed a significant decrease in both the total (P <0.01) and the successful (P <0.001) number of technical actions in the wrestling. Some increase in the rates is fixed in the number of moves performed by wrestlers in the ground fighting but the data does not contain significant differences. In general, the experts believe that the majority of athletes of this weight category formed a defensive style of fighting which does not correspond to the views of experts and judges on the modern judo. The trainers and athletes should make certain adjustments to the tactics of constructing a competitive bout.
We performed a comparative analysis of the scientific views of Russian and foreign scientists on the training activities of judo. Results were taken from scientific research performed by Russian and foreign scientists over the last 12 years. Using a structural analysis of important research work (articles and dissertations), we identified the main research directions of Russian scientists. We compared the results obtained with the scientific ideas of foreign experts. Our comparative analysis of the data showed that for some areas of wrestler training the views of Russian and foreign scientists significantly differ. There is a significant divergence of scientific views between Russian and foreign specialists in the sport of judo. This involved the problems of training athletes for competitive activities and the principles for selecting children and youths for judo during the initial stage of judo preparation.
