En el presente artículo se describe la determinación de metales pesados, a saber: cromo (Cr), cadmio (Cd) y plomo (Pb), en sedimentos superficiales de la cuenca baja del río Coata, considerado como la más importante arteria fluvial afluente del lago Titicaca en Perú. Se evaluó la contaminación de los cuerpos de agua, sedimentos y otros componentes de la diversidad ecológica. La determinación fue hecha en dos épocas del año, en avenida y en estiaje del año 2017 en cinco puntos estratégicos. El rango de concentraciones mínimo y máximo hallado fue de 4.10 mg/kg Cr, 0.10 mg/kg Cd, y 3.75 mg/kg Pb, y 28.42 mg/kg Cr, 0.70 mg/kg Cd, y 16.50 mg/kg Pb, respectivamente. Algunos valores mínimos hallados superan los mínimos aceptables establecidos en los Estándares de Calidad Ambiental para Suelo del Ministerio del Ambiente del Perú. Las posibles causas de la contaminación detectada son la acción antrópica con impacto en las aguas residuales de la ciudad de Juliaca, Perú. La cuantificación de estos elementos se realizó por espectroscopia de absorción atómica Método EPA.

The purpose of the research was to improve neuropsychological maturity in preschool children; to achieve this; a program of strategies that reinforced the levels of neuropsychological maturity was carried out. The research had a quantitative approach, hypothetical-deductive method and quasi-experimental design; a pre-test and post-test of the Cumanin questionnaire, a valid and reliable instrument, was applied to a sample of 450 students of the initial level. The research found differences between the levels of neuropsychological maturity in pre-school children before and after the application of the program. In this sense, it should be pointed out that before the application of the program, 13.1% were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 14.7% were at the achieved level; after the application of the program, 6.2% of the children were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 21.6% were at the achieved level, which means that the children were at the beginning level, 72.2% were in process and 21.6% were at the achieved level. Therefore, it was concluded that the program generates a positive effect on psychomotor skills in preschool children, since highly significant differences were evidenced (z= -16.065; p<0.000).

The summary of configuration of cultural atavistic identity, finds a significant space in Aymara students who go through moments of sociocultural and educational syncretism in the surandine spectral region of Peru. The objective is channeled in determining the level of atavistic identity in bilingual students of the rural area in the Aymara Highlands of Ilave. The study corresponds to the quantitative approach of a descriptive nature and the technique used was the structured survey with their respective questionnaires that served as an instrument for the survey of objective information, taking as a population universe 138 original students. In conclusion, 58% of students maintain the traits of cultural atavistic identity by the practice of their beliefs, customs, traditions and because they do not neglect their original culture, even if it is constantly threatened by hegemonizing cultures from the West.

Purpose:   The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between CSR and financial control; to achieve this, references were taken from different authors reviewing the state of the art with the purpose of an exhaustive understanding of the subject.   Methodology: The research was based on a quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a sample of 60 private educational institutions. Data were collected through two instruments that counted with reliability and validity: the CSR instrument obtained a reliability of 0.824 and the financial control, a 0.821.   Conclusions: As a result, it was found that 96.7% of the promoters showed high social responsibility and financial control of the institutions in their charge. Likewise, a Spearman's Rho of 0.769 was obtained with a p= 0.000. It is concluded that there is a direct, significant and positive relationship between CSR and financial control; therefore, it was determined that educational institutions, under the supervision of the Local Educational Management Unit, improve their financial control.   Implications of the Research: The world is focused on how companies practice corporate social responsibility (CSR) due to the fact that economic activities, which each company exercises, affect society and the environment.

El articulo tiene como propósito dar cuenta sobre la situación laboral de los mitayos - indígenas de Puno y Bolivia, que laboraban como obreros en los centros mineros coloniales del altiplano: Potosí, Carabaya, San Antonio de Esquilache y Laycacota; la investigación por ser de carácter descriptivo e histórico, para su desarrollo se ha ceñido al método hermenéutico, ya que la razón fue analizar de forma minuciosa las fuentes directas (documentos inéditos de la época colonial) y bibliográficos con el uso de guías y fichas. Luego al desarrollo y haber concretizado los objetivos, se llegó a la conclusión, considerando que la mita bajo el dominio español perdió todo significado religioso y político, es más se convirtió en la explotación de un individuo por otro, con tratativas muy crueles e inhumano sin respeto a los derechos de la vida, el español no supo cuidar la integridad física del indígena a pesar que los indios fueron el único factor de la producción que llevo al enriquecimiento de los españoles y como también a la potencialización de los países industriales de Europa Occidental, ese hecho llamó atención a los levantamientos indígenas para una próxima liberación que se concretizó con los movimientos libertadores y luego pasar a un nuevo sistema político, social y económico denominado República.

Considerando la existencia de crisis política que vive el Perú, donde la protesta social se ha criminalizado como problema social y político, se ha planteado la siguiente interrogante: ¿Cómo es el análisis situacional crítica de la criminalización de la protesta social como terruqueo e instrumento para mantener la hegemonía de los grupos de poder en el Perú por intereses económicos, políticos y sociales, 2022? La unidad de análisis ha sido el análisis crítico de la protesta social en el Perú. Ha tenido como unidad de observación a la literatura existente en los medios de información, artículos escritos por académicos, politólogos, políticos y analistas políticos. Se ha planteado como objetivo: Analizar la situación crítica de la criminalización de la protesta social como terruqueo e instrumento para mantener la hegemonía de los grupos de poder en el Perú por intereses económicos, políticos y sociales, 2022. El tipo de investigación a partir del enfoque epistemológico de la investigación científica ha sido MIXTO; es decir, Hipotético-Deductivo, conocido procedimentalmente como cuantitativo que basado en conocimientos previos formula hipótesis como situaciones dadas y respuestas anteladas; asimismo, se ha utilizado el método sociocrítico; por cuanto, con el uso de este método se pretendió explicar la concepción del mundo que precisa una comunidad científica, desde un determinado marco con el cual se pretendió intervenir en él, en una época determinada, lugar específico y un momento en la historia. También, se ha utilizado el uso de la técnica del análisis documental y de contenido. El nivel de análisis de la presente investigación a partir de la profundidad de la investigación fue de carácter descriptivo y explicativo; por cuanto, caracterizo la criminalización de la protesta social y fue de carácter explicativo porque identificó y explicó cómo y porqué de la criminalización de la protesta social como terruqueo e instrumento para mantener la hegemonía de los grupos de poder en el Perú, 2022. El resultado de esta investigación se constituye en un documento académico que servirá con fines eminentemente académicos con el propósito de contribuir con el análisis y discusión crítica de la criminalización de la protesta social en el Perú, para ser socializadas e impartidas en sesiones de clases en las aulas universitarias.

During the health emergency caused by COVID-19, a series of sensations such as fear, stress, and concern about contracting the virus were developed. Despite the fact that in recent months infection rates have been significantly reduced due to vaccination campaigns, the return of teachers to face-to-face classes established in Peru from April 2022 has increased once again the fear that contagion levels could grow. Therefore, the objective was to analyze the concern of regular basic education teachers about the spread of COVID-19 when returning to face-to-face classes. A quantitative investigation was carried out; the research design was observational and the type of study was descriptive cross-sectional. The sample was made up of 648 teachers who responded to the Scale of Concern for the Contagion of COVID-19, an instrument with adequate psychometric properties. The results show that 43.8% of teachers had moderate levels of concern about the spread of COVID-19, 38.7% had low levels, and 17.5% had high levels. Teachers reported most recurrent concerns about some risks in educational institutions and the fear of spreading COVID-19 to their relatives or people with whom they lived. On the other hand, it was found that some sociodemographic, occupational, and medical variables were significantly associated with this concern (p < 0.05). Then, it was concluded that teachers had moderate levels of concern about the spread of COVID-19 when returning to face-to-face classes.
